25/10/2024: La semana que estuve en Tenuta Linazza, un lugar bien cuidado y tranquilo rodeado de olivos, fue simplemente maravilloso. Emilio (y su encantadora esposa Clara, su hermano y padre) nos mostró (un pequeño grupo de invitados internacionales) alrededor en Salento. Nos llevaron a muchos lugares interesantes y hermosos, y obtuvimos todos los detalles y la historia sobre esta región. Estar allí fue una gran manera de conocer esta parte de Italia. Junto a la experiencia de la cultura y la naturaleza Emilio cocinó comida fantástica y nos enseñó lo esencial de la cocina italiana, mientras que nos sentimos como en casa y parte de la familia. Muchas gracias, Emilio, cálido anfitrión acogedor, guía, chef, conductor. ¡Respeto!

05/07/2025: "If you remain silent while eating, it means it's good" Modern place, well-kept and clean environments. Alessandro and all his staff are formidable. The menu offers local products and very fresh fish. Good wine list. Original and expertly studied combinations. We appreciated the purple shrimp tartare with its sauces, the burrata, the fresh pasta filled with grouper and roasted cherry tomatoes, then arriving at the grilled shrimp and scampi, finishing with a decidedly sublime chocolate, rum and orange dessert. 02/06/2025: Posto molto curato, semplice ed elegante. Il personale tutto altamente professionale ed attento, nulla é lasciato al caso, lodevole il lavoro che svolgono. Le portate sono state tutte eccellenti, senza pecca e presentate ad alto livello, il sapere é una reale emozione. Se vi trovate a Trani dovete obbligatoriamente fermarvi in questo ristorante, altrimenti avrete perso la possibilità di deliziare le vostre papille gustative! ECCELLENTE E CONSIGLIATISSIMO

23/05/2025: Un amico, sapendo del mio week-end a Trani, mi aveva consigliato questo locale… un consiglio veramente prezioso! Ci abbiamo mangiato due volte ( purtroppo abbiamo dovuto saltare la domenica perché era già tutto prenotato)… Piatti ben composti con accoppiamenti di sapori e consistenze azzeccati ottimi antipasti e primi… Se devo dare un consiglio provate il risotto… (non dico di più!!! ) una vera sorpresa. Prezzo adeguato a locale e qualità. Da ultimo un bravo al maitre di sala, professionale ma anche spontaneo e attento a tutti i tavoli!… bravo! (Ci ha accompagnato anche in un assaggio di olio…)

09/06/2025: Wednesday we had the absolut pleasure of celebrating both our bithdays as well as out engagement at Saleblu near monopoli in puglia. It has been quite some time since I had been at a restaurant with such a high level of culinary skills, service level and attentiveness to their guests. From the security staff at the parking lot that greeted us by name, to the waiters and bartenders that always made sure our glasses where full, and explained the food, how it was made and its origins. We chose the tasting menu and got the pleasure of experiencing both fried pasta with yuzu mayonnaise, their signature octopus, tomato ice cream, and cucumber sorbet with peas and much much more. All of the courses had a high level of creativity and love for the ingredients. We drove about 30 minutes from our location in Torre Santa Sabina and would do it again any giving day. Next time we are in puglia you will find us at Saleblu looking out on the ocean with a glass of perfectly selected wine as well as some more amazing foods! If you are in puglia - it doesn’t matter where, and you love good food, book a table at Saleblu and experience this amazing restaurant for your self ❤️

09/06/2025: Overall, everything was great. The food was very good. The welcome from the kitchen was amazing. A truly beautiful view. Giuseppe provided excellent service and was also very entertaining. Thank you very much. Just two small comments for the restaurant: 1. The red wine was too warm. Giuseppe immediately made sure the glass was chilled, which helped a lot. But in a restaurant in this price range, I would expect the wines to be kept in a wine cooler and thus at the optimal temperature. 2. The linguine all astice for the main course got cold relatively quickly. It was probably due to the wind, among other things. Preheating the plates could have helped somewhat.

11/02/2025: È un agriturismo impeccabile in tutti i suoi aspetti: location splendida, immersa nella natura, animali amabili, personale gentile e professionale: una nota di merito a Vincenzo che in sala non ti fa mancare nulla..La ciliegina sulla torta: la cucina, una vera e propria arte culinaria! Piatti squisiti, originali, abbondanti. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. I bambini si sono divertiti tanto e noi adulti abbiamo goduto di tutta la serenità del posto! Abbiamo scoperto questo posto grazie ai social e meno male.. ci torneremo prestissimo! Grazie ragazzi, continuate così!

28/01/2025: Un agriturismo molto buono. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, staff accogliente e famigliare. Menù buonissimo e impiattamento molto curato complimenti allo Chef. Il sig.Corrado molto disponibile e competente. Festa riuscita e figlia contenta dell'evento!! Ci torneremo sicuramente per altri eventi

16/06/2025: I was happy to return to Porta Centrale Bistrò after a very positive first experience, and this time too the place proved to be up to par. Relaxed atmosphere, kind and attentive staff, a carefully curated menu with dishes that enhance the Apulian tradition in a contemporary way. The crispy egg in a jacket was well presented and delicate in taste, even if the yolk was slightly cold in the center, the only detail that could be improved. For the rest, everything was excellent, including the selection of classic and special pizzas! A place where you gladly return and that continues to grow.

20/05/2025: We wanted a restaurant that opened before 8pm. This was the only one we could find in Gravina. Food was great, and service was friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit if you're in Gravina.

06/06/2025: They tell you they make you pasta alla norma but it's a normal sauce in which maybe an eggplant has swum. They tell you they make you lemon meatballs but you don't know what they really are. Better they change jobs...

29/06/2025: Enchanting and suggestive place, with a breathtaking view of the sea, especially during the day. Genuine and truly superb dishes for taste and simplicity, you can feel the quality of the raw material. More than honest prices, with the fork discount it becomes a must-see if you are in the area. Here you will find location, quality of food, honest bill and fast and impeccable service. Highly recommended.

27/06/2025: Really nice place, great food, polite staff but unfortunately we were there a few years ago in the summer and the air conditioners didn't work, we went back this year and the problem hasn't been solved yet.

01/04/2025: Consigliato da amici, decido di far visita in questa struttura agrituristica non molto distante da otranto. La caratteristica principale sono una miriade di antipasti, tutti freschi e ben presentati. Primi buoni e grigliata di carne ottima e abbondante!!! Vino della casa discreto. Menù fisso 22 ero a persona!!! Personale preparato che ti mette a tuo agio!!! Consigliato!!!
