04/07/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by a local, and everything is perfect from start to finish! The setting is magnificent, the service is impeccable, and the food is delicious. The produce is local and fresh, and you can tell. The value for money is more than reasonable in a region as touristy as Puglia. I recommend it without hesitation!

21/06/2025: I asked for a pizza from the menu with a request to put buffalo mozzarella on the way out and they told me they couldn't do it because it would ruin the pizza they proposed.
So I asked for a lactose-free margherita with buffalo mozzarella and raw ham on the way out and I'm not sure that the pizza didn't contain lactose (given the effects).
The buffalo mozzarella looked like a normal mozzarella with few thin slices (maybe it was a normal mozzarella and that's why I had strange effects) the raw ham was salty (maybe next time serve it on a separate plate and not directly on the pizza otherwise it's as if you put it in the cooking).
The pizza dough was good but the experience was poor.
Then the prices are high... €2 cover charge which already seems excessive to me. San Daniele €10 with a mediocre raw ham + €2 lactose-free + €2 for 7/8 small and thin slices of buffalo mozzarella. Elsewhere with 15€ you get a gourmet pizza not a bufala and raw with non-top quality ingredients.
As far as I'm concerned, insufficient experience
16/06/2025: Nice place with the possibility of tables outside along the streets. Menu full of pizzas (maybe even too many), all very stuffed. Average taste. Good combinations, many unusual. Normal price (let's say that pizza, beer and dessert we paid about 25/28 € per person)

Various breakfast, nice and clean rooms.
Recommended for a stop in the hinterland!

23/06/2025: On a Monday we ended up at this gem for lunch. We were warmly welcomed. We were given a quiet and cool spot inside where our dog could also lie down. It's so special that we can also have lunch here without any problems with a large dog (he's a quiet sweetheart but it's still very nice that it's never a problem). Antipasti for 2 people. Crazy tasty. Refined. Freshly made (we could look into the beautiful professional open kitchen) and all dishes were sublime. Then we shared a pasta (which was a good idea because the antipasti is quite a lot) and enjoyed the dolci. I can only say 💯 💯 💯 about the wine list. We chose a mezzarossa from Morella. A delicious local rosé. Come and enjoy this beautiful place and eat your belly full. We were too busy eating to take pictures 😜

10/06/2025: A real surprise, to find yourself passing by chance and discover this little place in a characteristic alley of Putignano. The guys are very kind and professional and the food is really excellent quality. You can taste the choice of ingredients made with care, everything on the plate had its own distinguishable good taste. If we find ourselves in the area we will definitely stop again.

06/07/2025: We got married yesterday and I still have a hard time believing that such a beautiful location exists and where you eat so divinely! Buffet of very rich and delicious appetizers, the first courses superlative and refined! But above all I have to thank Leo and Vito who provided unique assistance and organization! Thanks again for giving us an unforgettable experience and making us live a dream❤️

06/06/2025: Iniziamo dal servizio: è chiaro che in cucina imprevisti o contrattempi possono accadere, ma far uscire piatti a singhiozzo, costringendo ognuno a mangiare per conto proprio, senza che nessuno dello staff abbia mai cercato di gestire il problema, anticipando semplicemente delle scuse o premurandosi di verificare in cucina lo status dei piatti, non ci è affatto piaciuto. Per quando riguarda il cibo, crudo di mare gustoso (a parte i ricci totalmente senza sapore), antipasti di pesce caldi nulla di che (sushi freddissimo), risotto ai frutti di mare slegato e insipido (buone le vongole). Allo sbarazzo dei piatti, con ancora del cibo, nessuno che si sia preoccupato di chiedere il perché non avessimo gradito, se non altro per dimostrare attenzione verso il cliente e disponibilità a migliorarsi.
21/04/2025: Ancora una volta,oggi giorno di Pasquetta in Famiglia,il titolare con tutto lo staff,erano impegnati nel soddisfare le nostre richieste.Antipasti eccellenti,crudo di mare una bontà unica,due primi aragosta con le linguine,un risotto ai frutti di mare,poi delle verdure crude,due piatti di una croccante frittura di paranza Abbiamo completato il pranzo,con sorbetto,caffè,amaro è un dolce,tutti soddisfatti per la disponibilità,professionalità ma soprattutto per la serietà che il Sig.Donato,dedica a questo lavoro,come sempre grazie di tutto allo staff,quelli in sala è quelli in cucina,arrivederci alla prossima.Un saluto cordiale da Emanuele.

04/05/2025: Non do un punto solo perché era sabato sera. Insalata di polipo dura e insapore, cozze gratinate immangiabili ( mangiate per fame) gnocchi poco cotti, ultima chicca, la frittura, sapeva di gomma, a questo punto ho chiamato il cameriere e glielo fatto presente, lui ha risposto che a volte succede. Si sono salvati il vino (buonissimo), e i gamberi in tempura. Non do giudizi sul servizio perché capisco che erano pochi camerieri per tante persone.
Il proprietario un soggetto arrogante, ho pagato 68 euro nemmeno mi ha guardato in faccia.
Questi si salvano sempre grazie ai turisti ignari.
29/04/2025: Siam paesani e pur trovandoci sui nostri bei tre colli putignanesi, approdare qui ci rimanda in un attimo all'atmosfera marinara senza tempo, fresca e di qualità , in una location sia interna che esterna, diurna e serale suggestiva, curata con piatti tipici ed anche innovativi come questo interessante primo di cavatelli cacio e pepe con cozze locali, una bella scoperta . Peccato solo che gli ultimi ricci freschi se ne siamo andati...avremmo voluto con piacere gustarli. Ottimo equilibrio qualità- prezzo. Alla prossima

29/05/2025: This place is a delightful spot with a cozy atmosphere and a commendable selection of wines. The ambiance is relaxed, making it perfect for an evening out. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, assisting in selecting wines that suit your palate. The only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that the service, while warm, was a bit slow at times. Nonetheless, it didn’t significantly detract from the overall experience. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant wine bar in Putignano.

22/02/2025: We go in with some friends for 10 minutes of refreshment, terrible experience. They bring us a still frozen pasticciotto and after I point it out to them they heat it up but bring it back already nibbled. The spritz similar to a fruit juice, the
dirty bathroom (among other things for a fee - €1). And we paid in advance too. In the end this “great coffee” isn't that great after all.
Not recommended.
