Very friendly, friendly and approachable staff. Seriousness in the workplace. Excellent quality food and not only that, very light pizza dough. Must try focaccia and chicken with potatoes, spectacular. One of the best pizzerias in Brindisi.

The cuisine is of excellent quality, the staff is friendly and professional, excellent for a lunch break. The pizza is delicious even in the evening. I highly recommend it 🔝

09/03/2024: Appena ordinate due pizze da asporto: una Nocella ed una Capocollo; dire Perfette è dir poco: impasto leggerissimo, uniforme e con una texture impeccabile. Ingredienti palesemente freschi, eccezionali. Come lo studio degli abbinamenti proposti. Da ripetere ASSOLUTAMENTE (non ho foto da mettere: l'abbiamo divorata in 5 minuti)
29/09/2023: We visited as two couples, staying in a Trullo nearby, and we decided to explore the local village of Casalini. We were delighted to come across this restaurant up the road from the main road, off a small piazza. Service was attentive and the food delicious. We all had pizzas, which were perfect, followed by local desserts. We weren’t able to return, however would do so again and again!

11/09/2023: Ottimo pesce crudo. Ho adorato le ostriche, le migliori e le più fresche mai mangiate. Il polpo scottato, buono, ma tornando indietro avrei preso solo ostriche e gamberi crudi. Prezzi medio alti. Ottimo per un aperitivo. Molto bella l'atmosfera romantica. Da provare
29/07/2023: Al primo assaggio lo capisci subito che qui il pesce lo sanno scegliere lavorare e servire, veramente di qualità top. Bello l’ambiente, vista mare, verde curato con amore e passione che regala serenità. Un po’ “rumoroso” e “mormoratore” il personale femminile che serve.
