The feeling is that of dining in a family environment also thanks to the affable ways of the owner who is able to immediately empathize with the guests. Tasty dishes of excellent quality, expertly defined flavors.

02/03/2025: Small and traditional place, welcoming like the owner who puts you at ease with kindness. Very good and homemade flavours. The brasciole were cooked excellently as were the bombette. I recommend the orecchiette with turnip greens and tasting the homemade limoncello.

Really great to see that they really care about how you experience everything, awesome service from the staff and knowledgeable about what they got. 11/01/2025: First time here we were amazed by the welcome, the friendliness, the professionalism of the staff...we felt pampered...the dishes one better than the other we couldn't find a flaw, not even on the bread! served hot, crunchy accompanied by two exceptional oils, each dish has been taken care of down to the smallest detail from the plating to the flavors mixed to perfection, all very nice and good... very intimate and particular environment, well cared for, clean and elegantly set up... which say...we will definitely be back

08/04/2025: I had dinner in this little place, wonderful and polite staff, really kind owner. The food was excellent, nothing to say. The welcome entré was super welcome as we were already full with the starter. Fabulous first courses, I recommend the cavatelli. The house wine very good in my opinion

Food is refined and well presented. Yes, more expensive than in most other places in Monopoli but it's fine dining. Highly recommended

04/04/2025: I completely agree with all the other five star ratings. We are not vegetarian however after experiencing the food I am ready to switch! Great change from the usual pasta and pizza which are the normal mainstays of Italian restaurants. Highly recommend the mixed starters for two at 18 Euros. The menu is in Italian only, a rarity in the tourist ghetto of Monopoli, however the owner/waiter speaks perfect English. Note- when a menu is in English in a tourist precinct, the food may still be good, but the prices are about 50% higher than the local places. For a real culture experience, learn a bit of Italian such as greetings, etc, get out of your comfort zone and venture outside of the old town to where the local Italians eat and drink.

03/04/2025: We are not vegans but MUNZ MUNZ BIOSTROT in Monopoli really surprised us. My wife and I met him thanks to a Wonderbox gift box for a tasting, which then became an appetizer. We were fascinated by it, so much so that we continued lunch with two delicious first courses: "cacio e pepe" and "nero di mare", all vegan! Beautiful and very tasty dishes, courteous and confidential service, very welcoming environment. Recommended to everyone.

05/01/2025: We chose Masseria Torrepietra for our wedding on October 19th - to say that everything was absolutely perfect would be an understatement. The location is enchanting and easily accessible - the well-kept greenery and the living stone of the structure make it truly a magical place. What about the quality of the food served? Everything was impeccable and beyond all expectations. Between this and the numerous, comfortable rooms with which the structure is equipped, our guests (who came from all over Italy and also from abroad) were very happy and satisfied. An honorable mention goes to the director Dino, extremely professional, welcoming, friendly and incredibly helpful; to Giuseppe, Camilla and Nicola who were simply unique in accommodating our requests and helping to create wonderful memories for our special day; to all the Torrepietra staff for always being kind, thoughtful, on point and warm in making us, the spouses and all the guests, feel more than at home. We will certainly continue to choose Masseria Torrepietra for all our special events and beyond: we are now tied to this magical place with our hearts, by a double thread. Simply exceptional. 07/03/2025: Wat een fantastische avond. Bijzonder vriendelijke en professionele bediening, en beide heren in de keuken hadden duidelijk liefde voor hun vak. Een klein restaurant in monopoli, maar met grootse sfeer. We hebben heerlijk gegeten, de muziek was prachtig, de bediening attent en vriendelijk, het eten langzaam gegaard en heerlijk! Wij hebben direct voor nog een avond gereserveerd. Een echte aanrader voor een avond genieten in Monopoli!

22/03/2025: A place I found somewhat by chance on Google because I was looking for a nice place where I could dine on fish and the famous Apulian raw fish. I must say it is not in the center of Monopoli, in fact it is among the famous, somewhat isolated streets which are always typical of Puglia. But let's get to us. The place is really very characteristic, clean, welcoming, well kept. The staff is very kind, helpful, very polite and prepared. The menu is quite rich and varied. Obviously I took the raw ones which I must say were very good. A few various starters and everything really good, fresh and well cooked. For the former it was really difficult to choose because they were all more particular than the other. In the end we opted for a pacchero with chickpea cream, clams and crab... delicious and very special... and the orecchiette with tuna, cherry tomato and flaked almonds... also very good. The fish felt fresh. High quality. Paid 117 euros in total and for how we ate and for the overall quality, location, goodness... money well spent.

08/12/2024: Ho festeggiato il mio compleanno da Martino ed è veramente una persona meravigliosa. Il migliore a fare le crêpes. C’è da notare anche che non tutti sono specializzati nel fare le crêpes senza glutine e lattosio. Sappiate sempre scegliere la diversità! ❤️❤️
