16/10/2024: Ottima location direttamente sul mare, piatti ottimi, va tre varietà di menu, secondi di pesce curati, ottimo servizio, dolci in linea con la tradizione pantesca. Consigliato!

23/09/2024: Ristorante molto carino proprio sul mare. Abbiamo preso peperoni mandorlati, polpo con patate. Poi dell'ottimo pesce: ricciola alla griglia e nasello al forno. Anche il bacio pantesco e la cassata erano ottimi. Personale molto gentile

05/06/2025: I went to lunch at this place, nice atmosphere, good food I would say, but I want to make a negative note. The waitress, by chance, stained my jacket with white wine so I asked for a refund for what happened. The lady applied a discount of 4 euros on the bill. Tomorrow I will take the jacket to the dry cleaners, but I think with 4 euros they won't even wash a tie anymore. Totally screwed.... result of a lunch with friends. Little correctness in the work.

18/06/2025: It's a wonderful place. I've never been there for dinner. I only have nice breakfasts. It's very relaxing. I'll have to try their cuisine too. The menus are very appetizing and I've always heard good things about them.

29/03/2025: We paid 50€ each for 6 people (300€ total) for a normal meal of normal quality, with less than excellent service. We also included a hamburger in the bill that we neither ordered nor ate (which was clearly removed from the bill after our observation). This is absolutely not a place that could allow such an expensive bill. Never again will I dine here.

24/05/2025: Very good pizza, arrived a little late. I am writing this review to give you some advice: avoid responding aggressively to reviews. I understand that there may be frustration, but the responses are public and, in the eyes of customers, certain tones may seem unprofessional. Criticisms should be welcomed, because it is precisely from them that we can understand what to improve. Waiting two hours (it was not my case) is not normal, and the customer, honestly, does not care how much there is: if you cannot manage the orders, either hire more staff and improve the quality of the service, or avoid accepting more orders than you can handle. Making customers wait that long is disrespectful, and it is certainly not their fault. The pizza is good, but without an improvement in the relationship with the customer, unfortunately, it will be difficult to grow. And I would be sorry because the pizza deserves it. Remember that everything you write is public and will be read by everyone. When you reply to a review, count to ten, breathe and don't let your emotions guide you. I hope that this review, if read with the right spirit and not as an attack, can be helpful for the future and contribute to making you a 5/5/5 pizzeria. Invest in the problems reported and you will see an increase in positive reviews, a reduction in complaints and also a greater profit in the future. Best regards! Marco

The staff, I could list the names but I would be sorry to forget someone, kind and very willing to realize and satisfy all the requests and needs of the customer. Just ask and your wishes will be realized. In addition to the dishes on the menu you can request other. Typical dishes of the Sicilian tradition are periodically made.

13/06/2025: Without a doubt, an incredible experience. Besides the atmosphere of the place, I was recommended a cocktail made by the bartender, which was wonderful. The next day, I didn’t even ask for the menu and directly ordered the 'cocktail of the day,' which was once again amazing. On top of the attentive service, the quality of the drinks was outstanding. A place not to be missed in Taormina!

The atmosphere is simply perfect: elegant yet relaxed, with tasteful background music. The real star, however, is the cocktail menu: creative, carefully curated, and with an impressive balance of flavors. We tried both the classics, and the bartender’s original creations, each of which came with a passionate explanation of its story and inspiration. The service was impeccable—professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell there’s a true love for the craft and real care for every guest. This is the ideal place for an aperitif or a refined evening out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an authentic, high-quality experience in Taormina. We’ll definitely be back!

14/01/2025: One of the best restaurants in the Val di Noto

01/10/2024: What on earth is going on here…. I can’t even begin to understand the good reviews for this Restaurant. Arrived at this beautiful location very excited, expecting to have a true gastronomic feast and wow what an incredible let down. 4 of us, ordered 11 items from the menu and the best thing by far was the bread/olive oil. Shocking how the head chef could try any of what was served and think that guests would enjoy any of it. Risotto/pasta/linguine dishes- bland is such an understatement! Sicilian/Italian food should be rich and have depth that comes from being made with love and passion for all things food. The risotto especially was a total embarrassment to gastronomy.. Cod cous-cous and the octopus with pickled vegetables were both awfully boring with literally zero flavour. Embarrassing to serve such flat and bland food! Served alongside the amazing olive oil was a huge salt dispenser, could the concept of this place be ‘season and flavour the food by yourself’….. lentil/veg soup looked incredible, then one bite and the sadness just grew! seemed like it was prepared by a robot(honestly how can something so tasteless be served to anyone). The beef tartare was partly still frozen! The sea bass tartare had what might be considered a ‘hint’ of flavour but maybe I am kidding myself and starting to feel sorry for this place. Please do not even consider going to this place if like ourselves, you have travelled and sampled fine cuisine from many incredible establishments across the globe. The car journey back to the villa was part shock and part hilarious outbursts of what did we just experience.
