If you love pizza but are on a low-carb or ketogenic diet, this place is an extraordinary find. I tried their pizza and it was a delightful surprise: it was really, really good, flavorful, and I was finally able to satisfy my pizza cravings without the slightest guilt. The incredible thing is that I didn't feel bloated or heavy afterward: an exceptional lightness!
The experience was made even more special by the place and the staff, who were nothing short of kind, welcoming, and absolutely up to the task of making the pizza delicious. I'll definitely be back soon!

After much research into finding a pizzeria in Turin with kamut flour, we finally found Turati 39.
Delicious pizza, appetizers, and above all, friendly and helpful staff.

I've been going to this restaurant for years now. The classic pizza is delicious, with a light, digestible dough, and you can also choose whole wheat or kamut flour. They also make a kerogenic pizza that's truly excellent and second to none! Highly recommended!

I've been frequenting this restaurant for almost 10 years, and it continues to be a reliable favorite, thanks in part to its convenient location near my office. I've tried both the food and the pizza, and I've always been satisfied.
The pizza is the real highlight for me. Thin, crispy, and very digestible, it's perfect even for lunch because it doesn't weigh you down or cause that sleepy feeling you often get after eating pizza. The dishes are also delicious, always carefully prepared.
Friendly staff, quick service, and a welcoming atmosphere. A place I always love to return to.

My boyfriend and I went for dinner last night and had a great time. It's the only pizzeria we could easily find that offers ketogenic dough (which is delicious), a perfect solution for those, like my boyfriend, who want to reduce their carb intake, and the difference is very subtle. A special mention goes to the meringue lemon pie; I've definitely found my new favorite dessert. Not to mention the kindness of the service and the owner, who came over to ask us how the ketogenic pizza was and to give us a few more details, and the atmosphere is also very nice. We'll definitely be back soon.

Well, overall, it was great. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they didn't even think about turning us away. They made pizzas and we sat quietly and ate.

I've been getting pizza here for a few weeks now, and every time it's better than the last. The pizza is fantastic, especially their ketogenic version (the best in Turin). The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the prices are super fair. Highly recommended.
