31/07/2024: Nice restaurant, good food. Reservations are required, ask if you can sit inside, outside you sit on the street on a busy road and that makes it restless. They will not change it if you asked for when you arrive.

05/09/2024: Magnificent authentic restaurant. Perfect service, the owner and waitress very friendly. Hearty and tasty food. Don't be discouraged by the bumpy road, it's definitely worth it. Thank you for discovering basil brandy. My husband and I had a great time.
20/08/2024: Hidden behind an industrial estate. And then up the mountain via a half-sand path. And if you arrive early, it will seem as if it has been closed for years. But a beautiful place that was completely full after an hour. So make a reservation!!! And if you are a BBQ fan you should eat here. The cook is a real BBQ master with an apron. All kinds of meat from the fire. We had the mix of all types. Flank striploin Babette you name it for 50th the man. Top wine and beer and soft drinks. Nice breeze and a very nice location, recommended if you are near Tempio Pausiana

Sublime dishes, lots of professionalism and exquisite kindness.
My love for spaghetti alla guitar with black garlic and scampi tartare is unparalleled.

13/07/2024: Finalmente un posto dove si mangia bene il pesce e anche la pizza e quel che è positivo piatti abbondanti. Il Pesce ottimo come anche la pizza . Personale efficiente e cortese, il prezzo è più basso della media . Da consigliare assolutamente . Gentilissimo il cameriere Matteo

14/08/2024: As always, we followed the Google reviews because we were looking for good value for money, and so far we were not disappointed!
The pastas are delicious and so are the desserts.
For 165€ for 4, a main course each, a drink and a dessert, nothing to say, congratulations.
I'm taking one star off the service because a little more smile from the waiters would be welcome 👍
13/08/2024: Very good! The terrace is very cute and well located, the best value for money in Porto Cervo. The only drawback is that there are a lot of people and you have to queue, and they take a long time to serve. But highly recommended

12/08/2024: We tried for two days to make a reservation via Instagram, email and phone, but got no response. Given the lack of contact, we decided to take a risk and go directly to the place. We arrived at 6:45 p.m. and we explained to what appeared to be the owner that we had tried to communicate, asking if it would be possible to get a table. The place was completely empty, but the owner insisted that it was not possible without a prior reservation.
Right behind us, another couple asked the same question, and the owner gave them the same answer. However, a few meters later, we saw how that couple were allowed to enter without reservation. When I approached to ask why they could enter and we couldn't, the owner left the restaurant upset, to the point that the person accompanying me had to ask him to calm down. In the end, the owner gave several excuses without arguments and his attitude became even more upset.
It's amazing that a place with such good ratings offers such poor service.
10/08/2024: Reading some negative reviews could leave some doubts but the answers were always very punctual and professional and so we went and I must say that I was right, the owner was kind and professional, he suggested a local wine not present in the wine list which could be a reason to be criticized but it was so convincing that we tasted this spectacular Caresi wine from the cellars near Santa Teresa, delicious spaghetti with clams and cuttlefish ink, among other things it found us a place for Saturday even though it was almost all full, demonstrating professionalism and kindness that are not always common, excellent value for money

23/08/2024: Preso pizza da asporto e la pizza non ha perso di qualità. Tra altre pizzerie, questa è la più buona. In frazione, ma vale la pena fare un po di strada per mangiare una pizza eccezionale. TOP... Sicuramente da riprovare.
30/07/2024: First and last Time. How difficult is it to make a mistake with a marinara pizza? Extra salty, pieces of pizza without sauce… really bad. The pizzas in the place looked nice but mine was really terrible

30/08/2024: Excellent restaurant with a large menu of both meat and fish.
The quality of the raw materials is high, even if some choices left us a little perplexed (e.g. serving the anchovies in their tin accompanied by croutons - see photo).
The desserts are high quality pastry, truly exceptional. They have a talented pastry chef dedicated to them, congratulations!
Given the prices, the internal environment could be more formal or elegant.
30/08/2024: I went back after many years because I wasn't particularly impressed the first time... on the contrary.
I confirm my first impression. The food is good but it gives me the idea of "I would like but I can't". It poses as an exclusive restaurant complete with a concierge that seems more suited to a nightclub on the Romagna Riviera, the environment is chaotic, high prices
If you act as an exclusive restaurant and the bill to pay is for an exclusive restaurant there should be no children screaming and/or being entertained during dinner with iPads playing cartoons at unbearable volumes.
Either you are exclusive or you are not.

