03/08/2025: Abbiamo provato il menù degustazione a 50€, che comprendeva una selezione di antipasti, la Paella tradizionale, dolce caffè e amaro e incluso c’era anche una bottiglia di vino. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, apprezzato anche la possibilità di scegliere il dolce alla carta sebbene il menù degustazione prevedesse solo la scelta tra due alternative.

29/07/2025: This is a great spot for lunch, not touristy at all and very authentic. The pasta is fresh,we particularly enjoyed the spaghetti alle vongole and the local Vermentino. The restaurant is lovely, cozy and traditional inside and the staff are great. Many thanks for the welcome drink!

27/10/2025: Incredible croissants, highly recommended. Spectacular pistachio croissant. Plus, the prices are affordable for the quality. The hours are incorrect on Google; I'm including a photo of the current hours (they may vary during other times of the year). By the way, I don't think it's called Eolo Bistrot anymore.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, but the most important thing, beyond the charming decor, is the quality of the products. Good coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and excellent pasta dishes, including takeaway options. I was very pleased. Keep up the good work, well done!

The owner is a wonderful person, and the entire staff is fantastic: they make you feel special and warmly welcomed every single time. The sushi is always top-quality and delicious. What amazes me most is that, despite the years, they never miss a beat: the quality remains high and consistent, everything is as good as the first time. Truly well done! 05/08/2025: Le meilleur restaurant de notre séjour à ALGHERO, il est plus sympa de manger à l extérieur mais les places sont restreintes donc pensez à réserver. Le monsieur est un peu froid d’apparence mais au final plutôt sympa.

06/03/2026: "The pool at the Hotel Libyssonis was a real hit with my son! The large 25-meter pool is perfect for a bit of exercise, while the smaller one is a paradise for kids with its games and entertainment. It's a shame it's only open for a few hours a day, but the staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel's location is strategic, and the breakfast was excellent, with local and international products. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back!"

04/01/2026: I visited on New Year's Day 2026. I didn't see any Japanese people, but the restaurant was bustling with locals and people returning to their resorts. This restaurant had a wide selection of pizzas and pastas. The squid ink pasta I ordered was delicious. The orange juice was also very fresh and tasty. The potatoes had a nice crunchy texture. The atmosphere was great and I enjoyed it.
