17/07/2025: For several years, we've been unable to resist staying here for at least a weekend (I said at least 😀...so often more than one!!). Beautiful location nestled between greenery and mountains, just steps from the sea. Extremely friendly and always available staff make you feel right at home. Breakfast is varied and satisfying for every palate. The bar is well-organized for any need, and offers poolside service. The restaurant is excellent, with an excellent quality/price ratio. In short, what can I say...highly recommended!!!

15/07/2025: We stayed two nights and I have to say it was absolutely relaxing, a charming place, excellent and very friendly staff, impeccable cleanliness, excellent pizza, what can I say, everything was perfect. I hope to visit you again in the spring...thank you for everything!

17/08/2025: Upon arrival, Mario and his staff are there to welcome you. Then comes the extraordinary food they serve. And finally, the bill makes you say, "I can still eat excellent fish right now without spending a billion euros each." Extraordinary value. In short: Highly recommended. I'll be back very soon.

03/08/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance, much later than expected, but they immediately seated us on the veranda overlooking the surrounding mountain panorama (fantastic). The owner, incredibly kind and helpful, brought us the house menu, which included various meat-based appetizers and three homemade pasta dishes, all truly excellent. We highly recommend stopping by this restaurant. We'll definitely be back to try the pizzas.

18/08/2025: We ate there on vacation, and as an Italian fan, I was a bit disappointed with my €25 portion of fish. Compared to other photos here, my plate was practically empty. My family had pizza and was satisfied.

13/07/2025: Amazing lunch! I was already impressed by the description of the dishes and the friendliness of Claudio, the owner, over the phone when I booked. We arrived and opted for the tasting menus. Everything, from start to finish, was excellent and plentiful. Beautifully presented, we had the opportunity to sample many local specialties. I thank Claudio and Beatrice for allowing us to try exquisite Sardinian dishes. This is a place worth keeping in mind and definitely returning.

10/07/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria La Pineta is located in Arzana at Vico 1, Via Don Orione 4. The restaurant, which opened in 1977, has retained its original style. The historic photographs displayed throughout the restaurant are also beautiful. For lunch, we enjoyed the typical Ogliastra cuisine, including culurgiones (a type of pasta), orrubioloso (a type of pasta), and the fantastic roast meats. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was very family-friendly; don't expect a fancy restaurant, but this makes up for the genuine hospitality and informality of the place. A truly authentic place where you can savor the flavors of Sardinia. The view from the parking lot, overlooking the coast, is beautiful. Even though it was a fairly hot day, the cool air from the pine forest stretching along the mountainside added to the atmosphere. A well-deserved five stars.

14/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant with family during our vacation in Arbatax. The meal was delicious and the service impeccable. The servers are efficient and attentive. The only downside is that it was very hot inside despite the fans, so be sure to ask for the terrace. A lovely evening

12/08/2025: A wonderful surprise, a very pleasant terrace, excellent dishes with a choice for those who love the classics and those, like me, who want to try something new. The staff is smiling and very kind. A place to return to.

23/08/2025: Amazing place, we were in the suite with the pool, everything was top notch from the cleaning to the breakfast and everything else, we felt at home. 18/07/2025: First time here. Spectacular! We ate wonderfully and had a great chat with Angelo, a wonderful person. The grilled fish was exceptional, as were the malloreddus and culurgiones (forgive me if I spelled them wrong). Everything was delicious! Congratulations!

11/07/2025: Excellent restaurant: traditional dishes, strictly handmade. The culurgiones and sebadas are top-notch! Excellent service. The owner, Anna (a superb cook), and the waiter, who continues the family's historic business, were very kind. It was a pleasure to chat with them. Anna came out of the kitchen, carrying the pasta and filling, and showed us how to close the culurgiones. We'll treasure them and return!

26/08/2025: After years of going to this restaurant, knowing it wasn't high-end but the food was average at fair prices, this year the prices were high for the quality of the product and service. For example, spaghetti with clams and bottarga. Luckily I had bottarga because I counted only six clams and the raw spaghetti was inedible. The grilled meat was a shame, not only because I saw four pieces of meat thrown there without any shape or form on my plate, but also because the pieces were tough and flavorless. I repeat, until last year the quality and price were decent, but this year they've brought the prices up to the level of local restaurants where you eat really well. I'm sorry :-(

03/09/2025: Had high hopes for this place based on reviews, but we were disappointed by the fragola and black ink ravioli. Presentation was nice enough, but both lacked flavor. Atmosphere was also not as pictured in reviews, in the evening the outdoor seating is encased in plastic tarps (even though there was no wind) and under bright fluorescent lighting. The staff also seemed irritated.
