26/10/2025: A nice establishment, but very out of the way. So much so that, at one point, I thought of the movie "All We Have to Do Is Cry." However, it's ideal for those who want to escape, shake off the stresses of everyday life, and recharge. The owner is kind and attentive, and the staff is young, professional, and motivated. Very welcome. The meal was superior to that of a farmhouse. If I had to comment, they could have avoided having animals in the dining room.

16/03/2026: We dined at this restaurant last Saturday with a large group of 13, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. Despite the large table and packed restaurant, the service was seamless and the atmosphere truly welcoming.
A special thanks goes to Pietro. Rarely do you meet someone capable of combining such professionalism with such overwhelming kindness. He was:
• Extremely kind: always attentive to our every need.
• Friendly and personable: he knew how to manage the group with a smile, making us feel immediately at home.
• Super professional: impeccable in recommending dishes and managing service times.
The food lived up to its name: authentic flavors reminiscent of true Apulian tradition, generous portions, and top-quality ingredients. Managing 13 people is never easy, but everything arrived hot and on time.

The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, perfect for such a special occasion. The food was excellent, with attention to detail and enjoyed by all the guests. The service was impeccable: the staff were helpful, attentive, and always present without ever being intrusive. All of this helped make my evening unforgettable, allowing me to experience a unique moment with the people who matter most to me.
I absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to celebrate a special occasion without a care in the world!

The food was delicious and excellent, from appetizers to dessert. All the credit goes to the blond guy, Vincenzo, who recommended some excellent dishes. I thank him for this fantastic culinary experience he gave us! 👏👏

15/01/2026: On the evening of the Epiphany, my wife and I went to this Pizzeria Restaurant, we were welcomed very well by the waiting staff, a very beautiful, welcoming and elegant place, we had spectacular, very good pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven, with high-quality ingredients, very digestible 🔝 I highly recommend this place, qualified and very helpful staff, I will definitely be back 💪💪👋👋👋

25/01/2026: After ordering a series of appetizers such as Goffredo-style fries and mediocre chicken strips, we moved on to tasteless and unseasoned tacos, among other things the tacos are "soft piadinas" not wafers to line the Condorelli nougat, but the icing on the cake was the sandwich with the "pastrami" in my opinion it seemed like cooked carne salada as salty and poor quality as it was and at that price of €14 I don't think you should expect half a sandwich in that price I could have bought 4 double tramezzini from the 24 hour vending machines certainly tastier than this "sandwich", in all of this the quantity should be specified on the menu and more investment should be made in the quality of the product if you expect to charge €14 for it, all of this is scandalous

02/03/2026: I went to Triticum for my birthday (there were five of us) and it was a perfect choice.
A modern place with a rustic touch that makes it warm and welcoming. It was a busy Friday night, but the service was very fast and organized.
My only suggestion is to turn down the music.
The contemporary pizza is really good;
The young waitresses, some super approachable, others more formal, but all professional. The younger waitresses are very friendly, kind, and sweet; they make you feel truly welcomed, not just a "customer." They give good advice and you can tell they care.
If you want a well-made gourmet pizza and a refined atmosphere without the anxiety of a fancy restaurant, this is the place.
