29/01/2026: I had dinner with my partner at this wonderful restaurant... Let me start by saying that my expectations were very high and they were met in the best possible way. The service was exceptional, kind and welcoming but never intrusive. The dishes were prepared with respect for tradition but never banal, with techniques and innovation, research, and a lot of love for the primary ingredients. I was truly amazed because Chef Alfredo Russo welcomed us to the table and wished us to enjoy the evening and the experience. At the end of the dinner, he came over to thank us and ask how we had enjoyed it... He is an elegant man, just like his restaurant, rigorous like the career he has built, but kind and gracious like his dishes. In short, an exceptional experience. I thank the restaurant, the team, and the chef for this magnificent evening.

Right by the entrance to Venaria, the food exceeded all expectations. We loved the ricotta, citrus, and marjoram ravioli on a shellfish cream and the double-cooked octopus, as well as the desserts, especially the sweet ricotta. The location is simply unparalleled: directly across from the Royal Palace of Venaria, perfect for immediately immersing yourself in the historic beauty of the place. 06/04/2026: We had lunch with a one-year-old (birthday) and our dog Leo. We were welcomed very warmly, the food was excellent and authentic, the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was homely. True Piedmontese flavors. Reasonable prices. Well done, you must continue like this for another 100 years!!

23/03/2026: I had dinner on Sunday and tried the Venere rice cloud and the Roman pala. The dough was soft, light, and flavorful; the Roman pala crunched. The cloud topped with creamed cod, artichokes, and fried leek: literally delicious. I ordered the Margherita for the Roman pala; the only flaw was the overly sweet tomato. Dessert: L'Amarena Roche: excellent chocolate, not overpowering chopped hazelnuts, a truly balanced black cherry center, and delicious bitter cocoa. I highly recommend trying this pizzeria.

We hadn't booked, but luckily, a table for two was available outside under the awning, as the inside room was occupied for an event. The staff was attentive, kind, and professional. I had the pappardelle with game ragù: well-balanced and very good, with a textured pasta, just the way I like it. My wife chose a Fassona beef tartare for her second course, which I tried and was very good. A note on the tartare: for greater precision, it would be helpful to indicate the weight in grams on the menu, so we could determine whether it's an appetizer or a main course; by eye, it didn't exceed 100 grams. There were two house wines available: I chose a red (Barbera), and it was good. For dessert, a Piedmontese bonet, delicious and enriched with crumbled amaretti biscuits. All surrounded by greenery: it was a pleasant and relaxing lunch. If we're passing through, we'll definitely be back. PS: I recommend booking.
