01/06/2025: At lunch with friends, we only save the location on the sea.... Good sea urchins and red prawns, the rest of the raw food not up to standard unfortunately... Decent fried fish and grilled fish not unforgettable; excellent wine list, we would have spent 100 euros per person if we had not been suggested a bottle of tequila at the end of the meal that was made to pay 150 euros without warning us.... We could have also asked the price but if instead of a normal bitter we were offered something alternative we would have expected a price more or less in line with our request.... Tourists to be plucked were tempting in the 80s, thank goodness Puglia is also something else....

26/04/2025: Pranzo del 25 aprile fantastico tutto buonissimo questo locale è una certezza da provare assolutamente per chi vuole assaporare la vera cucina tradizionale ambiente accogliente e proprietari simpaticissimi e gentilissimi siamo stati in loro compagnia dopo pranzo sembra davvero di stare a casa Pietro il proprietario ci mette passione e amore e tutto ciò si rispecchia nei suoi piatti sublimi grazie di tutto a presto

04/05/2025: Bella location a metà, davanti hai il mare dietro Il parcheggio delle auto. E se ne fregano altamente di parcheggiare davanti al tuo tavolo. Ragazzi gentili ma alla fine cibo al limite della sufficienza. Cibo appena da 6. Zuppa di pesce non era una zuppa. Alla contestazione ci è stato risposto “ andate a parlare col titolare “ quando sarebbe dovuto che il titolare veniva al tavolo. Tornerei? No Lo consiglierei? No

21/05/2025: A somewhat basic campsite. Totally overpriced. I paid €28.50 plus €5 for Wi-Fi for a cold shower. No pool, not yet open! The beach is dirty and not yet prepared for tourists! 8 km from the old town, only accessible by car 🚗

09/05/2025: We stayed for one night, May 8th, out of season, with a camper and two people, we paid 35 euros, a steal!! For a very small pitch, with the village of shacks behind it, i.e. closed permanent caravans, because it is out of season, we leave out the services, the almost outdoor showers and the toilets without seats... NOT RECOMMENDED!!

18/05/2025: A total disaster. Ristorante La Rotonda 2 was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. The tuna tartare was simply inedible: it seemed to have been defrosted hastily, with an unpleasant smell and a slimy consistency. The mixed fried fish? A greasy, soft mass of dubious freshness. A true insult to seafood cuisine. If this is their concept of "fish", then it would be better to avoid serving it altogether. Avoid this place like the plague. Money wasted and stomach in revolt.

18/05/2025: I have no words. The fish is not fresh. I waited an hour and a half for two first courses; the restaurant was almost empty.

29/05/2025: Nice place, near the Imperial Palace in the center of the beautiful square of Latiano (br) Friendly and well-mannered staff. Not just a bar, also a small restaurant, for lunch, with genuine products at honest prices. The very refined and welcoming decor!

10/05/2025: We are a group of cyclists, even with dietary needs, so two of the group asked for a "coke" with two glasses, obviously we also ordered others. This request was followed by a denial from the waitress: "it's not possible...." We were about to get up, then to avoid starting a controversy we stayed and ordered two cokes, so one more than we needed. Next time we will go to the BAR opposite...

18/05/2025: The lack of staff is felt. Hours and hours of waiting between one dish and another, forgotten dishes (luckily we double-checked the receipt). The location remains, but too much waiting ruined everything else for us. Good food, but too expensive.

03/05/2025: Lascio due stelle solo per la gentilezza e la simpatia delle persone che hanno servito al tavolo. Nota negativa il primo, tagliolini con la polpa di ricci. Due di noi abbiamo ordinato questo primo, e abbiamo ricevuto un piatto immangiabile, la polpa del riccio era quasi inesistente, vi era solo un sughetto amarissimo di colore indefinito e dall'odore sospetto. Dopo aver fatto osservare che il piatto era immangiabile, il cameriere insiste nel volerci portare un altro "assaggino", e ci porta un altro piatto identico, stesso colore stesso sapore stesso odore. Rimandiamo indietro anche questo piatto. Ne portano un altro, questo con della polpa di riccio di qualità migliore, ovviamente mi era passata la voglia, lo assaggio e stop, lo passo all'altro commensale che aveva ordinato lo stesso piatto. Il resto delle pietanze era di buona qualità. Ci ritroviamo sul conto i due primi a prezzo pieno, cosa che non ho gradito affatto, ma ovviamente ho pagato e... ovviamente non tornerò più. Non capisco come si possano fare uscire dalla cucina piatto del genere e trattate da cavie di laboratorio i clienti. "Provate questo" "Provate quest'altro". Boooh Dalla lettura di altre recensioni evinco che non sono stato il primo a vivere una esperienza simile.

