09/03/2025: I was attracted to this restaurant by the very favorable reviews. I'm sorry to say that I was quite disappointed as nothing met my expectations. You can also accept paying well above average for a first-year hotel restaurant dish, but at least the quality and execution must be up to par. You can also use the best ingredients, but if you humiliate them you have done the job wrong. I will not recommend this restaurant

09/03/2025: Lots of smoke, nice location, fake polite staff, and very little expensive roast. We order spaghetti with seafood. Here comes a portion worthy of the best Fantozzian diets which they define as "al dente" but in reality it is simply raw. I ask to redo the dish and it comes back 3 minutes later: clearly they have finished cooking it in the pan but making it even more bland and mediocre. The seasoning is lacking with 2 clams, 1 mussel and little else on a trip from the freezer. On the other hand, the price could finance a food program in Africa. Maybe they think they are on the French Riviera and not on the outskirts of Savelletri. The fried seafood, on the other hand, was well done but still exorbitantly priced compared to what was offered. I don't want to sound too fussy, but for €22 I would try adding something to the calamari and prawns. Who knows, maybe a cod, hoping they don't go bankrupt. €6 for 2 fingers of cheap prosecco and the clear feeling of being snubbed just because we spent 80 euros for 2 first courses and a fried dish. I fear that too many years of "4 restaurants" have made some people go to their heads.

27/03/2025: Rijdend langs de kust waren we op zoek naar een restaurant, de hoeveelheid auto's getuigde van een vol restaurant, maar gelukkig kregen we nog een plekje (binnen) maar met uitzicht op zee. Het is het seizoen van de zee-egels (ricci) en die werden hier rijkelijk opgediend. Ik had gisteren al ricci gehad en op de vraag bruscetta zeiden we ja, die was ronduit zalig met onder andere ansjovis. Dan maar een wijntje van het huis en een arrosta pesce per due. Heerlijk maar inderdaad scampi, inktvis en octopus is net iets te weinig gevarieerd, de dolce tartufo blanco con caffè is heerlijk.Leuk restaurant, super authentiek Italiaans en zware bewondering voor de bediening die zich de venen uit het lijf redt.

16/03/2025: Abbiamo deciso di recarci in questo ristorante considerata la bella location sul mare e senza alcuna pretesa estetica.. estetica no, ma il cibo? Portate di crudo (se così si vuole definire) buttate nel piatto come se fossimo dei cani randagi in cerca degli scarti, scampi e gamberi appena scongelati quindi praticamente duri, ricci buoni (forse l’unica cosa). La frittura non male ma i primi… Dio mio… se mi mettessi a cucinare con gli occhi chiusi mi verrebbero meglio! Parliamo di un ristorante sul mare e che cucina pesce. Concludiamo il tutto con caffè e un amaro ovviamente nemmeno offerti per pagare 90,00€ a persona! Che rapina! Sicuramente la nostra faccia l’hanno vista e possono dimenticarla! Cambiate lavoro perché il pesce, forse, potete solo pescarlo!!

22/10/2024: Gentilezza e garbo nel personale, ottimi gli spaghetti con i ricci, il mare e la leggerissima brezza col sole di un' ottobrata hanno fatto il resto. Consigliato!

13/10/2024: Posto molto spartano, servizio inesistente, cibo pessimo, mise en place inesistente. Abbiamo aspettato un sacco per ordinare, un sacco per il primo di ricci che poi altro non era che una pasta in bianco con solo olio... Ma tanto olio!!!per 18 euro non vale la pena. Abbiamo chiesto di non portarci il polpo perché non ci fidavamo. Non so le persone che hanno fatto belle recensioni cosa abbiano trovato di buono... Chiamate Canavacciuolo e cucine da incubo !!!!! Bocciato

28/10/2024: Such a shame - pasta was lovely and aldente with a nice chew but both our dishes were so over salted. I think I’ve used up my salt quota for one week!

