12/06/2025: Returned after about 10 years. Located in a historic residence, it is very well kept. The management changed a few months ago. They are willing. Except for a small mix-up, which was immediately resolved, everything is fine. We were half board. They no longer offer catering, and rely on the La Corte restaurant, located a few steps away, for breakfast and dinner. The latter was the real surprise. The managers Gino and Simona make you feel at home, always available. And then the cuisine. Gino is passionate and offers, recommending, truly high-level, gourmet dishes. Well done.

03/05/2025: Sembra poco più di un forno, in realtà ha un’ampia gamma di prodotti tipici, salati e dolci e anche di piatti di gastronomia. I più qui comprano per asporto ma ci sono anche alcuni tavoli (pochi) per appoggiarsi e mangiare sul posto. I prodotti sono molto casalinghi, senza raffinatezze particolari o moderne: qui si guarda soprattutto alla sostanza del prodotto, più che all’estetica e alla presentazione. In zona è famoso per gli Arancini ma a mio avviso i prodotti forti del locale sono altri. Trovate pizza, sfoglia, impanate, focaccia, scrocchiarella ripiena caponata, verdure. Prezzi davvero modici. Se vi capita (perché non c’è sempre) provate il torrone al cioccolato. Servizio gentile nonostante la grande e continua folla. Il locale è facile da raggiungere: si trova nel cuore di Ortigia. L’intera via in cui è situato merita una visita turistica: è una strada tipica per l’architettura e anche ricca di piccole botteghe artigiane e negozi tipici.

19/05/2025: Siamo state accolte da un cameriere molto gentile che ci ha fatto sedere e ci ha consigliato cosa prendere. É stato sempre disponibile e ogni tanto veniva a chiedere come stesse andando (il ragazzo originario di Giarre). Specifico questo particolare perché , al contrario, un altro suo collega, credo il più anziano della crew, si é lasciato andare a versi molto sgradevoli e sessisti mentre mi dirigevo in bagno, ho accelerato il passo perché mi sono sentita a disagio e per tornare al tavolo ho fatto il giro più largo per evitare che mi squadrasse da capo a piedi. Nel 2025 é assurdo che avvengano ancora queste cose che tra l’altro danneggiano anche il posto di lavoro e le altre persone che invece lavorano in maniera professionale. Detto ciò, il pane cunzatu era buono, per i miei gusti é risultato difficile da tagliare perche non é il tipico pane imbottito e ripassato al forno ma una piadina di pane abbrustolito con sopra molto condimento quindi quando si afferra con la forchetta il condimento cade perché straborda. Considerando che si tratta di una località turistica i prezzi sono abbordabili. Comunque non ci tornerò per l’esperienza vissuta

26/06/2025: Terrible experience: I order two MC menus and decide to take away, too bad after twenty minutes of waiting, those who make the bags decide to put only one MC menu and a toast. Completely wrong order. I will never return, terrible service and slow waiting times.

28/05/2025: Pochi giorni fa abbiamo festeggiato la Prima Comunione dei nostri figli presso il Ristorante Molo 55, voglio esprimere la NS totale soddisfazione sotto tutti i punti di vista, qualità del cibo eccellente, personale cordialissimo e disponibile, location molto bella sia per la posizione geografica sia per accoglienza e pulizia. Da consigliare.

11/05/2025: Not a bad experience.. moreover.. let's start from the beginning.. it was me and my wife.. we decided on the pizzeria menu.. we arrived they brought us the appetizer after 1 second already prepared all cold frozen chips frozen arancinetta.. we take the pizza, a patapizza and a capricciosa.. the pizzas arrive (after 2 hours of waiting). in the patapizza the croquettes were missing and the mozzarella was horrendous to say the least, a little melted and a little in balls.. my capricciosa, however, I had asked for without olives and without eggs.. and I received the pizza without eggs without olives (without sausage without mushrooms) in short, a margherita with ham they brought me.. I immediately point out that there was an error, they once again brought back the pizzas that were correct and this time they even added ingredients to the pizza that were not they were on the menu.. not only did they not put the mushrooms back but they added peppers and aubergines which were not on the menu.. we ate some pizza and then left it because we were disgusted.. then we realized that all the tables had made the same mistakes as ours.. terrible experience we will never go back like us like many others who said the same thing.

26/04/2025: Unfortunately I have to say that the service was clumsy and decisive in the errors that followed. We ordered a fried squid with the addition of prawns which were not added, a grilled meat and a fish one arrived for 25 euros! Unfortunately, having the omelette already on the table and not wanting to wait any longer, I chose to keep it so as not to wait any longer... I don't like fish! The side dish..2 fantasy salads for which I asked for the ingredients and a brief answer didn't say it contained mozzarella, I'm lactose intolerant and canned tuna (poor). I pointed out everything to the waiters who admitted the mistakes, furthermore you can't see the coffee served in a paper cup in a restaurant!!! In all of this I paid for everything as if it were nothing.

15/04/2025: THEY DO NOT SERVE PIZZA AT NOON. Otherwise good, when having to choose pasta we took the pistacchio and speck one and it was quite good, for dessert the canolo 10/10, the base has cocoa and tastes incredible

16/10/2024: Ottima location direttamente sul mare, piatti ottimi, va tre varietà di menu, secondi di pesce curati, ottimo servizio, dolci in linea con la tradizione pantesca. Consigliato!

23/09/2024: Ristorante molto carino proprio sul mare. Abbiamo preso peperoni mandorlati, polpo con patate. Poi dell'ottimo pesce: ricciola alla griglia e nasello al forno. Anche il bacio pantesco e la cassata erano ottimi. Personale molto gentile
