So delicious! 😋 The pizza was really fluffy and the drinks were great too! 🤩 The prices were super affordable! The service was incredibly friendly, and they fulfilled every request. The chicken wings are a hidden gem: crispy, juicy, and spicy! The pasta dishes are also very good, albeit more traditional compared to the Gen Z pizzas. It gets really loud in the evening, though.

Time to enjoy the local cuisine at @tamborr.monopoli. Starter: Chicken Fingers Main Course: Caesar salad (yes, for me it was my main course because I wanted it 😋); pay attention to the "plate". Tonnarelli pasta with Cacio e Pepe. Bolognese lasagna. Cold beer. Everything was very tasty (even so, I couldn't finish the salad and the "plate" 🤭). Great service. Pizzeria and restaurant (serving traditional dishes like orecchiette and meatballs) on the Monopoli waterfront with a beautiful view of the old port. A simple place with an outdoor area that's enclosed by glass and heated in the winter. Super friendly staff, and the pizzas and main courses are truly delicious. Prices are absolutely reasonable. Definitely worth a try. Highly recommended as a local. The orecchiette with meatballs are truly fabulous.

07/04/2026: Starting with the excellent service, served by a smiling Albanian gentleman who was polite and friendly, and ending with the delicious food. We ate pasta, beef, pizza, and seafood, all washed down with house white wine. I highly recommend this place. Delicious.

RISTORANTE WILLIAM'S

24/04/2026: Thirty years after its opening, I discovered this place thanks to my granddaughter (who generally prefers the sea view). The location in the city, on a small, quiet street, perhaps hides it from a wider clientele. But given the line for takeout and the full tables, I don't think it needs any further fame. We've now tried several takeout specialties, especially fish and vegetable ones, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. The traditional family flavors take us back to the loving care and culinary skills of our mothers and grandmothers. Better late than never, to satisfy a nostalgic desire for good, simple home cooking!
03/04/2026: Quality food and professional staff. One complaint is the overwhelming smell of fried food. All in all, an experience worth repeating.
