11/07/2025: Un'eccellenza a Tertenia! Ogni anno si conferma il miglior ristorante del posto con un menu di pesce e carne ottimo. Complimenti allo chef Egidio! DA NON PERDERE!

11/07/2025: In un panorama che è quello di marina di tertenia che definirei il deserto dei tartari come offerta gastronomica sia come qualità completamente assente che come professionalita degli addetti ai lavori, tutti gli anni torniamo da Egidio nel suo delizioso ristorantino ogni volta che possiamo perché in questo caso posso parlare tranquillamente di eccellenza, eccellenti le materie prime freschissime e di prima qualità, eccellente la mano dello chef nel trattarle poco e sapientemente, il menù offre una scelta mirata e selezionata anche ai prodotti del territorio, noi amiamo il pesce ma chi non lo preferisse da sa omu trova infatti un ottima scelta di piatti di carne e cucina tipica sarda, le paste fresche fatte in casa accrescono la qualità dell'offerta! Ottima carta dei vini e buonissimi i dolci! Bravissimo Egidio, non ci abbondanare mai!

13/07/2025: We ate incredibly delicious pizzas here, by far the best we've had in Sardinia so far! The tiramisu was also a real highlight: creamy, fresh, and simply delicious. The prices are absolutely fair, and the staff is attentive, quick, and responsive to requests. A definite recommendation. We would love to come back!

16/07/2025: Nice lasagna that he presented to us before and convinced me immediately, tuna was fresh, nicely cooked with vegetables. The bread was a bit dry but when it soaked those vegetable juices I didn't mind. Coffee was really good, i can still remember the taste and smell.

14/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance after a stop in the emergency room for our baby... hot and tired, we found kindness and good food that made us feel good... thanks to the owner, chef and handyman for the warm welcome and for cooking for us at 3 pm on a hot afternoon... culargiones and seadas top!!!!

13/07/2025: Amazing lunch! I was already impressed by the description of the dishes and the friendliness of Claudio, the owner, over the phone when I booked. We arrived and opted for the tasting menus. Everything, from start to finish, was excellent and plentiful. Beautifully presented, we had the opportunity to sample many local specialties. I thank Claudio and Beatrice for allowing us to try exquisite Sardinian dishes. This is a place worth keeping in mind and definitely returning.

10/07/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria La Pineta is located in Arzana at Vico 1, Via Don Orione 4. The restaurant, which opened in 1977, has retained its original style. The historic photographs displayed throughout the restaurant are also beautiful. For lunch, we enjoyed the typical Ogliastra cuisine, including culurgiones (a type of pasta), orrubioloso (a type of pasta), and the fantastic roast meats. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly; don't expect a fancy restaurant, but this makes up for the genuine hospitality and informality of the place. A truly authentic place where you can savor the flavors of Sardinia. The view from the parking lot, overlooking the coast, is beautiful. Even though it was a fairly hot day, the cool air from the pine forest stretching along the mountainside added to the atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars.

15/07/2025: I went there yesterday with my partner, and what can I say... finding such a welcoming place, Ciao Nero Speciali, is not a given! The staff is attentive to customer needs and extremely kind; the food is of the highest quality, incredibly fresh, and exquisitely flavorful. Anyone passing through Tortolì should definitely try this culinary experience. We'll definitely be back 😊

12/07/2025: Elegant and welcoming place. Quick and knowledgeable staff. We didn't have to wait; we were served immediately. Innovative menu with a nod to tradition. I recommend the mushroom and cheese bruschetta. The mussels were superb. The porcini and almond ravioli were a real discovery. All the dishes we chose were excellent and beautiful to look at. The wine by the glass that was recommended was spot on. We will definitely be back.

04/07/2025: Quiet, charming location. All the staff were very pleasant, Mr. Dani was fantastic and made great suggestions. Good quality food.

18/07/2025: First time here. Spectacular! We ate wonderfully and had a great chat with Angelo, a wonderful person. The grilled fish was exceptional, as were the malloreddus and culurgiones (forgive me if I spelled them wrong). Everything was delicious! Congratulations!

11/07/2025: Excellent restaurant: traditional dishes, strictly handmade. The culurgiones and sebadas are top-notch! Excellent service. The owner, Anna (a superb cook), and the waiter, who continues the family's historic business, were very kind. It was a pleasure to chat with them. Anna came out of the kitchen, carrying the pasta and filling, and showed us how to close the culurgiones. We'll treasure them and return!

28/06/2025: We visited the restaurant twice and enjoyed the food and the great, friendly service each time. We had pizza and Sardinian Maultschen (a kind of sardine) - we highly recommend them 😍 There's a beautiful view of the mountains from a lovely terrace. There's parking for about three cars directly in front of the restaurant, but there's more available a little further in front. Tip: bring mosquito repellent ;)

20/06/2025: Very nice restaurant with authentic, delicious food. We had octopus salad, mussels soup (zuppa di cozze), fish of the day and fregula with seafood. Everything was perfect. The staff was also very kind and attentive. It’s a place not to miss in Arbatax!

03/06/2025: Many expectations... very well met... even more! Difficulty in choosing the dishes because the name alone makes them excellent! In the end I decided on the cold ones, that is all the tartare (offered in different variations). Followed by a "so-called normal" carpaccio but which, believe me, was nothing normal, fantastic and then to finish with the wagyu meat carpaccio (Kobe beef), the meat, what can I say... being one of the most prized meats in the world, EXCELLENT. The only small point here is to season with balsamic vinegar, not indiscriminately but on one side, so you can really appreciate the sublime WAGYU much more. The staff was also really friendly and nice. Now the only thing, I will have to do the 402.00 km round trip from San Gavino Monreale again. Ps. the superlative house wine accompanied the dishes very well.