18/08/2024: A well-deserved star for the friendliness shown by the owner upon our arrival. Bottom line, we left without sitting down.
I edited the review following the response from the venue.
Edit:
after having waited 10/15 minutes standing without being noticed by anyone even though many waiters and the owner himself had passed by us numerous times, hearing the latter reply "usually customers wait at the entrance" after asking if there was helpfulness by pointing out that we had been waiting to be received for some time, is the exact opposite of how you should treat a customer.
I would also like to point out that we went to the place AFTER calling and being told "come ahead because some tables will be free soon", only to be rudely bounced.
It was 9.30pm and not 8pm.
I repeat, a very deserved star.

01/09/2024: Siamo stati ospiti del ristorante "Il Mattacchione" di Olbia a metà agosto.
Un ambiente fine, elegante e soprattutto accogliente sia nella location che nei modi e comportamenti dei proprietari ( lo chef Sig Giuseppe coadiuvato in sala dalla Sig.ra Rossella) e loro collaboratori che con estrema semplicità propagano competenza, gentilezza, attenzione ed estrema disponibilità verso tutti gli ospiti.
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di degustare alcune pietanze preparate al momento dallo chef con tanta saggezza, professionalità, passione ed impiattate magistralmente con svariati effetti cromatici delle materie prime usate; e allo stesso tempo con una composizione tale da amalgamare perfetti connubi di più cibi con avvolgenti sentori e gusti che liberano al palato una serie di indiscutibili emozioni culinarie.
Dei piatti che abbiamo degustato è doveroso menzionare le seguenti portate:
Ostrica ripiena con bagnacauda , aglio nero, gel di mela, erbette di mare.
Gambero locale crudo associato a crema di bufala e cetriolo acidulo.
Spaghetti con emulsione di molluschi , limone, bottarga di muggine ed una salsa a base di pesce preparata dallo chef
Ottimi i dessert che abbiamo assaggiato :
Una mela di mousse di gelato e cioccolato esterno in ricordo della nonna.
L' Agrume: il suo cremoso, la mousse, il sorbetto, il gel, il tutto raccolto in una semi circonferenza
Eccellente anche il vino : un Nasco 100% prodotto nel Sud Sardegna
Inoltre la cortesia è stata evidenziata anche con un vassoio di piccole specialità offerte dalla proprietà a titolo di entree' e sempre alla fine della cena da una deliziosa crema di limone come digestivo.
Un vasto menù alla carta o a degustazione è a disposizione dei clienti, e a complemento di questo un ' ampia carta dei vini sia regionali che nazionali.
Buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo.
Consiglio assolutamente questo ristorante
24/08/2024: Ogni piatto è un percorso di gusto e creatività. La materia prima utilizzata è assolutamente eccellente e ancor più la sapienza con cui viene trattata. È vero, l'estro, non quello fine a se stesso, qui è di casa.

13/08/2024: My husband Marco and I stayed in this farmhouse from 24 July to 5 August.
We had a very good time.
The room was simple, but clean and with everything needed to make it convenient and comfortable.
The location of the structure is very convenient for reaching the beaches of San Teodoro, but also those of Berchida and the Biderosa Oasis.
Naturally, the beach of Budoni is also very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped.
At the Sorres we used the half board option and were very satisfied.
Breakfast was very good with fruit and various sweets, dinner was always delicious.
We tasted all the various appetizers, the traditional Sardinian first courses and of course... the suckling pig.
All good, cooked very well.
I would like to thank Laila, Maria and all the people who, despite the terrible heat of these days, pampered us with their dishes and their kind hospitality.
Of course we highly recommend visiting this farm.

06/08/2024: Cena perfetta, a partire dalla location che si presenta come una casa rustica immersa nella natura pur essendo a due passi dal paese, appena arrivati ci è stato attribuito un tavolo che garantiva la giusta privacy e subito hanno iniziato a portare il vino della casa e gli antipasti , devo dire che tra questi tutti i formaggi mangiati erano davvero speciali soprattutto la ricotta servita con i fichi e i pecorini presenti nel tagliere, ma quello che ho preferito è stata l’insalata di maialetto in agrodolce che mi ha lasciato a bocca aperta per la sua freschezza, menzione d’onore anche per le polpette di erbe di campo e le melanzane primavera.
Si passa poi ai primi, serviti nella giusta quantità data l’abbondanza degli antipasti, tra cui culurgiones e malloreddus entrambi con pasta fatta in casa e con condimenti coerenti con il menù. Si arriva poi a sua maestà “il maialetto” che a dir poco si scioglieva in bocca, mantendendo all’esterno la giusta croccantezza. Si finisce poi con dolce e digestivo, anche questi molto graditi. Che dire, BRAVISSIMI!!

Top localisation, service and quality.
We had delicious home made raviolis porcini, mixed fried fish and seafood, and a very tasty grilled tuna on a bed of rucola crowned with cherry tomatoes. All accompanied with a shiny white wine from Sardinia.
The owners, Claudio and Marilena, are very friendly and passionate of gastronomy and first class local products.
We recommend absolutely to make a stop there!
