26/01/2025: We stopped in this delicatessen by pure chance, passing through Martina Franca. It was a blessing! The food was excellent to say the least, the kindness and sweetness of Umberto and Clelia unparalleled. I highly recommend it if you love good food at more than fair prices!

14/01/2025: We were in town and wanted to have lunch here. The owner was very friendly and of course all the dishes were delicious. I want to go again.

07/01/2025: Per concludere in bellezza le festività natalizie ‘24/’25 con una famiglia di amici carissimi, mio figlio, studente fuori sede, prenota, con moltissimo anticipo, il pranzo dell’Epifania in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Crispiano. L’esperienza è stata davvero straordinaria: fin dall’accoglienza abbiamo notato la grande professionalità del proprietario che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa; il servizio inappuntabile (finalmente non abbiamo avuto necessità di chiedere ai camerieri, perché qualunque esigenza veniva soddisfatta prima ancora che si presentasse), il pranzo… una gustosissima passeggiata tra il sapere e i sapori del nostro territorio; il sapere di chi non improvvisa, ma studia, sperimenta e va in scena presentandoti con fierezza e competenza la sua opera che incanta la vista, poi il gusto, lasciandoti lieto il tempo per la convivialità. I sapori… quelli del nostro territorio, la Puglia, rivisitati, non snaturati; esaltati dall’esperienza di chi conosce le peculiarità di ogni ingrediente e sa come integrarlo per renderlo indimenticabile. Questo posto è una perla da scoprire, un luogo dove incontrare la passione per la cucina e per l’ospitalità, dove lasciarsi accompagnare in territori inesplorati di bontà. Grazie chef!

05/01/2025: Incuriosita dalle OTTIME RECENSIONI, mi sono recata con mio marito a cena ieri sera. Possiamo solo CONFERMARE quanto scritto da altri. Tutto spettacolare... dall'accoglienza dello chef- titolare Sig.Simone, la gentilezza e precisione dei due collaboratori, la squisitezza delle portate presentate con accuratezza e mai in modo banale. Per concludere posso solo affermare che se si vuol fare bella figura con un ospite, questo è sicuramente il posto giusto.

Each product is a unique experience, with attention to the smallest details, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The quality of the ingredients used is evident in every bite and the presentation is always impeccable. I have tried a variety of products, from cakes to small pastries, and every time it has been a delicious surprise. What distinguishes Gianluca is his passion, ambition and humility, always ready to get back into the game in new ways with the desire to learn more and more. I recommend this pastry shop, you won't regret it! 💖

All’interno la sala si presenta ampia, comoda, accogliente e luminosa… adatta per ogni evenienza. Il matrimonio dei nostri amici è stato un vero sogno. La cura del pranzo, studiato in ogni minimo dettaglio…complimenti allo Chef Patron, ed al suo personale qualificato, gentile e’ sempre disponibile, specializzato per intolleranze e allergeni, poiché chiunque può essere al proprio agio, senza rimanere digiuni come forse potrebbe capitar in altri posti, regna l’abbondanza e cibi ben preparati da mani esperte, il quale ci mettono amore. Per il servizio, invece il tutto viene Servito al tavolo per ogni portata, non ci sono servizi buffet questo ha un valore aggiunto… IMPERATORE DI PUGLIA da più di 30 di esperienza, la migliore su tutto il territorio. 25/01/2025: Siamo stati per la prima volta in questa pizzeria ospiti con i ns familiari oltretutto amici dei titolari; abbiamo ordinato arancini, crocchette e patate a sfoglia fritte; a seguire 1 MT di pizza composta da n.6 gusti diversi; da bere dell'ottima birra alla spina; è stato tutto di ns gradimento, gentilissimi i titolari ed il personale al servizio del ns tavolo. Non posso esprimere un giudizio sul conto perché ero ospite.

03/01/2025: The dishes are taken care of down to the smallest detail, from the choice of ingredients to the presentation on the plate, with generous portions and honest prices. Among the dishes I tried: • Spring rolls (2 portions), • Puffed shrimp powder, • Wan Ton, • Steamed vegetarian ravioli, • Grilled vegetarian ravioli, • Steamed meat ravioli, • Rice spaghetti with grilled meat and vegetables, • Udon with vegetables (or wheat noodles with vegetables), • Crispy Cantonese spaghetti, • Chicken with almonds. Each dish was a journey into the authentic flavors of China. From the soft and tasty ravioli to the crispy Cantonese spaghetti, everything was delicious and prepared with a skill that transports you on a one-way ticket to authentic and original cuisine. But it's not just the food that makes this restaurant special: the atmosphere is warm, welcoming, almost familiar. The scene that stuck with me the most was that of the owner, who, despite the chaos of a Friday evening full of customers, found time to pick up a child who was playing among the tables. He smiled at him sweetly and put him back on the ground gently, before returning to work with the same energy and dedication. A simple gesture, but which tells a lot about the love with which this place is managed. Every corner of the restaurant seems to tell a story, with decorations that recall Chinese tradition without ever being excessive. The staff, despite the busy evening, always found a smile or a kind word for the customers. In short, it is one of those places that not only feeds you, but makes you feel pampered. I will definitely return, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in an authentic and satisfying culinary experience.

25/01/2025: Have 3 work colleagues arriving from Tuscany for dinner one evening. Tired from the journey, sufficiently hungry. We call around 9pm to book a table. After 10 minutes we arrive at the restaurant. The staff welcomes us with simplicity and with a great spirit of hospitality (olives, taralli on the table and soon a bruschetta while waiting for the dishes). In short, the waiter puts us at ease and we let the waiter guide us through the proposed menu. Since it is the first time in the area for all three of us, we order orecchiette cacioricotta and mixed roast, all accompanied by a bottle of local primitivo. All excellent. Ended the evening with local digestives (wolf bitters and herbal elixir). BRAVI BRAVI BRAVI, congratulations to the Chef and Waiter. A mix of cooking skills and hospitality that allowed us to experience a truly relaxing and enjoyable evening. Carry on like this, hoping to be able to return to you soon.

17/01/2025: Lovely bistro in the piazza. Staff were friendly. They spoke some English which was great for us non-italian speakers. We had an aperol & limoncello spritz, shared 2 dishes. A sort of fried pizza bread topped with prosciutto, soft mozzarella, fresh tomatoes & rocket plus the meatballs in tomato sugo. Basket of fresh breads & crusty biscuits were €2 ea Meals were very good. Lovely area to sit & sip. €60 for 2 of us.
