09/06/2025: An authentic gem in the heart of Orosei! We had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante S’Ortale three times during our stay — and each time it was an unforgettable experience. Dishes prepared with the freshest ingredients, authentic flavors and combinations that enhance the true Sardinian and Oroseina tradition. Among the appetizers, we were won over by the Frue with tomatoes, the fresh and fragrant tuna tartare, and the irresistible stewed octopus. We then tasted the fregola with seafood, the culurgiones (in two delicious versions!) and the exceptional macarrones de busa: each dish a discovery, an explosion of flavor and care. A special thanks to the brothers, owners of the Boutique Hotel and the restaurant, for the passion they put into every detail and for the genuine welcome. And thanks also to the entire Team for having pampered us with such attention and kindness. 08/06/2025: Thank you for the wonderful evening! Such friendly staff and a great atmosphere. The homemade culotgiones were a dream, and the spaghetti vongole was simply perfect; we haven't had such good Italian food in a long time.
