04/09/2025: We've traveled extensively throughout Puglia, but we've never seen a place like this! A perfect week... beautiful, immaculately clean property, professional yet simple and welcoming staff, as only true homeowners can be. Superb and varied breakfast, heavenly pool... in short, absolutely everything was top-notch.

03/09/2025: I had dinner at the masseria. What can I say? It was a charming place, the staff were kind and attentive, and the service impeccable. A special mention for the monkfish Wellington, which was truly delicious. I wanted to thank PierPaolo for the attentive service and for his friendliness and kindness. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and a location with both indoor and outdoor seating, with the option of dining in a secluded area away from the main pedestrian area. The dishes are predominantly seafood, but all are fresh and delicious. The quality/price ratio is definitely favorable: if you go to Otranto, go here, and I recommend booking because it fills up quickly.

I had the Pescatrice lardellata (monkfish wrapped in citrus lardo from Gargano, with Jerusalem artichoke and honeyed figs). Rich, sweet, citrusy — absolutely refined. Elegant atmosphere, top-notch service, everything serious and upscale. Highly recommended!

05/06/2025: A beautiful terrace. We were greeted by an unusual server who took the time to explain everything with great humor, which was very pleasant. The dishes are very good, especially the whole sea bass prepared in front of you. It deserves its 5 stars!

26/08/2025: Definitely one of the top five restaurants I've tried in the 20 years I've been frequenting Salento. As soon as you sit down, the pittule arrive, hot and delicious. We ordered the appetizer, and everything was delicious. We then tried both the first and second courses: truly excellent. My son had the meatballs in tomato sauce, which were truly flavorful, while my daughter really enjoyed the tiramisu (which I wasn't so keen on, perhaps because it's different from what we're used to eating in Rome). The pizzas are also very good.

27/07/2025: We arrived in Otranto on our yacht and chose Classe80 for a special dinner: the perfect choice. An elegant location, refined atmosphere, and breathtaking views. Carefully crafted and creative seafood dishes, using top-quality ingredients. Impeccable service, discreet yet attentive. The wine list worthy of a high-end restaurant. A gourmet experience we recommend to anyone who seeks the best.

29/08/2025: Even though we hadn't booked, they seated us very quickly. We ordered a salmon appetizer to share, which was delicious and plentiful, and two octopus carbonaras, both truly excellent! Good wine selection, quick and friendly service. Beautiful location. Prices are a bit high.

17/08/2025: Escape Milan to finally enjoy pure hospitality and good food. You'll fall in love with the romantic atmosphere in Otranto's historic center. Rocco's attentive service will amaze you. A truly Otranto treat, far from the hustle and bustle. We highly recommend any seafood dish, from the purple shrimp to the caramelized octopus. A continuous explosion of flavors, course after course.

14/08/2025: After careful review on where to stay, we decided on Masseria Dei Monaci. The photos looked beautiful and the surrounding serene. And the pictures were true, the grounds were lovely and the rooms were beautiful too. However, when entering, what we didn’t realize is the Masseria is 1 foot away from a very busy highway. So if you don’t mind the sounds of fast cars and Vespa’s going by 24hrs per day then you will be okay. Sitting by the pool is lovely, but again, the sounds of highway traffic take away from the relaxation and beauty. Another note worth mentioning and was quite disappointing was the mattress in our suite. It was a very thin mattress with all the springs visible which made for a very uncomfortable 5 nights. The breakfast is worth mentioning and was good. Overall, a disappointing stay on what was a truly exceptional holiday.
