11/02/2025: Sunday 11 August, We waited 20 minutes to order and 25 minutes for a capocollo appetizer. The waiter kindly offered us some white wine for the delay, which we appreciated. It's a shame, however, that when the tomato and cacioricotta orecchiette arrive, they bring us the orecchiette and a separate supermarket Cacioricotta sachet, already opened with a spoon placed inside. I understand it is a trattoria (even if the sign says Restaurant), but precisely because it is a typical dish and precisely because the dish costs €10... freshly grated fresh cheese was the minimum. Served obnoxiously (tall boy with glasses) and left for an hour on the outdoor table in the heat.. Furthermore, on the menu, the tomato-based orecchiette cost €10 but then they put €12 on the receipt, smart guys. To then say that the price was programmed wrong....meh Cover charge €2.50 not marked anywhere, surprise on the bill for stale bread and unprofessional service. Very bad experience, I strongly advise against it.

04/02/2025: Very small rooms and tables almost together, good food, good service, but too expensive for what you eat. You can't put a plate of pasta in the center of the table for everyone.... I understand that there is often waste and food has to be thrown away (wrong thing) but a plate of pasta for everyone is ridiculous... Then paying 40 €each......never again

Ottima carne alla griglia con i contorni del territorio, immancabile lo spumone e la piccola pasticceria secca. Da tornare!

29/01/2025: A really nice place with maximum value for money. My partner and I had lunch, we had two starters, really many courses and above all all of quality, then I had a mixed roast and she had a cut, both dishes were really of excellent quality, half a liter of house wine. I didn't do the fixed menu because by adding the first course to the starter, plus the second course, I think you can't even move. Overall, we were really happy. We will be back.

27/02/2025: Terrible experience at this restaurant! We have been coming to Ceglie for 4 years and everytime we come the restaurant is closed or packed. Our realtor and lawyer (locals from Ceglie messapica) recommended this restaurant to us so we decided to finally give it a try, well as soon as we walked into the restaurant, the owner ignored us and walked away from us. I went after him to asked him if he has a table for 2 and he automatically responded to me in a really condescending way in front everyone in the restaurant and he even used his finger in my face to say that he didn't have a table for us. This treatment is really sad and disappointed to us because every local restaurant has been nice and attentive .

04/02/2025: Sunday 2 February 2025, it was supposed to be a classic family lunch but a catastrophe turned out. Our table was no longer available (it should be noted that we had booked 2 adults and a child days before), it had been given to other customers who were celebrating a baptism and according to the staff, they showed up more than the reservation and therefore the staff thought it was right to "take a table away from other customers". The waiters were in clear difficulty because they didn't know where to put the table because, being small, there was no space, in fact the waiters didn't know what to say to us because in fact there wasn't any space. Furthermore, knowing that we were about 20 minutes late with respect to the reservation (around 1.15pm), to be fair, around 1.00pm we tried several times to call to notify, but both the landline and the cell phone were turned off (at this point we had an idea of ​​why, that is, if they arrive at the number they disconnect the numbers, not caring about the last ones to arrive even if they have a reservation) I think it's their "modus operandi". Having said that, it being 1.45pm and we had been in limbo for 10 minutes, we decided to leave. The little girl was crying because she was hungry, and among other things it was raining cats and dogs.

14/01/2025: Il ristorante si presenta piccolo e molto intimo. Propone vari menù fissi con prezzi diversi, ma comunque economici. Cibo fresco e porzioni abbondanti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente. L’unica pecca è la titolare, un po’ troppo scortese. Rimediano i camerieri, gentili e sempre attendi a qualsiasi esigenza.

27/09/2024: Best smashed burger I have ever had. Tried in London and Berlin. But this one is the best! The panino con maialetto is like pulled pork with so many spices. Amazing! The owner is super friendly.

25/02/2025: We spent a wonderful weekend at the Madonna delle Grazie hotel and its Spa! Spacious and clean rooms, restaurant with quality service and beautiful and well-organised spa. Congratulations to all the staff!

05/02/2025: I go when I can for spa and couples massage and they are always available, professional and always very kind. I like the well equipped spa with limited access but above all the relaxation massage service which is really worth trying. I'll go there again as soon as I can. As for the rooms, I didn't use them but since I gave a stay to a relative I know that they are comfortable and have good service. Recommended and advisable for those who want a little peace and relaxation.

26/11/2023: Piccolo ristorante in ambiente rustico , interno che ricorda un trullo , troppo carino!! Cibo ottimo e abbondante. Abbiamo pranzato in famiglia in un’atmosfera rilassante , merita davvero di essere sfruttato questo bel ristorantino nel cuore di Ceglie. Camerieri e chef gentili e attenti alle nostre richieste. Prezzi onesti. Da provare assolutamente!
