09/08/2024: As a guest customer with my wife for the second consecutive year, I must praise the skill and professionalism of chef Massimo De Palma and his staff, Juan and Andrea, for the care and love in preparing tasty dishes unique. A special mention also for the maître Rocco Urso and the very cordial Giovanna Di Lauro. I hope to find them again next year, together with all the Soleinme staff. Antonio Tateo and Anna Lisa Salvatore.

04/08/2024: Resort surrounded by the sea, with breathtaking views. The external part is taken care of down to the smallest details, as is the fabulous pool area. In my opinion, the room was not furnished to the level of a 5-star luxury hotel but still equipped with everything. The staff were very kind, special thanks to the guys Yuri and Pietro who made the stay wonderful.

30/07/2024: So good we went back a second night!!! Everything was fantastic, the service, the ambiance, the homemade limoncello!!! We over-ordered both nights as we couldn't decide. The swordfish pasta was delicious, as were the fritters. No-one left disappointed or hungry. Cannot wait to go back to Ostuni again.

25/07/2024: Excellent experience. The choice falls on traditional Apulian dishes. Fresh and very good products. If you want to try Apulian cuisine, highly recommended, as it reflects the flavors of the culinary culture of the region.

21/05/2024: Buongiorno , domenica trascorsa in compagnia di amici. Abbiamo mangiato tutto dagli antipasti al dolce. Tutto molto buono e serviti da ragazzi attenti alle esigenze di ognuno. Per cui tutto buono , anche il conto. Ci torneremo con piacere.

07/04/2024: Sehr freundliche und flotte Bedienung, leckeres Essen und authentisches italienisches Ambiente! Wir hatten Parpadelle mit Steinpilzen, gemischte Antipasti (auch mit Meeresfrüchten), Spaghetti Aglio/Olio mit Rindertatar-Würfeln, dann filetto di manzo, Grillteller und eine bistecca - alles optimal! Wir können die Trattoria nur empfehlen!

25/08/2024: Che dire.....abbiamo pranzato da Dio......abbiamo optato x il menù fisso tutto a base di pesce.....servizio impeccabile.....grazie al nostro cameriere Fabio....ci ritorneremo di nuovo...lo consiglio vivamente....

25/08/2024: We went for lunch and chose a set menu for €40 per person. What can I say, we were fully satisfied. Excellent food and service. Fresh fish and stunning view. I will return and recommend it!

16/08/2024: It's the second time I've come to this place, the first time a few days ago we had such a good time that we went back. But this evening terrible experience. They lost the lead, which understandably can happen considering the place is full in the middle of summer, it would have ended there with an apology but giving us priority. But no, we saw all the nearby tables being served, who in the meantime had dinner and slowly also left. Moral of the evening, we arrived at 9.50pm it's 11.45pm and we are still waiting for our order while our wine has become stale...not to mention the indelicacy of the managers.

28/08/2024: Enchanting place, in total relaxation you can choose to enjoy good grilled meat or a platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by some excellent wine, we stayed two years ago and returned this summer. If you are looking for an open air place where the children are free and can feel comfortable at the table this is the right place, they also have a large and safe playground, we will definitely return and I recommend it to everyone.

06/08/2024: The open air tables at the foot of the Santa Maria cathedral and its atmosphere make this location ideal for enjoying a cocktail in company. If it weren't for the man who I presume to be the owner, a man of little education and certainly as much patience. On a quiet summer evening he gave us a treatment that was nothing short of theatrical and certainly not suitable for customers, with his ogre-like ways he could play Shrek. Who knows... he didn't think he might find himself in front of colleagues. Mr. alleged owner of Gipas 111, I hope to meet you again, to be able to listen to your apologies and to offer you hospitality training. Meanwhile this evening I will light a candle for those poor guys who work alongside him. Remember that tourists should not be fleeced and screwed.

02/08/2024: The food was excellent, it was gourmet and tasty. Very nice little place, well decorated, heavenly. I highly recommend it to lovers of good cuisine.

16/08/2024: Let me start by saying I’m an animal lover. I have 3 dogs a cat and a bird, with that said when I go out to a fancy place I don’t take my animals with me to the restaurant. The whole time at dinner I had to listen to a dog bark at the cats roaming around the Cortile. It was beyond annoying. I also had cats coming to my table because they wanted to be fed. This in itself a place where I just dropped 300 euros deserves this terrible review. The second problem was the wine. Every bottle of wine they poured was sweet. I don’t like sweet wines and they’re plenty of Puglian wines that aren’t sweet. Even their olive oil was terrible. It tasted like Medicine. The problem with these wines were they were cheap wines. Why do I have to drink what they tell me to drink. I rather have a wine list and chose my wines, and not listen to the arrogant owner tell me all Puglian wines are sweet which is nonsense. The food was good but nothing to rave about. I definitely don’t recommend this place for the simple fact that dogs are allowed on the premises. You will never find any kind of animals at any high end establishment in America whether dining inside or outside. It’s bad enough you have to smell all the Italians smoking and vaping but to have to listen to dogs while I’m dining at a nice restaurant is beyond upsurd. Do yourself a favor and check with restaurants because it seems like it’s a trend here.

15/08/2024: Struttura Stupenda, camera spaziosissima e personale molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Siamo rimasti molto contenti. Punti da migliorare: - Essendo una masseria immersa nel verde e lontana dal caos del mare di Agosto, ci si aspetterebbe tranquillita' e relax anche nell'area della piscina. E invece per non non e' stato cosi'. Famiglie con bambini (probabilmente nemmeno ospiti della struttura) che urlavano dentro e fuori della piscina. Non siamo riusciti a goderci nemmeno un minuto del nostro pomeriggio. - La masseria non ha, con nessun lido del litoraneo adriatico, dei lettini/ombrelloni riservati per tutta la stagione (vedi modello riviera romagnola). Esiste solo una convenzione con due lidi (uno a mezz'ora di strada) per ricevere un 10% di sconto. - Il menu' degustazione e' buono, i piatti sono fatti bene, ma per quello che abbiamo mangiato e per la semplicita' delle materie prime, 75 euro a testa ci sono sembrati un po' troppo. - Abbiamo pagato due birre che non avevamo ordinato al bar. Al momento del pagamento non abbiamo contestato questo errore. Colpa nostra ovviamente, ma servirebbe piu' attenzione anche da parte della struttura.

07/08/2024: Personale scortese. Cibo buono ma prezzi decisamente alti per la media. Servizio "furbo" perché è stata servita più carne alla brace di quanta richiesta. Il costo del coperto è decisamente alto.

04/08/2024: Cameriere poco simpatico. Cameriera molto simpatica e brava. Carne molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Ci siamo stati 2 anni fa ed era qualitativamente migliore. Peccato.
