02/05/2025: We reached Favara coming from Agrigento, attracted by the Cultural Park. The trip was already in itself an immersion in nature which comes to life in spring and offers all its colors and scents. The chosen day did not favor a large influx of tourism and we were able to enjoy all the beauty of the widespread artistic forms found in the recovered part of the town. This alone would have been joy enough to take home as a souvenir of the day. The stop at this trattoria-restaurant was the classic icing on the cake. With sincerity I must say that the choice was made almost out of obligation, as there aren't many options in the surrounding area....but as soon as we entered, we were welcomed with a kindness that warms the heart. The owner personally took care of us by offering us tastings of local oil while waiting for the dishes ordered, he left us in our conversations and with our times even though we were close to their closing and moreover at the end he further honored us with almonds and local liqueur. Truly a pleasure to discover that there are still such places and people who put customer satisfaction first and feel the responsibility to offer the maximum of their culinary skills and product quality to those who sit at the table. We really worked hard to extend this feeling of pleasant pause to the maximum, and in return he also offered us some fruit, confirming everything said above. I therefore conclude with thanks for this holistic well-being that has been offered to us.

24/04/2025: Do you remember the rat named Remy from Ratatouille? An influential food critic, whose one review is enough to force the restaurant to close, raves about the dishes prepared by Remy the rat :) Just as we raved about the linguine agli scampi, cavatelli alla cavour and Mandrarosa wine at this restaurant. Delicious food that you won't find in many fine dining restaurants. It is difficult to get here because the traffic in the city is complicated. But it's really worth finding this place, with a less than effusive and even reserved owner.

Modern and welcoming place, very kind and helpful owners I have been to this restaurant/pizzeria several times and each time I have been impressed by the quality of the service and food. The staff have always been very welcoming and professional, and the menu offers a wide range of options to suit all tastes. The pizza is cooked just right, with a soft, fragrant dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The service has always been fast and efficient and the price is very reasonable compared to the quality of the food. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the staff is always available to advise and satisfy customers' needs. If you are looking for a restaurant/pizzeria where you can eat well and have fun, this is the right place! 5 stars without a doubt!

29/05/2025: Sitting here as I write this, because this cannoli is magical. I ordered a cappuccino and a cannolo. The cappuccino was great, but then I bit into the cannoli, and this is certainly the best cannoli I’ve ever had in my life. You don’t see them on display because they keep the materials in the back to prepare it fresh when you order. The shell is crisp and flaky, not greasy at all. The filling was still cool from being refrigerated, but very soft, and the perfect sweetness. The people are very friendly, the prices are, I expect, local prices, the cafe interior is lovely, and the patio views are wonderful. I will for sure be back!

18/05/2025: After finding it by chance and reading the reviews, we realized we had made the right choice. Excellent food, fresh fish, welcoming place, owners and staff welcomed us with great kindness. Excellent table service. I recommend it

17/05/2025: I have been to this osteria for dinner and I must say that it was a really pleasant experience. The environment is warm and welcoming, with a rustic atmosphere but with attention to detail. The staff was friendly and attentive, a dish that I recommend is the calamatata, then you do it yourself but don't forget the cannolo at the end...

17/05/2025: In vacanza ad Agrigento con mia moglie, decidiamo di andare a cena in questo locale dopo aver letto diverse recensioni positive. Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene. Una caponata, una schiacciata, un tagliere di salumi, acqua e un calice di vino €38,50. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero ottimo. Sicuramente da ripetere

05/05/2025: Honestly we were disappointed. We took the 28.00 euro menu, but they didn't bring the fried fish or even the focaccia as per the menu. I don't understand the combination with some sunshi dishes. I haven't entered a Chinese restaurant. I don't even share purified water. We won't be back again!

30/05/2025: Had a great experience here. The staff were super friendly. The food was good and down to earth. Seems like most people who eat here are staying at the hotel? They were a little surprised to see us (Americans) but it made it more enjoyable, especially being able to try speaking a little Italian.

27/05/2025: Esta es una joya de un restaurante en la zona de Agrigento. Estábamos buscando algo fuera de la zona del centro de Trapani y encontramos este restaurante en un hotel. Tuvo buenas críticas en google. Entramos en el patio y nos quedamos sorprendidos con la belleza del hotel y los jardines. Fue absolutamente impresionante con una vista de los templos. No teníamos reservas, pero fueron capaces de encajar en nosotros. Esta fue nuestra primera comida en Sicilia y fue la mejor comida de toda nuestra semana de viaje. El personal es muy profesional pero amable. Todos estaban muy orgullosos de sus productos elaborados en sus fincas (el aceite de oliva era el mejor que teníamos). ¡Todo estaba bien! Tenían vino por copa, que estaba delicioso. Pedimos el aperitivo Zuchini relleno. Tuve el pasado del pesto trapani y mi marido comió bistec. El pasado estaba perfectamente cocinado y los sabores eran increíbles, todavía lo pienso! El postre era genial también. Todo era muy razonable. El restaurante es muy encantador, con vistas al jardín y al templo. Estuvimos allí en mayo pero me gustaría poder venir en verano cuando las mesas están fuera. Este es un restaurante muy romántico. Gracias por darnos una gran experiencia. Sin duda recomiendo venir a este restaurante y hacer una reserva

04/05/2025: In viaggio con un gruppo di amici e di passaggio da Agrigento a Mazzara, abbiamo deciso di sostare nel giorno di Pasqua 2025 in questa magnifica fattoria. Essendo un gruppo di 21 persone e tra l'altro con 2 ragazzi celiaci nel gruppo, avevamo già prenotato in largo anticipo e ci era stato comunicato un menu' fisso. Oltre ogni aspettativa, (poichè nei giorni di festa vengono sempre propinate pietanze preparate in modo dozzinale), abbiamo mangiato benissimo, attenti al senza glutine, ogni piatto assaporato con gusto dall'antipasto al dolce. Se dovessi ritornare da quelle parti sicuramente ci ritornerei.

26/04/2025: After a short search here on Google we were convinced after reading the reviews. Never was a happier choice. Mussels peppered, fish and traditional caponata, Palermo-style octopus, which is immediately noticeable if it isn't excellent, seared tuna. Everything, but I mean everything, truly wonderful. My table companions also greatly appreciated the Grillo wine. Modern location, absolutely clean and owners and staff extremely professional and very friendly. If you pass in the area you have a sure reference.
