23/05/2025: I have been going to Focacceria almost daily for about a couple of months and I have honestly never been disappointed. Monica, the owner, is an attentive and hospitable cook, a true guardian of traditional Salento cuisine. Here I have rediscovered, with great pleasure, the dishes of my childhood... Friendly and attentive staff. Excellent quality/price ratio.

05/01/2025: Everything excellent. The super owner. He found a place for us on December 31st, otherwise we wouldn't have had dinner on the last day of the year.

03/01/2025: Very nice place, nice and welcoming!! Dishes that are beautiful to look at but above all delicious. The beef cheek with primitive sauce and the forgotten roast suckling pig are a real delight. I also recommend the fresh troccoli with black truffle!! Sublime!!

29/04/2025: We went for dinner on Sunday 4/27/25. We had an octopus appetizer with pears and toasted almonds and an amberjack tartare. So elaborate with pears and toasted almonds that you couldn't taste the octopus. While the first course was seafood fusilloni. They brought us fusilli with a pistachio pesto and there was a clam. Real crap. The dish cost €18 each. Restaurant to avoid.

18/04/2025: This evening I decided to book a table at this place. I've been there many other times and I've always had a great time! The education, the friendliness of the owner and his collaborators, the quality of the raw materials and the excellent cuisine mean that this place is always full of customers who return with pleasure! 10 and praise!

19/03/2025: The place was full of insects, we and 2 other tables left because of the disgust. The sandwiches arrived after 1 and a half hours. Not recommended

09/05/2025: I arrived at this place at the suggestion of my boyfriend who had talked about this place and the goodness of their pizza. I confirm that it is very good, the place is really simple and with few frills but the products were a pleasant discovery. Light dough and seasoning that won't make you spend a night drinking. Service with smiling and kind guys. We'll come back to visit you 🩷

03/05/2025: High-level dinner at Incoho, led by chef Vito Murrone, who offers creative cuisine rooted in the territory. We started with a selection of raw and seafood carpaccio, very fresh and well presented. The spaghettoni with lobster was perfectly balanced, while the grilled octopus on stracciatella impressed with its tenderness and successful combination. A cuisine that enhances the raw materials with technique and taste.

03/05/2025: At Incoho, chef Vito Murrone offers refined cuisine that combines technique and local identity. The entrée of seared cuttlefish on red cabbage cream opened the dinner with elegance and balance. Next, the spaghettoni with lobster confirmed the high level of the proposal, with a tasty and well-measured sauce. We also tasted a selection of raw and seafood carpaccio, carefully prepared and of excellent quality. To close, the Incoho Tiramisu: a well-structured dessert that reinvents a classic with personality.

29/05/2025: What a shame! I am a local and I often come to lunch at this place, everything has always gone well except this time. When ordering I kindly ask the waiter to add some crispy bacon inside my sandwich, served at the table I realize that there is none! I politely get up and go inside the place to have it added, return to my seat I taste the sandwich and notice that 1 of the 2 burgers is raw and the bacon is NOT crispy, on the contrary an ANGUS burger (also at my table) was OVERCOOKED. I finished my lunch without any complaints because being in the profession I understand that these are things that can happen. The funny part comes when I approach the cashier to pay and jokingly tell the owner what didn't go well... he responds to me in a rude and aggressive way denigrating my age and experience saying that he could teach anyone in the restaurant world. I'm sorry but I won't go back again!

25/05/2025: Location meravigliosa immersa nel verde Personale gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza Menu ben curato, ben presentato, fatto prevalentemente di piatti tipici locali. Per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza personale vegana uno dei migliori ristoranti in puglia in quanto a varietal di piatti vegani, cortesia, attenzione alle mie esigenze e completezza del menù. Ideale per vegani!!!! Ideale per gruppo di persone tra cui ci siano vegani e vegetariani che ormai sono moltissimi!!!

27/04/2025: We came for dinner twice, we loved it so much. The spritzes are excellent. We tested the antipasto board, tasted the excellent mozzarella, grilled vegetables, and a whole host of other specialties that were all as good as they were plentiful. Finally, we tried the pinsa, which is both crunchy and soft, a treat. All for a very reasonable addition! Go there with your eyes closed!
