The service was impeccable: the staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive to customer needs, creating a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The wait times were also more than reasonable. The atmosphere is refined and pleasant, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a quiet evening with family. The warm, typically Mediterranean atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a pizzeria worth trying if you find yourself in Gallipoli. I'll gladly return!

24/02/2026: Lunch today was excellent, as always, at Osteria dei Briganti, in the heart of Gallipoli's historic center. A wide selection of the freshest fish, cooked according to Gallipoli's age-old tradition. A welcoming and relaxing atmosphere awaits you within the ancient tuff walls of this restaurant, a regular haunt of ours, where we've never been disappointed. The weighing of the fish is clear and communicated in advance. Today, we specifically enjoyed a white sea bream and roasted cuttlefish: a delight. Occasionally, cheerful voices could be heard from the kitchen staff, and this gave me a sense of the organizational atmosphere here. This isn't a quick-and-easy stop for unsuspecting tourists; it's a place where they serve the freshest fish that's hard to find. Fully satisfied and rewarded with the "divine love" desserts at the end of the meal. I had only heard of Chef Andrea, but today I clearly understood the reason for the unanimous high regard he has earned, well beyond Salento. Well done everyone. A very fair price, considering the quality. Highly recommended. AAA +++

Not much to say: excellent food, top-notch service, attentive customer service, and an elegant atmosphere at reasonable prices. The catch of the day was very much appreciated. The super welcome, curated by Artur Bodini & Family, immediately set the stage for an experience of typical Salento flavors. The Chef has carefully selected the portions, just as the waiting staff is always very attentive to the customers' needs. The freshness of the raw materials is truly exhilarating on the palate, as are the suggestions for pairings with excellent wines from the best wineries, exceeding all expectations! 15/11/2025: We were at the restaurant last year and had a wonderful time. For this reason, we decided to return this year, and the experience was once again excellent. The food is very good, delicious dishes of excellent quality, fresh fish carefully prepared by the owner's mother. This time we ate: raw red prawns, octopus, a couple of different pasta dishes, pasticciotto cake, homemade limoncello—all delicious! But what makes the restaurant even more special, besides the little square it overlooks, is the owner's warm welcome, his wife's attentive service, and the professionalism and expertise of the two family members in the dining room, who made us feel at home and ensured a wonderful evening.
