E’ la terza volta che vengo a mangiare e ogni volta esco sempre più soddisfatta. La carne seppure costosa e’ di eccellente qualità. Ci sono tagli di carne di vario tipo e di diverse frollature per soddisfare ogni tipo di esigenza. La carne viene lavorata davanti agli occhi e cotta in forno dalle sapienti mani dello chef. Il ristorante è intimo e accogliente. Il personale e’ disponibile e cordiale (magari un sorriso in più da parte dei proprietari non guasterebbe). Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo.
