20/02/2026: I appreciated that, despite the low season, they chose to stay open on weekends. We took advantage of the stay + spa package. A wonderful experience! The masseria is in a strategic location, surrounded by nature, and tastefully furnished. Comfort and pampering guaranteed! The wellness area is top-notch, the rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom, and a very welcoming breakfast room with a large fireplace. We didn't use the restaurant, but the feedback from friends who did is overwhelmingly positive. Special mention goes to the reception staff: helpful, welcoming, and smiling, they were always ready to accommodate our every request. We'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work!

15/12/2025: Excellent food, stunning atmosphere. Arrogant and insensitive staff. I went for a glass of wine at 7:20 PM. Obviously, the place was booked for dinner, but it was empty. The arrogant guys upstairs said they were packed with people queuing (not true) and that you couldn't get a drink in half an hour (in Veneto, you can get at least three spritzes in 30 minutes). I feel sorry for the very kind owner, but he should surround himself with competent staff and not snooty kids.

25/11/2025: If I had to pick one of my happiest moments in Otranto, it would be enjoying wine at L'Ortale. From the outside, it looks like a small bar, but once you step inside, through a secret passageway, you'll find a beautiful outdoor table on the second floor. The beautiful Southern Italian weather, the vines, the delicious wine, and the charcuterie... it's truly perfect. Be sure to try the focaccia!!!

15/02/2026: An unforgettable Valentine's Day between sea and sweetness! We chose Diavolicchio Goloso for our Valentine's Day dinner, and we couldn't have made a better choice. It was a sensory experience that celebrated love through the authentic flavors of our land, reinterpreted with exquisite class. Dinner began with a selection of disarmingly fresh crudités: oysters and seafood that literally smelled of the sea. The mixed fried fish was a real surprise: light, crispy, and not at all greasy, enhancing the sweetness of the shrimp and the delicacy of the calamari. Also worthy of note are the gratin dishes such as bombette and the cuttlefish steak with chicory, and the creative presentations, where every drop of chlorophyll and flavored oil on the plate was not just decorative, but an explosion of flavor. The dried fig and aged cheese interlude was a unique and much-appreciated highlight: a classic pairing, yet served with an elegance that elevated its simplicity. The conclusion was pure poetry. The tiramisu, creamy and generous with cocoa, won us over from the first spoonful. The small pastries were also delicious and romantic, with those hand-decorated heart-shaped cookies and pralines that perfectly complemented the meal. The atmosphere was intimate and refined. The cuisine features excellent ingredients and the chef's impeccable craftsmanship. Attentive, yet unobtrusive, service. A heartfelt thanks to the entire Diavolicchio Goloso staff for making this evening so special. We will definitely be back to indulge in your delicacies again!

28/02/2026: I'm still sitting here at the table, completely satisfied with my lunch at La Pignata. Friendly service, excellent cuisine, and good music. A relaxed atmosphere and attentive, smiling service, even accommodating requests for variations, like my amazing spaghetti with mussels in white sauce, with just 3 or 4 cherry tomatoes... exceptional! 😍 Thanks to all the staff, I'll take home so much pleasure!

06/01/2026: We went with a group of 26 friends to lunch at this delightful little restaurant in the heart of Otranto on January 3, 2026. We were welcomed by Mrs. Doriana with warmth and kindness. The food and price were excellent. I highly recommend it.

10/10/2025: The place is beautiful, certainly very pleasant in the middle of summer because it's under the trees :). The service is impeccable; they speak French if you prefer. The fish is very good. Perhaps some of the sauces lack a little conviction :). We loved the turmeric and seed bread, which enhanced all the dishes! The wine selection was very good :).

25/01/2026: Very nice and welcoming place! I hadn't heard of it, but it was a lovely discovery. Impeccable service and very helpful and friendly staff. The food is excellent, so I highly recommend it.

18/09/2025: We came because the reviews were positive. But I don't understand why. The salad is almost entirely green salad and is served in a cardboard box... and for the octopus sandwich the bread was cold and not even toasted... it was bland. Poor value for money in my opinion.

25/11/2025: This boutique hotel is located in the historical district of Otranto. Its seafront location offers breathtaking views. The breakfast provided was also delicious. Having breakfast on the balcony overlooking the sea was an unforgettable experience. You can't drive into the Old Town, so if you call in front of the castle walls, they'll pick you up in a golf cart. You can load your luggage and drive to the hotel in comfort. If you're traveling by car, you can park in the public parking lot, a 7-8 minute walk away, and then walk to the hotel. Parking is free. The only downside is that the rooms aren't very spacious. This seems to be unavoidable given the building's location in the historical district.

18/10/2025: A small, cozy hotel with very friendly and efficient service and a delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the hotel terrace 😍 Downstairs room - lighting could be better, bathroom larger, and outside noise was too loud. Upstairs room near the reception - very comfortable and nice. Prices a bit high.

23/12/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this little restaurant in September. Fantastic place! We spent a bit because we didn't want for anything, but the quality of the food and wine was worth every penny. The fish was incredibly fresh, and they recommended the right wine to pair with the dishes. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Excellent customer service! High quality, definitely recommended.

27/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, one day during the Christmas holidays. We'd heard good things about it, and it deserved its reputation: we had excellent raw seafood (compliments to the accompanying sauces), a first course (tagliolini spunsale and anchovy colatura), a second course (sea bass with chard cream), and two desserts. Everything was delicious! It must be said: the price isn't cheap. The service was truly friendly, both to us and to our dog. I recommend it for a special occasion.

18/10/2025: Fantastic dinner. We had the full Italian dining experience: appetiser, primi, secondi, and dessert. The wine was fantastic; the pasta and fish courses were perfect and the tiramisu was the best we had in Italy.

03/01/2026: Delicious and very inexpensive. Sweetest wait staff, amazing fries, table wine is so ridiculously cheap. Ate here 2 nights in a row because I enjoyed it so much. Also they offer multiple meat options which is almost impossible to find here. Love this place!

17/01/2026: The evening begins like this... I call and make a reservation for 9:30 PM for 4 people. They tell me over the phone that the wait is 5 minutes, which is just enough time for the table to be free. I arrive promptly and they tell me to wait 10 minutes. At 10:17 PM, I ask how much longer and they tell me to wait until the table is free since they had asked for the bill. After a long (and unwanted) wait, we manage to sit down at 10:23 PM. The place is nice, with seating near the sea. We order at 10:46 PM. The dishes arrive at 10:52 PM. Very fast service. Excellent sushi and excellent mixed seafood appetizer. We ordered a bottle of Chardonnay "Lama di Pietra" white wine, which was delicious, served in the right way and left in the seau à glace (which is not a given). The first courses arrive later: paccheri with monkfish and sagne with almonds, cherry tomatoes, and cod. A few pieces of monkfish were not... Skinless but not bothersome The first courses are also excellent The quantity of fish in the first courses was higher than expected, and therefore generous with the seasoning I would have added a few more paccheri Next came the fried foods The anelletti and shrimp were good For the mixed seafood, most of them were good Just a few were full of bones and difficult to remove We close with the sweet and sour dishes The sweet and sour dishes were good, and the amaro del capo was served chilled in a chilled glass. All in all, the place wasn't bad. The food was good, the price was fair, the service was fast but "cold" (not a bad thing, each waiter decides how to treat the customer), and the bill was reasonable, with bitters offered after checking the order. 4 stars because there's always room for improvement. Keep it up!
