26/07/2024: Searched and found easily. Informal place but friendliness with the owner, simple but refined and excellent dishes. Affordable prices and specialties not easy to find elsewhere like the Mafalda of pistachios, almonds and figs in the photo: superb!!

Silence, scents, beautiful objects... but above all good food and excellent wine. Courtesy and professionalism. Prices appropriate to the quality brought to the table.

We had a mixed fish starter, a sea bass fillet with seafood and a fried fish. The dessert was also good which was a variation of tiramisu flavored with rum. Well-stocked cellar with honest markups. 24/07/2024: Excellent overall experience, in addition to being a nice place, in my opinion the real strong point is the service, very efficient and professional but at the same time easy-going and jovial... in short, as I wanted it. Last but not least, the bill which turned out to be more than honest for the pizzas, including a gluten-free one and the sandwiches ordered. 05/08/2024: If you want a fantastic imperial pizza 🍕 you absolutely have to go to Cullemeto to maestro Cosimino. His already excellent pizzas have improved a lot in recent years with the addition of special doughs with alternative flours and very high quality ingredients. Together with his faithful collaborator they churn out pizzas in record time. Legend has it that he also worked and learned something as a chef jaguar who taught him the step that helps him be faster. Reservation is mandatory. The only negative is that the pizzas are too good and therefore you are obliged to return. Highly recommended

14/08/2024: August 13, 2024 Unfortunately I have to tell you that you come in at 10pm and leave at midnight without having dinner, when you ask that you are hungry and want to have dinner they tell you that there was a problem in the kitchen, you tell them there are tables of 10/15 people arrive at least half an hour later they eat their dinner and you get full watching them... so I found myself feeling terrible and without dinner. I recommend it only to those who want not to dine but to look at who dines. For goodness sake, God forbid and free us. Go and take organization courses before thinking about becoming culinary entrepreneurs. Gentlemen of table 58.

07/08/2024: Sometimes you find surprising flavors where you least expect it and one of these is "I Macellai". We tried the tasty potatoes and some sandwiches and found flavor and quality in everything we tried. The staff is very kind. The quality/price ratio is very high and on their website you can also find their menu with all the prices. During the summer, the restaurant is divided into 3 locations (internally, a gazebo area and with tables on the pavement a little further on). My advice is to book. If you are near Galatina, try it for yourself…
