Overall, the food was good, but I expected something more, especially since it's not a budget restaurant and has a Michelin designation. Fast, efficient service. Well-chosen wine.

21/05/2026: Having booked for Sunday evening at 7:30 PM, I was informed that there were two sittings, so we would have to leave the table by 9:00 PM. I accepted and showed up at 7:15 PM, as recommended by the person who booked. They seated us and took our orders. We waited about 45 minutes for the pizzas, and the last one, a simple focaccia with lard, was brought to our table at 8:31 PM. Despite everything, at 8:52 PM we were asked to leave the table while we were still finishing our meal and told that we could have coffee, which was offered, at the counter. We stood up, being polite, and left the pizza still unfinished on our plate. Finally, at the cash register, in the presence of the owner, not even a hint of an apology. Very unprofessional and, above all, rude. They've lost customers.

22/04/2026: I returned to celebrate my birthday with a group of about 20 people, including children. We had a wonderful time; the pizzas, farinata, and desserts were excellent, as always. The courtesy, kindness, and patience in managing such a large and noisy group was priceless. Thank you so much.
