20/12/2024: Terrible experience, truly speechless. Culinary journey proposed by the 360° failed chef. Anonymous dishes, no quality and certainly prepared well in advance. Desserts include a watery chantilly and a babà served hot. Old place and friendly staff but quality catering is something else.

11/11/2024: Tuvimos un gran grupo, y Michael Angelo - uno de los dos propietarios hizo un gran alojamiento para nosotros en la instalación de una mesa grande. Entonces, lamentablemente, la mitad de nuestro grupo se derritió antes de sentarse. Si bien esto fue sin duda irritante para el propietario, todavía nos trató con un servicio de primera calidad durante toda nuestra cena. Es un verdadero profesional. La comida también coincide con la calidad del servicio. Los platos eran interesantes, creativos y muy sabrosos. Una recomendación muy alta de todos en nuestro grupo.

Each product is a unique experience, with attention to the smallest details, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The quality of the ingredients used is evident in every bite and the presentation is always impeccable. I have tried a variety of products, from cakes to small pastries, and every time it has been a delicious surprise. What distinguishes Gianluca is his passion, ambition and humility, always ready to get back into the game in new ways with the desire to learn more and more. I recommend this pastry shop, you won't regret it! 💖

La cura del pranzo, studiato in ogni minimo dettaglio…complimenti allo Chef Patron, ed al suo personale qualificato, gentile e’ sempre disponibile, specializzato per intolleranze e allergeni, poiché chiunque può essere al proprio agio, senza rimanere digiuni come forse potrebbe capitar in altri posti, regna l’abbondanza e cibi ben preparati da mani esperte, il quale ci mettono amore. The dishes are delicious, with attention to their appearance and preparation and with very fresh products. 31/12/2024: I have to say that this restaurant, in my opinion, is the best in the city. The entrance is very welcoming as is the staff. II The restaurant has a menu that varies according to the seasons, table service with a wine sommelier to pair with the chosen dishes, bar services and a view over a large part of the old city and the ravine of Massafra. The location is, as I said before, very welcoming and typical of the place as is the menu, you can also notice the arrangement of local wines at the internal entrance of the restaurant. Speaking of the menu, I must say that it is truly excellent with great choice and variety in the grill area and the good combination of wines recommended with the help of the sommelier and based on the customer's tastes and on the variety of dishes also on the typical local desserts and chef's desserts. The bill is fair also considering the service given by the staff in the room, the warm environment, the quality of the dishes and the safety given. I also had the opportunity to test the flexibility of the menu for celiac and vegan people which allows exceptions on safe orders, reducing the possibility of contamination and respecting the customers' culinary decisions. I highly recommend it to all people who want to spend an evening in tranquility, carefree and with the certainty of being able to taste tasty and typical dishes accompanied by a good wine.

01/12/2024: Pochi giorni a Martina e ripetiamo la visita alla rosticceria La Fenice, pranzo incredibile, possibilità di consumazione sul posto o all’asporto, prodotti freschi, ricette tipiche regionali e rivisitate… senza dubbio il miglior ristorante di Martina (chiamarla rosticceria non basta!!!)

08/12/2024: We had lunch today on the occasion of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception with friends, we were really happy. Very welcoming place, cleanliness at its best, service top notch, very delicious food, compliments to the chef who owns the place. Good value for money, we will definitely be back.

22/10/2024: Good pizza by the metre, I think the single round one is Neapolitan style, but I can't judge it because I've tasted the one by the meter in various flavours. Cozy place, even though it was Saturday the staff was quick and attentive.