10/04/2025: Como siempre la cálida bienvenida solo es superada por la excelente pizza. Antonella y su familia son tan agradables y nos encanta venir aquí. Casi siempre tenemos pizza y patatas fritas que son caseras y geniales. ¡No puedo recordar más este restaurante!

04/05/2025: A pranzo il primo maggio prenotato per le 14 e puntuali ci hanno fatto sedere, preso l' antipasto iniziamo a vedere gente che sbuffava ai tavoli e sentiamo che aspettavano già da un'ora e mezza la carne, noi abbiamo aspettato quasi un'ora ma siamo stati fortunati essendo l'ultimo tavolo servito insieme agli altri che intanto avevano aspettato quasi due ore. Bombette con varie farciture e ottime, zampina pure buona.

22/12/2024: Sono stata in questo locale a fine estate con i miei amici. La location esterna è bellissima e accogliente. C'era anche una band molto coinvolgente. Ottimi gli antipasti e carne molto buona. Prezzi nella media. Sicuramente consiglio questo posto e ci tornerei volentieri

27/04/2025: Place recommended by the hotel we stayed in. When we phoned a unique availability just for the simple gesture of having cooked ONLY for my son the pasta with sauce would deserve 5 stars but.... EXCELLENT starter and very filling. The meat is to be discussed, it wasn't very good in taste and I'm talking about dry pork meat and the taste was unpleasant while the veal meat was better but still nothing exceptional. Excellent dessert. The bill? Delivered on a notepad. Menu not present. High bill for what we ate. The place has excellent chances of growing only if it opens its doors a little more to new management and service

11/09/2024: i prodotti della pasticceria sono eccellenti, prezzi giusti unica pecca il titolare, sempre nervoso, sgorbutico e maleducato nei confronti dei clienti. per avere un’attivita del genere bisogna essere SOCIALI e cordiali con i clienti altrimenti che dasse il bar in gestione e cambiasse lavoro!! per il resto i barristi sono molto educati.

20/08/2024: Buono il cappuccino, la brioche non mi sembra di pasticceria, però abbastanza buona, pessimo il servizio al tavolo. La ragazza che ci ha servito molto fredda, e soprattutto non pulisce i tavolini, devo dire tutti piuttosto sporchi, prima di servirti. Una turista tedesca, di fianco a noi, l'ha pulito da sola, in qualche modo, con un tovagliolino di carta. Basterebbe poco per migliorare di molto.

02/06/2025: The baked broad bean puree was good. The chicory was good, it seemed like it was from the countryside. The fried foods served hot were good. The sbrisolone were good, both the ricotta and fig one and the chocolate one. Patient service, I put it to the test, asking to taste the wine. In the end the service slowed down a bit, but it passed the “bread test”: I asked for two slices of bread to take away, and the waiter agreed with a smile. The bill was a bit high, but I think it was average for Ostuni, now invaded by impactful tourism.

20/04/2025: The view of the sea is beautiful, and that's it: house wine rosé, undrinkable, we ask to replace it with a white and instead of taking the opportunity to make up for it they don't pose the slightest problem and they bring us terrible white wine. Shrimps not fresh, perhaps frozen, fried local fish... very hard calamari and squid, tasteless fish. To end on a high note, I go to the cash register to pay and the owner tells me that the POS doesn't work, insisting on the fact that the law doesn't oblige him to keep it, but obliges customers to pay. I tell him that we don't have enough cash and voilà he pulls out the working POS. Honesty and kindness have no home in this restaurant. The only positive note is a kind and polite waitress.
