26/04/2025: Not knowing the place we saw the place walking along the main street and the feeling at first sight was that of a pleasant and clean environment. The food is superb and plentiful we ate seafood appetizer and spaghetti with sea urchin and for dessert the classic Sicilian cannoli.
The staff was friendly and professional and the waiting times were short despite the place being crowded.
The price paid is fair for the quality of the raw materials used

15/04/2025: Mrs Bettina makes a fish couscous which is truly a super delight. Clean place and helpful staff. In addition to the cous, I also ate a fried cappuccetto which was superb.

09/02/2025: Giuseppe Costa's starred restaurant is an intimate location with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The revisited Sicilian cuisine does not disappoint, on the contrary, it is a pleasant discovery with the selected ingredients. Stellar spaghetti with sea urchins!
Excellent value for money!!
If I really have to make a criticism, the service has huge room for improvement for a restaurant like this.

11/04/2025: It is located on the seafront of Avola. There is seating inside and out.
The staff is very kind and quick, there are gluten-free options such as the almond paste made by them in various flavors and single portions of cake.
We had a coffee, a half bottle, a cannoli and a small piece of breadcrumbs with tuna and spent almost 14 euros. Prices are higher than elsewhere. The pistachio almond paste was good and not cloying like I've heard elsewhere, the cannoli was very large and in my partner's opinion very good.

22/01/2025: We ate on January 20th for dinner in this restaurant and I must say regarding the restaurant maximum cleanliness, courtesy and kindness. We were welcomed with bruschetta offered by the house. A cuddle towards the customer, a very welcome kindness. The menus are well described and presented well. The only flaw is that the food in general is too salty and this is certainly out of place at least as far as I'm concerned, a second course with pork ribs and sautéed potatoes, in addition to the meat being quite salty, the potatoes were also raw.
Dessert, specifically
"hazelnut profiterol" was not entirely fresh in my opinion.

Basil supplement on margherita pizza for €1 I could buy a plant directly. For the rest the pizza was very good but I would never go back again