16/09/2024: Nice place, very tidy, great shame about the entertainment, the campsite entrusts the entertainment to certainly cheap agencies who in turn send young and inexperienced kids! In the evening our teenage children look for entertainment outside the village which offers shows and grandfather's club schedules! At 12:00 everyone goes to bed or alternatively you can join the entertainers who sponsor evenings in the rooms outside the campsite! I hope for a sudden change of direction by the management to enhance a trip that is nothing short of amazing!

11/09/2024: i prodotti della pasticceria sono eccellenti, prezzi giusti unica pecca il titolare, sempre nervoso, sgorbutico e maleducato nei confronti dei clienti. per avere un’attivita del genere bisogna essere SOCIALI e cordiali con i clienti altrimenti che dasse il bar in gestione e cambiasse lavoro!! per il resto i barristi sono molto educati.

20/08/2024: Buono il cappuccino, la brioche non mi sembra di pasticceria, però abbastanza buona, pessimo il servizio al tavolo. La ragazza che ci ha servito molto fredda, e soprattutto non pulisce i tavolini, devo dire tutti piuttosto sporchi, prima di servirti. Una turista tedesca, di fianco a noi, l'ha pulito da sola, in qualche modo, con un tovagliolino di carta. Basterebbe poco per migliorare di molto.

01/11/2024: The service man didn't speak English, and he said in Italian "te verde" that he didn't understand it. There was no juice or tea to drink. The meatballs I ordered turned out to be literally six dry meatballs without any sauce or vegetables, I would be ashamed to serve something like that. The rest of the food was so-so. He charged more for the service than in exquisite restaurants in Ostuni. To sum up - small portions, expensive and tasteless

22/12/2024: Sono stata in questo locale a fine estate con i miei amici. La location esterna è bellissima e accogliente. C'era anche una band molto coinvolgente. Ottimi gli antipasti e carne molto buona. Prezzi nella media. Sicuramente consiglio questo posto e ci tornerei volentieri

15/10/2024: Truly typical Ostuni restaurant. Here you can live the real Apulian experience. All a bit confusing, friendly staff and ambiguous welcome, but overall wonderful! Try the fried fish, the fishmonger will let you choose the fish from the counter at the moment and will then fry them when requested at the table. Fresh fried food is paid by weight. While we were eating there was a fight between some customers who hadn't paid the bill; furthermore, there was a blackout lasting about an hour. A place that I will carry in my heart forever. I highly recommend

30/12/2024: They saw fit to make me pay 3.50 for a small bowl of olives and give me the receipt indicating "trio of appetizers". Not for the 3.50... but it's for the superficial way in which the waiter ignored me when I went to pay the bill and asked him why I had paid so much for a miserable bowl of olives... The matter is another... I shouldn't have had to pay the same price as the trio, just for the olives... And in any case I know the market and the cost of olives perfectly, of all varieties, retail and wholesale. In any case, the response you gave to the review already explains everything...

11/10/2024: Este lugar era horrible. Mala comida, mal servicio y caro. Intenté cobrarnos por beber que nunca recibimos. Bonito entorno, pero siente que se están aprovechando. Sobre mejillones cocidos. El camarero dijo que quería la temporada. BS He tenido grandes mejillones repetidamente

30/09/2024: Compartimos un maravilloso entrante de marisco mixto de salmón ahumado, atún y pez espada. Entonces cada una de nuestras líneas principales era buena, aunque mi ternera “mediana” fue enviada de vuelta para un poco más de cocina! El personal estaba encantado de que mi marido y amigo hablan un poco de italiano y mucha información se dio sobre los posibles vinos antes de elegir una botella. Una comida encantadora en un restaurante encantador.

10/03/2025: unfortunately not adequate service. excellent pizza dough, good, but a problem with the preparation and cooking of the pizzas..... maybe if they invested in some refresher courses and put a "light bulb in the oven to check the cooking"
