Everyone is very good and always available. The raw materials are sensational and the cuisine is simply delicious: each dish is a confirmation of the passion and care behind it. A special applause to the owners, exquisite people, and to the staff, always smiling and professional. A special thanks to Piero, who recommended some extraordinary desserts to us: he described them to us with such care and delicacy that it made our mouths water just hearing them mentioned. 02/05/2025: Servizio impeccabile, personale gentile e preparato, ci ha fornito ottimi consigli. Cibo curato, preparato con passione, amore e conoscenza. Squisito! Piatti moderni, con sapori tradizionali e ben presentati. Abbiamo preso la burrata, il capocollo e le polpettine (accompagnati dal loro pane tiepido fatto in casa) come antipasto, orecchiette al ragù come primo e terrina di pollo e vitello come secondo. Mousse ai 3 cioccolati e spumone alla nocciola piemontese come dolci. Ottima qualità. Tutto perfetto, torneremo ♥️

03/05/2025: Everything was soooooo good!!!!!!! from the classic routine focaccias to the new focaccias proposed by the staff. Location created on the theme of the late character "TONY". Possibility of eating the various specialties on site. Personally I have tasted them all and defining the best one is a very difficult and arduous task. Try it yourself if you can***

28/04/2025: Delicious Apulian focaccia, excellent variety and good quality ingredients. For anyone in the area I highly recommend it. Very kind, a slightly vintage place but I recommend going there not for the location but for the true and genuine taste.

26/03/2025: The best Chinese restaurant (Western style, real Chinese cuisine is much more varied) in Taranto and the province, large, tidy and clean place, attentive and punctual service (despite the many seats), when the room is full you have to wait a bit, but it's okay and it's worth it. Classic Chinese dishes well executed, good raw materials, excellent value for money.

10/05/2025: Conocimos por primera vez a Antonio (el propietario) mientras nuestro SatNav nos conducía a un alegre baile. Nos detuvimos fuera de Hosteria y le pedimos instrucciones. A pesar de que íbamos a cenar con un competidor, saltó en su coche para mostrarnos el camino. ¡Qué bondad! Volvimos un par de noches después, disfrutamos de una hospitalidad excepcional (un saludo especial a la hija de Antonio, Julia, que nos hizo sonreír) , y buena comida y vino. Hay una alcoba maravillosa con una sola mesa. Lo disfrutamos tanto, que reservamos para una cena de repetición la noche siguiente. Tu amabilidad te hizo ganar negocios, Antonio - y tu comida, vino y hospitalidad nos trajo de vuelta por más.

Not everyone can manage a table of about 40 people with professionalism and attention, satisfying every single request with a smile and without ever leaving anything out. The food was simply excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors and generous portions that won over everyone present. The service was impeccable, with attention to every little detail, with a courtesy and kindness that really make the difference. Thanks again for making our day so special. We will definitely be back and will recommend your restaurant to anyone who wants to have a culinary experience of the highest level.
