31/03/2026: A very simple but truly satisfying dinner! The faine was excellent and the portions generous (neither of us finished our portion, so they let us take the rest home). The waiters were friendly and helpful, and the prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back if we're in Sassari again!

A fabulous lunch with only home-grown and home-made, delicious products, such as the local ricotta and honey ! we are definitely marking this stop on our maps as a top restaurant for our next excursions. 12/02/2026: A wonderfully delicious place with a truly atmospheric atmosphere. Franco, the owner, and Tito, the cat, were incredibly hospitable. The ricotta with honey was the best in the world! The culurgiones melted in your mouth! Finish the Sardinian feast with a mirto and espresso! And it's affordable. You have to stop by and try some authentic local food! ❤️ I will always have fond memories of the owner and the sweet Tito.❤️

27/05/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Braceria Mangiafuoco, and I can say without exaggeration that it was an experience that goes far beyond a simple dinner. As soon as you enter, you immediately sense the attention to every detail: an elegant yet welcoming setting, a relaxed atmosphere, and a staff that makes you feel at home with their warmth and professionalism. The cocktails are simply spectacular, carefully and creatively prepared, perfect both to start the evening and to accompany the dishes. You can tell there's true passion and expertise behind the bar. I tried the Capper-ino (I hope I'm right) and it was an incredible experience. The highlight, of course, is the meat: exceptional quality, carefully selected, and impeccably cooked. Each cut is explained and recommended with great expertise, and the chef manages to bring out every flavor in an extraordinary way. Meat this tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection is hard to forget. I also applaud the side dishes, because the delicious broccoli rabe and chicory took me back to my grandmother's cooking (and I think that's one of the best compliments). Special praise also goes to the entire staff and the chef, always present, attentive, and helpful without ever being intrusive. It's rare to find a place where food quality, service, and atmosphere coexist so seamlessly. Mangiafuoco isn't just a grill restaurant, but an experience to be enjoyed and recommended to anyone who loves good food and being pampered from start to finish. I'll definitely be back.

04/05/2026: Delicious pizza, warm, thin, and crispy. You can feel the high quality of the ingredients. The tiramisu is egg-free but very tasty and delicate.

27/12/2025: Terrible service... The waiter made us wait ages to order, to receive our food, and even to pay... The waiter was very unfriendly, arrogant, and confrontational... The pizzas weren't anything special either. I've never eaten worse in a restaurant.

24/02/2026: On a cold, humid February day, I visited the restaurant with a group of friends to enjoy a traditional Carnival favata. The fava beans were cooked to perfection, accompanied by generous pieces of pork: sausages, rind, and ribs, all flavorful and well-prepared. The vegetables were also excellent, carefully cooked and served in generous portions. Everything was washed down with a very acceptable house Cannonau. Furthermore, the evening was enlivened by live music: a group of professional musicians revived great national and international hits from the '80s and '90s, delighting us with their mastery and convincing us to stay longer... resulting in a few more digestives. The only downside was the dessert: the "fatti fritti" (fried biscuits), unfortunately tiny, hard, and decidedly subdued compared to the quality of everything else. The staff was professional, smiling, and very helpful; The only small drawback is the venue's capacity, which can be a bit limited on busy evenings. The restrooms are clean and tidy.
