31/01/2026: I went to Dolce Stil Novo with my girlfriend for a special evening, and we couldn't have made a better choice. The atmosphere is romantic and elegant, perfect for enjoying time together without rushing. The cuisine is a perfect balance of tradition and creativity: refined dishes, top-quality ingredients, and surprising flavors. The service is attentive, professional, and never intrusive, making you feel truly pampered. The atmosphere is splendid, ideal for both a special evening and a high-end dining experience. 29/01/2026: I had dinner with my partner at this wonderful restaurant... Let me start by saying that my expectations were very high and they were met in the best possible way. The service was exceptional, kind and welcoming but never intrusive. The dishes were prepared with respect for tradition but never banal, with techniques and innovation, research, and a lot of love for the primary ingredients. I was truly amazed because Chef Alfredo Russo welcomed us to the table and wished us to enjoy the evening and the experience. At the end of the dinner, he came over to thank us and ask how we had enjoyed it... He is an elegant man, just like his restaurant, rigorous like the career he has built, but kind and gracious like his dishes. In short, an exceptional experience. I thank the restaurant, the team, and the chef for this magnificent evening.

31/01/2026: The piadinas are good. I'm giving this review primarily to the service, as all customers were given free portions of fries even for just one order (as noted in the reviews). My table, despite spending over €60, didn't receive any. After asking several times, they still didn't bring them, claiming they're only given free to "some customers." A terrible impression.

11/01/2026: Nice restaurant with an interesting menu just outside the reggia di venaria. The food is very good with tartare, risotto with zucca and bunet as my highlights. A bit pricey but overall a good experience.

30/12/2025: An excellent restaurant for lunch before entering the Royal Palace! The ticket office is right in front of this magnificent restaurant, which offers excellent value, is listed in all the best food and wine guides, has a particularly refined atmosphere, and offers traditional dishes from the best Piedmontese cuisine! Recommended!

26/01/2026: My birthday night, six people were invited over for 8:00 PM. We ordered pizza at 6:30 PM to avoid long waits and give the restaurant time to prepare and take the time to complete everything. We requested pizza for 8:30 PM. At 9:00 PM, we started calling to ask if everything was okay. They told us they were finishing preparing the pizza and would be leaving soon... and there we go... unexpected things can happen to anyone, but with a half-hour delay, you call and let them know. At 9:30 PM, we called again, the pizzas still hadn't arrived. They told us the delivery driver had left and was on his way (we live a 9-minute drive from the pizzeria). 9:47 PM, since my boyfriend had called up until that point, I get impatient and call, saying I have six hungry people at home, that they have work the next day and that this doesn't make sense, asking for at least a discount for the damage, not the money, but now I'm furious, the evening is ruined and it seems like the least I can do. 6 euros out of 76. The pizzas were also decent, but as someone who has worked with the public for many years, I found everything to be unkind and unprofessional. Never again.

14/12/2025: A small and pleasant surprise We chose this place before the Juventus match because it was not far from the stadium. The place isn't big, but it's clean and welcoming. The pizza and the selection were excellent. We also had the farinata, which I highly recommend.
