30/10/2024: Ended up here by chance because it was the weekend and we couldn't find a parking space. Comps means Buddy in German, the staff, I think it was the boss, were extremely friendly and accommodating. We were able to park directly opposite and the sea begins 10 m further. It can't be better. The biggest surprise follows: we ate excellently and for three courses, all of which were excellent (five antipasti, a primo and a secondo), we paid €30. An incredible value for money. The patron's recommendation for the wine was excellent. A wonderful Sicilian Method Classico and then one of the best etno Bianca we got on our vacation. It's a bit out of the way but is highly recommended when visiting Castellamare del Golfo

21/10/2024: Excellent appetizer, adequately seasoned first courses and quality fish. Excellent food accompanied by a breathtaking view. The staff is generous and manages to support you in your choices with a smile and kindness. Super pleasant!

26/03/2025: Il locale è elegante, con un’atmosfera raffinata che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Io e i miei amici abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione da sei portate, ideato dallo chef executive Gianni Morreale, e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. L’esperienza è iniziata con una focaccia al rosmarino e semi di zucca, accompagnata da burro alle alici di Sciacca. A seguire, un mix di sapori sorprendente: alice di Sciacca, bombolone di mortadella dei Nebrodi, gambero rosa e cannolo al mantecato di baccalà , chiudendo con un intenso quinto quarto di San Pietro, mandarino e sommacco Le portate principali sono state un crescendo di sapori: • Rosa di Sciacca: citronette di fragole in diverse consistenze( Presidio Slow Food di Sciacca) sandwich di asparago e robiola di capra girgentana. • Tagliolini di seppia, ricci, aria di mare, salsa d ostrica e mandorla. • Sapore di mare: fondo di anemoni di mare, ricci,spaghetto affumicato e polveri di crostacei • Minestra di pasta mista con brodo di gallinella, occhiobello, scorfano e lenticchia nera ennese. • San Pietro, estratto di carrubo, puntarelle, cicerchia ennese e cucunci Il pre-dessert è stato un’armoniosa combinazione di croccante di cacao, mousse di mirtilli, pralina di scaccio e cappero di Salina. Infine, il dolce: “Il Limone”, cremoso al limone, crumble al limone, gel al bergamotto , perfetto per concludere in freschezza. Ad accompagnare il tutto, un vino dell’azienda Maugeri Etna bianco superiore, consigliato dalla miglior sommelier di Sicilia 2021 Laura Piscopo, un abbinamento perfetto. Ogni portata è stata un’esplosione di gusto ed emozioni. Consigliatissimo!

19/03/2025: La perfection c'est ici!!! Rien à dire tout était parfait. Carte très originale qui ouvre l'appétit rien qu'en lisant Plus cher évidemment mais justifié. Face au port de Sciacca juste une pépite. Merci pour ce magnifique moment gustatif. Nous reviendrons!

24/03/2025: Certainly one of the best places to taste Pizzolo sortinese; good choice of flavors and types also suitable for different food choices. Always courteous and very fast service. Comfortable environment but a little narrow between the various tables and this makes the environment a little noisy. It is advisable to book, especially on weekends.

20/03/2025: Excellent authentic pizzoli. Quality ingredients and dough. We took several, all delicious. It's worth making the trip from Catania on purpose.

09/01/2025: The service is great. I don't speak Italian very well and whenever I go to the bar, even if the waiter is different, I get great service. They explain the flavors of what I order and even give me recommendations on what to eat. The pistachio and ricotta cornets are delicious. The ricotta cannoli is perfect. The prices are ok, today I paid €1.30 for a large cornet (the biggest I've ever had). The other day my husband and I went and the bill came to €5.70, so it's great for 2 people.

11/11/2024: I went there few days later after I saw the place was full of citizens. That's always a good sign the place is worth it and Sikanie Express is not an exception. Yeah, was cloudy day, and I had all bar just for myself, kind of. Drink list is huge, so I asked for suggestion and get the most delicious mojito I ever drink in my life - The Sicilian one served in very stylish jar. Owner is great person to chat. Nice music playing around. This place is iconic and writes a history here on Naxos in my opinion. If you wanna try a proper drink which is worth of money, packed with great stuff and enjoy nice time alone or with someone, this is your spot. Don't miss it.

01/12/2024: Siamo stati a cena a metà luglio i piatti serviti ci hanno lasciato abbastanza soddisfatti, per la qualità e la preparazione, unico neo le quantità esigue.

04/04/2025: Very slow service, we waited almost 1 hour and we had only ordered one dish. The outrageously expensive price for what they charge you. The pasta portions are very small and cost €20, €14 for a salad seems like an abuse to me. No comments that the water is worth €3, but it seems to be the standard price in this area ... I wouldn't go back
