09/06/2025: It was a fabulous experience... we come from Turin, my wife and I were in Catania for work... and we came to them recommended on Thursday and Friday evening. The passion of the girl at the tables makes you feel the enthusiasm and love they put into it. And we found all this love in the dishes: they are one word FABULOUS. On the first day we had a fish soup, then paccheri with fish and almonds and then a fried food. The sauces were mixed together like on few occasions we have found. The desserts were also superlative. On the second day we varied with 3 other appetizers and a new first course of scialatelli always with fish, pine nuts etc. and then with a fish and eggplant skewer. Everything fabulous. Our compliments because we almost never write reviews but you made me think of Montalbano and how much he loved good Catania food. Congratulations, keep it up because we found all the love you put into your dishes. Andrea and Viktoria

20/07/2025: Here is your text in a slightly more upscale, but still natural, version: ⸻ Hotel: A beautiful hotel with service that fully reflects this upscale category. Excellent English is spoken at reception. The room was spotlessly clean. The entire complex is extremely well-maintained and captivating in its beauty. The only thing that could be improved: The pool area lacks atmosphere – it seems a bit plain. Perhaps more lush vegetation would remedy this. It's hard to put into words, but this is complaining at the highest level. Restaurant: The only explanation for some of the negative reviews is that the operators have made some changes. Personally, I found both the service and the food impeccable. The value for money is more than fair – almost too cheap. If only all restaurants in Sicily were of this standard! Conclusion: Bravo! A hotel and restaurant that I can recommend to my friends with a clear conscience at any time.

09/07/2025: Five stars don't do justice to how unique and evocative this place is. After many years of vacationing in Sicily, Baglio Donna Franca has still managed to amaze me with its setting, hospitality, and professionalism. The restaurant deserves special praise: excellent cuisine, authentic local products, and a rich, high-quality menu at a very affordable price. I hope to return next year!

13/07/2025: Questo posto ci è stato consigliato dal mio, unico, pescivendolo di fiducia. È una trattoria quindi non ci si aspetta forse una qualità cosi alta del pesce invece è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa, al pari o anche superiore di altri ristoranti di pesce blasonati. Siamo amanti del pesce fresco e lo cucino diverse volte a settimana, motivo per cui, trovare un buon ristorante di pesce non sempre è facile per noi. L’esperienza con questo ristorante è stata eccellente, pesce buonissimo, cucinato a regola d’arte, giuste quantità e prezzi onesti. Gamberi, scampi e spada crudi buonissimi, frittura asciuttissima con vero pesce e veri calamari freschi, ostriche strapiene, involtini di spada e di alici davvero squisiti, sembravano caramelline, insalata di polpo SUPERLATIVA, polpo morbido e ben condito. Il proprietario, il signor Giancarlo, disponibile, mai invadente, pronto a darti i giusti consigli, rapido in servizio. Ci torneremo presto. Che altro dire, straconsigliato.

31/07/2025: The perfect place to take good care of yourself. We had a wonderful stay at Rocca dei Saraceni. Everything is designed with great taste and efficiency. All details are taken care of for a truly relaxing experience. The dinner at Radica restaurant was just unforgettable. We took the Simbiosi 7 course menu and truly enjoyed every single course, like you would expect only in a top restaurant. It is a must do. Congrats to the chef Fabrizio and the excellent service delivered by Tania and Jamilah who guided us through this amazing territory tasting journey.

29/07/2025: It was, in a word, fantastic! What a wonderful stay in a very peaceful setting! You're truly pampered here. Professional, customer-focused, and very friendly! With children, it's a bit too serene. But we can truly look back on a wonderful experience. The double bungalows are especially exquisite, with a small pool in the garden and a magnificent view of Etna! We had delicious meals in the restaurant two evenings. The breakfast was also incredibly extensive! Everything is fresh and sourced as much as possible from the farm itself.

19/08/2025: The food is good but not amazing. The location is nice but not amazing, compared to other restaurants that have water views for the same prices. It’s on the higher end of prices around here.

08/08/2025: The appetizer was good. The first course, unfortunately, was not. The tuna fusilli tasted like canned tuna and oil. The gluten-free version was beyond reproach. The price was too high, but I understand we're in Taormina.

01/08/2025: My favorite sandwich. My compliments for the quality, abundance, and dedication to your work, which sets you apart from all the other "paninari" in Catania and the surrounding province. If I may offer a piece of advice, honestly, the average price of a sandwich is really low for the quality, especially when compared to other places. You deserve it, so even those extra two euros are more than justified!

06/08/2025: I recommend booking well in advance, especially during high season. One of the best-known and oldest restaurants in Cefalù, located near the Bastione. It offers the option of dining on the terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view of the waves crashing onto the rocks. High-quality seafood, generous dishes with unique flavors. Efficient and very prompt staff. A successful evening.

07/08/2025: Un oasi nel mezzo della campagna siciliana,una struttura magnifica circondata da ulivi e piante di arancio,siamo stati ben accolti e abbiamo iniziato il pranzo con assaggi tipici siciliani dove spiccava l'olio di loro produzione e la bruschetta di pane nero con grani antichi,ma sempre ottima la caponata,le panelle,e le olive,ottime le busiate alla norma,piccola grigliatina di carne,il tutto innaffiato dal onnipresente nero d'avola,dolcetto finale molto buono,una frittella di ricotta, posto che richiederebbe altre visite se si torna in sicilia

21/07/2025: Camera e struttura molto curate e accoglienti e personale impeccabile. Tutto questo lascia presagire dell'ottimo cibo. In realtà così non è stato... Verdure pastellate dell'antipasto ancora fredde di congelatore così come il tortino di patate. Buona la pasta al sugo all'interno di una melanzana anche se a parere mio abbastanza banale. Improponibile il secondo Polpettone cotto da giorni e riscaldato per l'occasione e quindi molto asciutto accompagnato da un purè confezionato. Assurdo in Sicilia fare pagare le bibite a parte con un menù fisso. Anche a colazione quasi assenti prodotti di produzione propria (marmellate, biscotti, succhi) almeno nella sezione "dolce". Inoltre con nostra sorpresa ci è stato richiesta di pagare il parcheggio! Insomma un vero peccato !!!! Con tutti i prodotti siciliani a km 0 si sarebbe potuto fare con meno, molto di più

11/07/2025: Menù molto ricco e forse questo è l'errore. Non si possono avere prodotti sempre freschi e piatti curati con una proposta così ampia. Infatti le frittelle di pesce erano troppo cotte, praticamente con frittura marrone e dura, primo di pesce con troppa panna, calamaro gommoso.... Possono migliorare molto

08/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato qui più di una volta durante il nostro soggiorno a trapani ed ogni volta siamo rimasti estasiati dalla bontà dei piatti proposti. Complimenti allo chef e complimenti al titolare per l attenzione rivolta ai clienti.
