01/11/2025: We visited this restaurant on All Saints' Day, November 1st. We started with a revisited parmigiana (sea bass and capicollo), seafood crudités, and an excellent mix of cooked antipasti. Next, hazelnut-crusted red tuna with saffron potatoes, and seared octopus on pistachio cream. For the first course, a ravioli with burrata cream, shrimp, and zucchini chips. I was speechless. And another first course, semolina gnocchi with scampi and lime. For the second course, we sampled the almond-crusted swordfish ingot with potato flan, which we had sampled among the antipasti. To finish on a sweet note, the sporcamuss-millefeuille with custard and berries was a fitting conclusion to this food and wine journey. I'm always traveling, between Puglia, Lazio, and Romagna, but if I were to return, I would gladly return.

27/10/2025: Excellent seafood restaurant. The service is rather fun and cheerful, but it does the job. The food is fresh, well prepared. I also recommend the desserts.

13/10/2025: A wonderful restaurant with decent prices and friendly service. We had grilled sea bass and sea bream with mushrooms. It's a bit pricey, but the price includes delicious side dishes. I highly recommend it!

30/11/2025: We bought 2 pizzas. One 4 cheese and a ham and mushroom pizzas. The pizza was quite far from what you expect from an Italian pizza. Low quality ingredients and low quality pizza dough. The chees was totally tasteless like rubber. However the price was lower than the average pizza prices in the touristic area. So I guess it was ok for the price/value balance...

30/11/2025: This family-run restaurant makes you feel at home, the chef is the owner and the dishes are excellent, fresh and traditional cuisine, the bread is also excellent😋

04/12/2025: Amazing place, wonderful food, perfect staff, kind, polite, very good, I tried both the savory and sweet side, everything was delicious 😋, I also tried the cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, simply perfect, the end of the world, I would recommend it to anyone.

23/05/2025: Bell'ambiente, caldo e ben arredato, in pieno centro. Cucina essenzxailmente creativa basata soprattutto sul pesce. Primi ottimi, come gli antipasti. Speghettone agli scampi e alici e gambero rosso notevoli, come il sashimi di ricciola e il carpaccio di manzo. Secondi meno speciali. servizio professionale e simpatico, prezzi un po' alti

20/09/2025: A beautiful place, nestled in the greenery of the Monopoli countryside. Excellent traditional Apulian dishes, home-produced wines, and, to top it all off, select spirits in a variety of flavors. We stopped by on an evening where there was also delightful music, which made the evening truly enchanting. Highly recommended.

06/11/2025: We booked at this restaurant listed as a fresh fish restaurant so we had very high expectations but that was not the case. We had cooked seafood appetizers but really small portions with not top quality products at the price of €18 per person, as a first course their flagship risotto, hard and rubbery rice with non-existent ingredients and with a lake of cream that tasted like the risottos prepared by Knorr memories of youth cost €16, as a second course a half slice of swordfish with a tasteless and hard to eat flavor passed off as fresh but I have serious doubts at the cost of €16. Total cost €103 this is not the right way to do catering but making fun of people at least those who know about fresh fish.

03/11/2025: My husband and I went to this restaurant with very high expectations, but that wasn't the case. What we were served seemed to be made with low-quality ingredients. The appetizers were paltry and overpriced for what was served (€18 per person). The risotto was inedible, rubbery rice full of cream and nonexistent, low-quality ingredients. The half-slice of swordfish was tasteless and tough, typical of frozen fish. This restaurant advertises itself as a fresh seafood restaurant, but that wasn't the case. Only the waiter understood the inconvenience and tried to remedy the situation, but it was too late.

23/10/2025: The pizza was truly amazing. There was a huge selection of special combinations that you can't find everywhere. The service was also good, attentive, and friendly. The prices were more than fair; for example, a bottle of wine started at €12. The only thing that bothered us was the ambiance with its plastic chairs and a less than cozy atmosphere. But the food is definitely recommended!

07/11/2025: Caffé Roma, Largo Vescovado – Irresistible ice cream – especially the pistachio with cream and dark chocolate. The staff is friendly, the prices are fair, and the selection of flavors is extensive. €2.50 for a generous portion. I paid by card. The atmosphere in the square in front of the café is lively, yet pleasantly relaxing. I recommend it to anyone who loves high-quality Italian sweets.

09/10/2025: This family-run B&B was the final highlight of our trip to Puglia. Starting with the welcome, we truly felt at home! Extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and full of local products. The room we were assigned was bright and spacious. The location is excellent, surrounded by greenery and just a 10-minute drive from the center of Alberobello. Highly recommended! We hope to return again 😊

05/10/2025: We had a great experience at B&B Il Leccio. This was our second visit and we've always had a great time. Quality food, comfortable rooms, and a quiet location. The owners are incredibly kind, hospitable, and helpful. Thanks again for everything.

28/09/2025: A charming place, a seaside restaurant, extremely elegant and high-end. We had two appetizers, two main courses, and a shared dessert, plus two glasses of wine. The two appetizers we chose were gurnard carpaccio with citrus extract and roasted mackerel with zucchini scapece. The two main courses were stuffed squid and cardoncelli mushroom "absolute," which is mushrooms in three textures. Finally, a "chamomile meadow." Everything was delicious, everything was undoubtedly prepared with dedication and passion. Everything was beautiful. However, nowadays it's really hard to find places that prioritize the quality of the product, but rather put it on the surface. The dishes we tried were basically "poor"—we're talking zucchini, mackerel, cardoncelli mushrooms; perhaps the most expensive was the cuttlefish. I paid 50 euros for each of these items, which isn't worth the product itself, but rather its preparation and everything that goes into a restaurant of this caliber. But, excuse the cruelty, I don't have to pay for this. I want to pay for the dish, and we're not talking about an expensive dish, because they didn't offer me white truffle on the menu. When I talk about appearance, I'm also talking about the initial show cooking, which was nice, yes, but customer service is another story. The service, if anything, needs improvement: I have the freedom to choose the wine by the glass, and if the sommelier wants to recommend it, he should open the bottle in front of my table, or at least keep it vacuum-packed. And I can accept a mistake like that in average restaurants, but not here, where, I repeat, the bill wasn't so "sweet."

09/11/2025: My favorite pub in Monopoli... OPEN a few steps from the main square... English pub with excellent sandwiches, hamburgers, delicacies and a vast selection of beers.. clean... welcoming and comfortable... with outdoor tables on a platform, only in the summer.. I celebrated my birthday there and would do it again.

20/09/2025: London-style pub located not far from the center of Monopoli. Excellent place run by a very young owner and waitress, very helpful, polite, and friendly. I came here thanks to word of mouth. I had previously tried the Putignano location, but unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. I gave this place a chance and was completely satisfied. The menu offers a wide variety of appetizers, paninis, sandwiches, beers, and desserts. Importantly, they offer both vegan and gluten-free options. Everything we ordered arrived in a timely manner. Excellent, high-quality ingredients. I will definitely be back and recommend it for a quiet evening with friends.

04/07/2025: A small place a little crowded in the evening, with different types of pizza 🍕 and drinks. Pizza Margherita, Prosciuto Funghi, sandwiches, croissants, etc.

24/06/2025: Been here SEVERAL times! Probably the best pizza slice in town.. Panzerotti and pucce also TO DIE FOR!!! Staff very kind and educated as well🙌🏻
