03/08/2025: We came here for lunch and the service was so bad and slow that we left before we could order any food or drinks.

02/08/2025: Last night, I thought I'd made a good choice to enjoy something in the beautiful old town of Ostuni. I chose this Osteria Regina restaurant in the historic center. I was very disappointed. There were four of us, and we ordered four different dishes to test their quality. Unfortunately, it was a bluff. None of the dishes were good; in fact, two of them had gone bad, while the other two seafood-themed dishes (clams) didn't even smell good. And I paid a lot for nothing. I think they should specialize in just a few local specialties, rather than trying everything and doing it poorly. That same evening, I also heard other complaints from other customers. All things considered, this place is definitely not worth considering.

25/07/2025: Unfortunately, I can't comment on the gelato since the lack of customer service prevented me from trying it. I waited at the register with three children to get a receipt and get my gelato, but to no avail, as they let people who arrived later go ahead and go straight to the counter and pay later. Two staff members showed up at the register, and no one even thought to ask what we were doing there for five minutes. I wanted to leave, but I stayed for the kids. In the end, they also got very annoyed when they saw us being ignored and asked me to leave. Absolutely NOT!

11/07/2025: The man serving ice cream seems to be bothered by customers. He's truly unpleasant: he doesn't even respond to the twice-repeated "good morning" and rudely asks customers to pay twice. The lady at the cash register, however, is kind and smiling.

31/07/2025: Superbe restaurant en bord de mer. Le service est rapide et la nourriture est de qualité. Si vous aimez les fruits de mer et poissons, allez y les yeux fermés

29/07/2025: Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dalla mia esperienza all’Albachiara: qualità del pesce elevatissima e un ambiente che, pur essendo rustico e informale, regala momenti davvero piacevoli grazie alla splendida vista sul mare. I piatti di mare – dai crudi come i ricci alle paste fresche – sono saporiti, genuini e ben eseguiti; ho particolarmente apprezzato le trofie ai ricci e il polpo grigliato. Il personale è cortese e veloce: anche quando il locale è affollato, il servizio resta efficiente e amichevole. La selezione di vini è ampia e ben curata, con abbinamenti azzeccati ai piatti di pesce. Perché quattro stelle e non cinque? L’ambiente è piuttosto semplice: tavoli di plastica, tovagliato di carta e una gestione della sala che nelle ore di punta può risultare un po’ caotica, con tavoli molto ravvicinati. Inoltre, il coperto con tovagliette di carta può sembrare un po’ alto in rapporto al livello del locale.

29/07/2025: Siamo venuti dal nord in vacanza e siamo andati a mangiare con amici nella serata della pizzica. Cibo misero e con obbligo di menù fisso nella serata organizzata . Poca chiarezza sul menù e sulla scelta delle pizze limitata ad un tot di pizze ogni due persone . Ci è stato detto di essere puntuali alla prenotazione ( ore 21:00) e il primo cameriere si è avvicinato al tavolo un ora e mezzo dopo solo chiamati da noi . Camerieri non tutti molto disponibili e un po’ scocciati nel servirti . Peccato per il locale che posso dire essere l’unica nota positiva di questo locale molto caratteristico.

26/07/2025: Cena con degli amici, menù da 25 euro, arriviamo e ci viene detto che ci tocca una pizza ogni 2 persone quando nel menù c'era scritto in linea generica pizze al centro. Povera di antipasti. Signore alla cassa completamente scortese, non ritornerò mai piu.

16/08/2025: I only have to give one star because I can't give zero! Highly not recommended. The location is beautiful, but the rest is just not up to par. Starting with one of the owners, who is unfriendly, rude, and treats you like you're doing her a favor, not a paying customer. The prices are ridiculously high, and the staff is rude, except for the lifeguard. It's a place only for foreign tourists, not Italians and locals... besides, it's managed by Swiss people. DO NOT GO THERE.

16/08/2025: We spent a full day at P Beach Lido near Ostuni and enjoyed every moment. The setting is beautiful, with elegant design and real comfort, making it easy to relax. The atmosphere was calm, never crowded, and the service attentive without being intrusive. Lunch was a highlight: a delicious warm insalata di mare followed by a perfectly cooked fritto misto, accompanied by an excellent Bombino Nero rosé. It all added up to a beach experience that felt refined, welcoming, and truly worth it. The perfect place for anyone looking for a quality day by the sea.
