17/12/2024: Posto che nel Salento si inserisce a metà tra la miriade di turistici e i pochi di vero livello, fa una cucina più curata che gourmet ma di quest'ultima ne acquisisce prezzi e porzioni, alquanto contenute, che in verità sarebbero giustificate in un menu degustazione più che in proposte alla carta. In due abbiamo preso due antipasti: Frittini, più che dimenticabili, con tante anonime "pittule" a fare quantità e una buona Cheesake di baccalà mantecato con nocciole piemontesi e tartufo invernale (poco incisivo). Molto buoni i due risotti (carnaroli mantecato con gamberi rosa con crudo di ricci e petali di zucchine) Normali e un po' cari i dessert. Con acqua e vino della casa abbiamo speso100 Euro in due che ci sono sembrati sinceramente eccessivi per rapporto qualità-quantità-prezzo. Sul loro sito non c'è il menu con i relativi prezzi.

02/11/2024: Ristorante molto carino situato nel centro storico di Galatina con posti a sedere sia all'interno che in giardino. Vengono serviti piatti della cucina salentina con prodotti freschi e di ottima qualità. Personale gentile e disponibile.

19/08/2024: A unique place where you feel at home. Personal, friendly, welcoming and kind. Genuine and excellent food at more than fair prices. We enjoyed it so much that we went there for two evenings during our holiday. I recommend the homemade appetizer and the truly divinely cooked steak... the first courses and desserts are also excellent. Highly recommended.

07/12/2024: Siamo andati di sabato sera con un gruppo di amici, siamo stati puntali all’orario stabilito 20,30 e abbiamo cenato ognuno di noi ha preso vari piatti, tutto squisito le polpette fritte ottime, i Panzerotti di patate top, i taglieri di salumi e per non parlare delle pizze e della carne, personale gentilissimo e titolari gentili e disponibili ad accogliere ogni nostra rischiata.

05/08/2024: If you want a fantastic imperial pizza 🍕 you absolutely have to go to Cullemeto to maestro Cosimino. His already excellent pizzas have improved a lot in recent years with the addition of special doughs with alternative flours and very high quality ingredients. Together with his faithful collaborator they churn out pizzas in record time. Legend has it that he also worked and learned something as a chef jaguar who taught him the step that helps him be faster. Reservation is mandatory. The only negative is that the pizzas are too good and therefore you are obliged to return. Highly recommended

24/07/2024: Excellent overall experience, in addition to being a nice place, in my opinion the real strong point is the service, very efficient and professional but at the same time easy-going and jovial... in short, as I wanted it. Last but not least, the bill which turned out to be more than honest for the pizzas, including a gluten-free one and the sandwiches ordered. What else to add... try it and then let me know if you agree with me, bye.

17/11/2024: Good meat, nothing to say.. lots of variety and quality.. although I found huge pieces of fat in the sausage which disgusted me a little.. a bit of disorganization in the service.. cold environment due to the entrance door which opened and closed continuously..pretty good desserts.overall I give a 7.

27/11/2024: I was in this really nice place a few days ago. The dishes ordered were exquisite, served in well-studied presentations, the service was on time and the atmosphere was more than pleasant. It is an environment immersed in nature, perfect if you are looking for a quieter location surrounded by greenery, furthermore, if you walk around the restaurant, you may be lucky enough to admire some beautiful horses and other farm animals kept in a building that (I assume) it is part of the restaurant.

Excellent service, despite having booked on a Thursday for Saturday evening, we had a good time Praise goes to all the waiters and not only to the pizza chefs and the dining room staff, the owner is great at knowing how to manage everything

28/08/2024: Efficient, helpful and super friendly service. Modern and familiar environment. Pizza? SHOW. Among the many new places in Galatina, this is certainly one that must be tried if you intend to eat an excellent pizza. Super recommended, I will definitely return!!

27/08/2024: The pizza is really good, very tasty, the rest of the options aren't bad either. Inside, the environment is characterized by beautiful star vaults, set up in a modern style, there are internal stairs that lead to other rooms, there is the possibility of dining outside and admiring the alleys of the city.
