Amphora Self-Service In Sassari

13/08/2026: There were three of us for dinner. I ordered the platter, which I thought would feature a wider variety of cured meats. In fact, there was only sausage (I don't want to specify the quantity) and four pieces of cheese. For the first course, the tonnarelli with swordfish and lemon ragù (the lemon was a bit too overpowering, for my taste). For other dishes, the gratin mussels (good). The fregola was so-so. The grilled squid was fine. For dessert, the tiramisu (I think it would have been better to use more cream) and panna cotta. The staff were kind and attentive.

09/08/2026: Excellent food, reasonably priced for the quality. Friendly and efficient staff. It's a shame we have to leave tomorrow, otherwise I would have been happy to return.
