24/03/2025: In Cerda they make artichoke-based meals and everyone focuses on quantity. In this restaurant they focus on quality. So less abundant dishes but more refined in taste, less ordinary. Good everything including the price.

15/11/2024: a fantastic place, I really enjoyed myself, the location has great attention to detail, the service is attentive and welcoming, but then the food... too good!😋 the pizza melts in your mouth and is delicious, I eat a lot and I I am still satisfied with their portions, without losing anything on the aesthetics of the dishes, even those that are certainly studied; super recommended

20/02/2025: Tornare sempre dove si sta bene Febbraio 2025 Quando penso che devo cenare alla A Paranza già inizio ad immaginare cosa ci divertiremo ad inventare e sulle tue proposte Vito Lucchese non ho mai dubbi… però è vero da lì nasce una complicità di intenti comuni … il tuo di innalzare l’arte bianca della pizza a livelli altissimi… il mio di gustare di esplorare di aiutarti a trovare quel quid che rende le tue pizze non gourmet ma viaggi gastronomici e sensoriali ! La A Paranza è sicuramente un fiore all’occhiello nel mondo della ristorazione con personale gentile preparato sempre a disposizione col sorriso sulle labbra. L’unica pecca…. Creare dipendenza 😂❤️. 02/11/2024: Ristorante pulito ed accogliente, mangiato a pranzo antipasto e primi qualità ottima,prezzi giusti,proprietario simpaticissimo, da ritornare sicuramente.

13/04/2025: AVOID. The place is filthy, and the owner put his hands in our food while we were eating. The bowl they served bread in was caked in month’s worth of dust. Probably never cleaned. When the food did arrive it was undercooked and cold. The owner then approached the table and picked up my boyfriend’s food from his plate and tried to feed it to him. When he was asked what he was doing. He then ate the food for himself. He seemed to think because he’s the owner this was okay as he laughed at us. Disgusting Man. When we told the waiter and left immediately after this, we could tell this wasn’t the first time people have left probably due to similar behaviour. I’ve never had such a vile experience.

25/03/2025: We ended up there by chance with some colleagues, but we had a very good time. Even though it was full, the owner and his collaborators welcomed us without hesitation. Small place but with great attention to detail. Friendly staff, quick and professional service. Choice of typical local dishes.

15/03/2025: We went there for a birthday and we were pleasantly happy. Because they managed to satisfy everyone, I found the food of excellent quality and plentiful, we took the fixed menu. I highly recommend. Not to mention that it is also a great place for children who want to become familiar with animals such as: horses, peacocks, goats....

11/04/2025: If there was a possibility of a rating of 6/5, I would give it. You can see that the owner not only runs the restaurant but is also passionate about it. Great atmosphere. The food was absolutely fantastic (with a story from the owner). So far, the best restaurant in Sicily I've ever eaten at (hand on heart), and it's small and out of the way for little money. It specializes in mushroom days and more (I recommend the porcini mushroom paste or the classic ragu with local flair and home-made pasta). Google says that the restaurant is open from 6:30 p.m., but it's better to arrive from 7 p.m., and if someone wants to eat pizza, it's better to go a little later (unless you want to see the whole process of lighting the oven and making pizza - the oven is in the room and creates an additional atmosphere). It's worth it, really worth it - in my opinion better than U Sapurinu in Catania. Fantastic place, fantastic owner in a fantastic interior. Stroke.
