12/04/2025: We have been getting pizza here for many years, even when the previous management was there. Excellent pizza, good ingredients, quick service. Possibility of requesting delivery or consuming on site: they have recently created a gazebo area with tables where you can enjoy freshly baked pizza. The fries are also good.

23/04/2025: Mai ti aspetteresti di mangiare pesce fresco in un paese di collina! Ed invece in questo ristorante oltre alla freschezza del pesce, i piatti sono ben cucinati. L'entrata è un pò deludente, simile ad una gastronomia d'asporto, ma sul retro si aprono due salette molto caratteristiche e accoglienti. Cucina super, gentilezza TOP. Spero di ritornarci presto e di confermare questa esperienza. Assolutamente da consigliare!

The experience was exceptional in every way. 🍽️ A journey through the flavors of the sea We started dinner with a delicious lobster pasta, perfectly al dente and full of flavor. The grilled red prawns from Mazara del Vallo were succulent and very fresh, a real pleasure for the palate. The tuna pizza, with tomato, fiordilatte from Campania, red onion from Tropea and tuna, won everyone over with its balance of flavors. The octopus on potato cream was tender and well-balanced, while the revisited swordfish Palermo-style offered a tasty reinterpretation of a Sicilian classic. 🏡 Welcoming atmosphere and impeccable service The restaurant has a warm and familiar atmosphere, with modern and elegant furnishings. The staff stood out for their kindness and professionalism, taking care of every detail and making guests feel welcome. The staff was able to resolve a request we made with great professionalism and kindness, thus giving us the opportunity to enjoy a nice aperitif on the terrace overlooking the sea. 💰 Excellent value for money One of the most appreciated aspects is the excellent value for money. The dishes offered are generous in portions and prepared with top quality ingredients, all at affordable prices. In conclusion, Civoleva is a restaurant that we highly recommend to anyone who is in Palermo and wants to enjoy delicious cuisine in a pleasant environment. Abbiamo ordinato quattro antipasti da 20 euro che comprendevano diversi assaggi.Ci hanno portato anche un piatto di cozze(circa 10)e quattro gamberi impanati che pensavamo facessero parte dell' antipasto.Nello scontrino ,oltre i quattro antipasti abbiamo trovato 17 euro di G Chips ( i gamberi) e 14 di cozze(non richiesti da noi) Inoltre abbiamo pagato due piatti di pasta al posto di uno per un errore commesso da loro.L' unica nota positiva la location carina e i camerieri gentili, al contrario del proprietario.

The cold meats and cheese are more than correctly matured, there is all the tradition and taste of Sicily. Some slight defects such as slightly burnt pastry while the dessert seemed below the rest and was not a necessity.

05/06/2025: Il marisco Siamo stati a pranzo in questo ristorante, su indicazione di una persona incontrata, per caso, al Castello di Donnafugata. Il posto si presenta bene cosa che faceva ben sperare sulla cucina. Siamo stati serviti da un cameriere simpatico e cortese di origini campane ed abbiamo scelto 3 paccheri allo scoglio, uno spaghetto tonno, limone e graniglia di pistacchio. Giudizio: Buoni? Non proprio. Cattivi? Non proprio. Forse le nostre aspettative hanno condizionato il giudizio, ma ....mancava qualcosa che esaltasse il sapore alle pietanze. Incuriositi, abbiamo ordinato un piatto di spaghetti con i ricci da condividere come assaggio. Idem. Abbiamo, quindi, concluso il nostro pranzo con un sorbetto al limone e 2 caffè. Il conto? Al di sopra delle aspettative.
