02/07/2025: A great experience. Welcoming staff, no nonsense down to earth restaurant serving excellent food at very reasonable prices. As you enter, you’re greeted and directed through a beaded curtain and once through you enter an amazing ‘fishmongers’ We chose a huge swordfish steak and a salmon steak. It came with salad and little oven potatoes. The knife went through the cooked steaks like butter, cooked to perfection ❤️. All washed down with 2 bottles of excellent local vino blanca. 140 euros!! We’d have paid double. Best meal of our holiday x

11/05/2025: Goooooooduuuuuuriaaaaaaa. Years later, I always gladly return to this place. Meat always fresh and tender, the bombettes melt in your mouth. The meatballs are freshly prepared and immediately cooked and served, as are the potatoes, which are very fresh. Excellent impeccable service. Always friendly staff...and then there is Pasqualino's friendliness which is unparalleled.

08/06/2025: We had a wonderful lunch today. I can't understand the occasional negative reviews about the service. Actually, that was the highlight for us. The pizzas were also excellent. We'll definitely be back.

09/05/2025: We ordered a salad and a fish trio dish. Everything was disgusting. The salad probably came from a purchased bag, no seasoning, 2 hours to bring it! The fish had no seasoning, the cuttlefish was bland, the shrimp was disgusting and the swordfish had no taste. Wrong. Uits in addition.... We do not recommend this place!

23/04/2025: Arrived at 9:30 p.m. directly from the airport, no problem eating at this late hour. Excellent pizzas and warm welcome! We recommend!

26/04/2025: Pranzo del 25 aprile fantastico tutto buonissimo questo locale è una certezza da provare assolutamente per chi vuole assaporare la vera cucina tradizionale ambiente accogliente e proprietari simpaticissimi e gentilissimi siamo stati in loro compagnia dopo pranzo sembra davvero di stare a casa Pietro il proprietario ci mette passione e amore e tutto ciò si rispecchia nei suoi piatti sublimi grazie di tutto a presto

04/05/2025: Bella location a metà, davanti hai il mare dietro Il parcheggio delle auto. E se ne fregano altamente di parcheggiare davanti al tuo tavolo. Ragazzi gentili ma alla fine cibo al limite della sufficienza. Cibo appena da 6. Zuppa di pesce non era una zuppa. 06/06/2025: Today as a conclusion of the holiday we ate at Gli Acrchi. What a delicious food and very friendly people. We took the traditional Puglia starter, with a variety of vegetables, pizza, squid and other delicacies. As a main course a good pizza and pasta with langoustines. Really recommended for this region

24/06/2025: Expensive turist tax, much higher than other places (3 people paid 15 Euro) Expensive prices for just ok food. Waiter seemed to ignore us/forget us when we asked for the bill later even though the place was close to empty.

21/06/2025: Very negative experience. Salmon bars and Cantabrian anchovies were nothing more than those you buy in supermarkets. Both dishes were served identically with slices of bread and butter. Poor quality/price ratio

30/06/2025: Such a wonderful dinner. Flavours, service, simplicity yet depth. The Sea Urchin was a highlight. It's a bit odd as the environment does not strike you as fine dining (plastic spoons for the urchin if you don't want to eat them with bread) but the flavours are exquisite. The wine was also out of this world. Music choice could be worked on. They were playing Jessie J and Miley Cyrus. Seems to be a thing in South Italy to play mainstream radio hits rather than create an ambience with local or more seaside appropriate music. This is the only down side though.

03/07/2025: We really enjoyed this inn, in this little square, the waiters were really kind, competent and very attentive to our requests. I definitely recommend the acqua sale and the orecchiette with meatballs and brasciole.

24/06/2025: I wanted to give this restaurant ZERO stars only because of the rudest waiter I have ever met in Italy! In a tourist city, such behavior really lowers the level of the place. From the beginning it was a disaster: we waited patiently outside for over 10 minutes, while inside there were empty and dirty tables. Instead of tidying them up, he spent the time chatting and laughing with other customers at the counter. When we politely asked him "Excuse me, how much is it for a table?", he replied with annoyance: "Wait quietly, can't you see that I'm busy?!" But the worst came later: I ordered gnocchi with clams, and the waiter had brought us a small plate for the shells. My husband, however, used it for his plate (no problem, right?). I then placed the shells neatly on the napkin, without dirtying the table. And he, coming back, said to me in an accusatory tone: "Do you know why I gave you that small plate? It's not to put the shells on the table!" Even after my husband explained, he continued to look at us with a superior air. What does he want? Humiliate me? We were polite the whole evening, but this waiter ruined everything. He is the worst representation of Italian service for tourists – a disgrace! The only star is for the food (decent) and for the other waitresses, kind and professional. But with such an attitude, we will never return

04/05/2025: A pranzo il primo maggio prenotato per le 14 e puntuali ci hanno fatto sedere, preso l' antipasto iniziamo a vedere gente che sbuffava ai tavoli e sentiamo che aspettavano già da un'ora e mezza la carne, noi abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora ma siamo stati fortunati essendo l'ultimo tavolo servito insieme agli altri che intanto avevano aspettato quasi due ore. Bombette con varie farciture e ottime, zampina pure buona.
