07/09/2025: Following the excellent reviews, we decided to have lunch here, and we were delighted! As soon as we arrived, we were invited to come in and order a table, and were treated to delicious dishes. Excellent value. If we were to stay in the area, we'd definitely come back. Well done!

20/09/2025: Reading the reviews...definitely overrated. Nice atmosphere. Decent appetizers. The tagliolini with squid ink was good. The sirloin Wellington definitely needs a revisit, even though it's already been revisited. Replacing the crust on the sirloin Wellington with pancakes...absolutely not. Mushrooms weren't listed on the menu...for those with allergies or intolerances, it's not fair. The bread was taken away between the appetizer and the main course.

01/09/2025: Great place, we had a great time at Anima e Cuore. Smiling and attentive waiters, very pleasant. The dishes were very good, up to our expectations. A menu offering pizzas as well as typical Salento land and sea specialties. I recommend 100%!

28/09/2025: A former leather tannery has been transformed into a very unique location, so it takes on a special charm. Excellent food, we had a rib-eye steak and a pizza, and the dishes were clean. Excellent craft beer. Very popular service, even though it was a Saturday, so it was quite crowded. The only criticism I can make is the waitress, Maria... I'm sorry, she was Exceptional... Hahaha.... Jokes aside, she knew how to engage us and give us advice, resulting in excellent service. Well done, Maria...indeed. Thank you. If I pass by here again, I'll definitely be back.

02/09/2025: We stumbled upon this agriturismo one evening in June, nestled in the Salento countryside. The food was excellent, the staff were extremely friendly, and the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive to both the elderly and children, as well as those with allergies. We returned in August and had a great time, despite being a large group. Excellent value for money.

03/09/2025: We were there last night, a beautiful and quiet place, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the surprise of the house was wonderful to find the owner's dog who played with us keeping us company. I recommend it to all people who love good food and especially animals.

17/09/2025: Salumeria di Turno is one of those places that makes you want to return even before you've finished your glass. For those looking for a truly delicious (and not just "acceptable") gluten-free aperitivo, this is the place. The platters are generous and well-curated. The service also makes a difference: Marco, the waiter, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He carefully explained each product to us and made us feel completely at ease, which is not a given for those with special dietary needs.

11/09/2025: The pizzas are very good and very affordable. The cocktails are nothing to write home about. The setting is pleasant. Don't hesitate to go there or stop by for a beer and a pizza. They also serve salads. In short, I discovered it too late. Good luck with your trip.

29/08/2025: In the heart of Galatina's beautiful historic center, a quiet and welcoming pub. Perfect service, excellent pucce. Super-fair prices, almost touching for those of us who live in the north. A regular stop on our Galatina vacations!

10/09/2025: The food was excellent, both in quality and preparation. The restaurant was beautiful, with a pleasant terrace and a large, convenient parking lot. The service was slow, and that's understandable. Unfortunately, we (a group of eight) were the victims of a mistake because, as we were candidly informed after a two-hour wait after eating our appetizer, our order had been lost. When we complained about the long delay, we were told, in an almost intimidating and arrogant manner, that it was Saturday night and it was fine if we waited. Then the cherry on top. The same person (acting like the owner, probably the owner) repeatedly yelled at us as we were walking to the parking lot, saying, "But you never make mistakes in your job." A terrible experience. What a shame.

08/09/2025: The quality of the food is unquestionable, but the overall experience was awful. After waiting more than thirty minutes to order, we were brought an appetizer, then waited over two hours for the main course. After threatening to leave, the dishes finally arrived at the table, but by then we were no longer hungry, and the drinks had become warm (one beer was sent back, already reduced to broth). But beyond the wait, which was frankly intolerable, the worst thing was the attitude of the restaurant manager. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience (apparently they had literally forgotten our order), he almost attacked us because we "dared" to say we weren't satisfied with the dinner. "Why, you never make mistakes in your work?" he asked us, without the slightest intention of correcting his mistakes. To top it all off, he even made us pay for the beer, which, almost unused, had been returned to the kitchen because it had become undrinkable due to the colossal delay. In short, good food but terrible management. I definitely won't be returning.

14/09/2025: Tonight we had dinner at the Incoho restaurant. We had the fixed menu wich included anti pasti, 2 primo, 1 secundo and 1 dolci, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. All for 30 euro per person. The anti pasti was to share. The prime, secundi and dolce we got a plate each. It was very very good but for us to much. The service was very friendly and outstanding. The last 3 foto's are the primo, secundi and dolce.

03/09/2025: Beautiful location, offering both fish and meat dishes. The pizza is also excellent. Highly recommended.
