24/11/2025: Excellent pizza generously topped, I also enjoyed the mixed fried foods, the owners were courteous and kind, the only thing to report is that I found a fried calzone that I hadn't asked for, in fact the bills didn't add up, but no big deal as when it comes to food, nothing is wasted.
27/10/2025: We found ourselves in Brindisi by chance and enjoyed an excellent pizza, accompanied by meatballs and prosciutto, which were also excellent.
A simple place with comfortable benches.
The staff were very friendly.

04/09/2025: The owner is rude and doesn't know what to do. The customers don't even know how to run a restaurant, and that scares them away. It's a terrible experience. Remember, it was August 15th. You sat me down and only wanted me to eat the €15 menu. Four things, what the hell? I asked for the grilled meat and you said only if you ordered the appetizer. I even came in the evening. The pizza was terrible.

29/10/2025: Lunch at Spessite was one of the best experiences I had during my visit to Ostuni. It's run by the owners themselves, and the service is spectacular! The portions are generous and delicious… if you want a truly authentic Italian experience, this is the place for you!
12/09/2025: The best meal I have had in Ostuni. Multiple courses with amazing food originating from Ostuni. Angela and Stefano were amazing hosts and so friendly. It felt like I was at home. The set menu was a great option as we had different plates to try. Would recommend highly.

11/11/2025: Beautiful inn, when you return it seems like you're walking right to the sea, beautiful, everything good.
It's a shame, though, that there were 6 of us and one had to wait for his first course, while the rest of us had almost finished ours.
It's a shame, otherwise everything was perfect.
29/09/2025: We were there two weeks ago. When I booked, I kindly asked if they'd give us a table on the first floor, with a sea view, and they accommodated me, even though it was a Sunday and we booked last minute.
Excellent food and friendly service.
I recommend this place.

12/10/2025: One of the few establishments open at this time (others closed or limited menu) pleasant welcome and smiling staff. We ate very well, good fresh products. We hadn't booked, few people. It was perfect.
11/10/2025: Found it by chance during a bike ride, we went there as a couple, without a reservation. The staff was very welcoming, the place is family-run and frequented by local Italians, which was reassuring. No pizza at lunchtime, but it allowed us to focus on fresh seafood! The dishes were delicious and the price was right. The service, although we don't speak Italian (yet), was pleasant and we were able to make ourselves understood by our very cheerful waiter.

06/10/2025: The food is always excellent, family-style cooking, and the pizzas are delicious. It's best to book. And the owners are friendly and approachable.
