17/02/2025: Ci siamo stati tante volte sia a pranzo che cena, posto stupendo si mangia benissimo. L'unica pecca e che se uno si vuole divertire ballando c'è pochissima musica anni 80 per chi non sa ballare i balli di gruppo e un problema, rimane seduto a guardare gli altri. Dovrebbero alternarsi un pochino tra balli di gruppo e musica anni 80/90 un modo da fare divertire anche gli altri. La musica anni 80/90 inizia troppo tardi e dura pochissimo.

What can I say, excellent service, super delicious pizza, delicious appetizers, very kind owner, wonderful waitress, super attentive to detail. I recommend it to everyone for the service and kindness in knowing how to welcome people who go to this beautiful pizzeria.

I update my review to date: I purchased 3 croissants on 3 different days and all 3 times they were raw inside... From bad to worse 🤷🏻‍♂️

26/12/2024: On December 25th, for Christmas we went to this restaurant and, as soon as we entered we went to the bathroom where there was no toilet paper, immediately afterwards, at the table we waited for the starters for about 2 hours. The first was unpleasant, not the second and the sweet. Terrible service despite the kindness of the staff. We do not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never return👋👋.

18/03/2025: I was disappointed during my visit to Enococus – Acini & Carbone in Ceglie Messapica. Despite the positive reviews, I found the price-performance ratio to be unbalanced. Although the service was friendly and the ambience was appealing, the quality of the food did not justify the high prices. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant. For a more authentic and satisfying dining experience in Ceglie Messapica, there are certainly better restaurants. It is always advisable to reserve in advance.

22/02/2025: Ammetto che sicuramente abbiamo sbagliato locale …per le nostre esigenze sarebbe stata più indicata una classica trattoria ma a mio avviso nonostante la qualità del cibo sia eccellente i prezzi sono totalmente fuori da ogni logica…indecenti!!! Inoltre l’attesa è stata eccessiva in quanto nonostante i coperti fossero limitati i piatti sono arrivati alle 23 a fronte di una prenotazione per le 21.

02/02/2025: Polite and professional staff, good products and good prices. The current pizza chef (perhaps he is the owner) is not as good as the previous one in my opinion. Lately he's been churning out overcooked, almost burnt pizzas and the dough is no longer the same. Personal opinion, but acquaintances who frequent this pizzeria also think like me.

09/04/2025: We went to Pizzeria Trimalchione without a reservation and, despite this, we immediately found a table – definitely a plus. The service was excellent: the waiter was extremely kind and helpful, recommended several dishes from the menu and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The food arrived very quickly, even though the place was quite full. Most of the dishes were very delicious and well prepared. The desserts in particular were simply divine! The only comment I can make concerns the pizza - personally I found it a bit bland, but obviously it's a question of taste. Overall though, the place is definitely worth a visit – nice atmosphere, great service and quality cuisine. I would happily stay here again!

22/12/2024: Nel pieno centro storico di carovigno, un locale suggestivo e accogliente che offre ottimi piatto a base di pesce rivisitati in chiave moderna do ottima qualità e sapori ricchi . Per concludere ottima la torta con mele e cannella guarnita con crema calda al rum....strepitosa

24/10/2024: Muy hospitalario, ambiente agradable pero noche tranquila, 2 / 3 parejas. Se mantuvo a las opciones de mariscos (creo que también dirigen la pescadería local). Entrada de langostinos locales de Galípoli. Pescado fresco a la parrilla y un trozo de rodaballo. Compartimos un desierto simple. Todo sabroso y lavado con un Pinot Grigio. Un toque caro.
