18/05/2025: Riding through the town on my motorbike I stopped for a bite to eat. The owners were very kind. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the price which seemed excessive to me. A plate with 8 ricotta ravioli and 1/4 of house wine cost me 19 euros. Exorbitant price.

19/05/2025: Ci siamo stati 2 sere, la prima abbiamo preso la fregola ai frutti di mare, buona ma leggermente troppo sapida, poi il trancio di tonno che è stato superlativo, la sera successiva avevamo prenotato la paella che pareva potesse avere un problema di tempi di cottura, poi risolti con celerità. Entrambi i conti soddisfacenti.

08/06/2025: We stayed in Castelsardo a couple of nights and Pinna was always the winner restaurant for dinner. The view is amazing, the menu full of fresh fish and great desserts, and the staff incredibly nice. Would highly recommend!

02/06/2025: Nice, clean place with plenty of seating indoors and on the terrace. When we visited on a Sunday mid-afternoon, the restaurant was almost empty, so the serving was fast. The meals are decent size and tasty. We went with the white wine recommended by the waiter and did not regret it. The only downside is that we wanted to return on a different day but the restaurant does not seem to be open every day (at least for dinner).

12/06/2025: The hotel is a bit out fashioned, our toilet leaked, but the rooms are large with a high ceiling and daily cleaning service. There is a spacious area for parking. The walls are paper thin, you can hear the exact words of conversations, but I guess for a short stay it is not a bother.

12/06/2025: The food isn't exceptional enough to make you come back. We also ordered pizzas, and butter knives made it impossible to cut them. We asked for other knives, and one of the waitresses ran off. Another waiter told us they were the only ones they had. A pizzeria without knives or pizza cutters? Ridiculous. The atmosphere is quite unpleasant. Waitresses walk very abruptly, like headless chickens, just staring all the time and wandering around like crazy. On the other hand, people who arrive without a reservation and decide to wait do so on the stairs, so you're constantly being watched, which is really unpleasant. You don't have any space to eat in peace. I got the feeling that all or almost all of them were new and very lost, lacking in customer service manners. Would I go back? No. Do I recommend it? No.

11/06/2025: The place, it must be said, looks good: clean, tidy, with a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately, the aesthetic aspect is the only really positive point of the evening. The service was disappointing in many ways. The waiters – present in adequate numbers, at least four – turned out to be inattentive and poorly prepared. If you entrust only one person with the task of taking orders, it is essential that this person is competent. Hearing that an unfiltered Ichnusa is “equal to a Weiss” is truly perplexing: it is a gross oversight that, in a restaurant, should not happen. Our table was ignored for long stretches: the dishes remained in front of us for an excessive amount of time, and we had to ask ourselves for the coffees to arrive. In general, the impression was that of an improvised service, with little attention to the customer experience. And let's come to the prices: totally disproportionate. I understand the price increases, I understand the seasonal costs and the increase in raw materials. But asking 14 or 15 euros for an absolutely average pizza - nothing special either in terms of ingredients or preparation - is unacceptable in my opinion. At these prices, the minimum is to offer a service that is up to par, and a product that stands out. I often go to restaurants and I am happy to spend for a quality experience. Unfortunately, in this case, the predominant feeling was that of being taken for a ride.

23/05/2025: The Ciccheto was recommended to us by the owner of a butcher's shop in Porto Torres where we had just made some purchases, bingo! The pasta with Vongole and the ravioli were delicious because the recipe was respected (I am a cook), the typical ricotta desserts were very good, a perfect end to Sardinia, thank you to the restaurateurs whoever they are for respecting their customers.

24/04/2025: A good address, very good cuisine, pleasant welcome, super organized service: no waiting, even a full restaurant. At 1:30 p.m., customers wait outside for a table to become available. Full restaurant, the room is brilliant, but we are in Italy...Thanks to the owner and staff
