The style of both the restaurant and the dishes has nothing to envy of much more "EMBELLISHED" places The tables are very well spaced, several round (which I find very elegant) and fine table linens... which in 2024 seems like something for Martians! The tasting menu is especially for the first experience, an excellent proposal to get an idea of ​​what the chef proposes.... The only flaw, if I may say so, is the table service which is a bit slow... if you have company it might be fine to spend the evening but for two the wait is a bit too long. Price consistent with the quality of the place. Recommended for those who want to eat classic food without many exotic experiments... here you can find excellent Italian/Tuscan cuisine

17/12/2024: I book the restaurant with the fork, my niece and I order. After about 5 minutes the owner or the chef reaches us at our table waving the order saying that since we had the discount we couldn't order so few dishes! So my niece decides to add an appetizer. We were amazed by the behavior, making us feel like second class customers. The two appetizers arrive (there is nothing to say about the food, we knew it was excellent since it wasn't the first time we went there), then a second course arrives and the waiter puts in the middle between me and my niece, we became suspicious and realized that the waiter had not written the second course ordered by my niece. We point out that there is a second missing and the waiter, instead of apologizing, tells us that we didn't order it. That's why they waved the delivery at us. I just wanted to tell the staff that there are no second-class customers. Too bad

Qualità, gentilezza e simpatia sono sempre gli ingredienti che mi spingono da più di 10 anni a venire in questo locale, facendolo conoscere a parenti lontani e amici. Ho avuto una notizia dell'ultima ora. Torneranno a sfornare un ottima farinata come ai bei tempi. Bravi, continuate così.

21/07/2024: A pastry shop, bar and bakery dedicated to those who are celiac, I am not but I tasted an excellent salmon and lime focaccia, soft and well-leavened dough. The place is small, but nice, the staff friendly. I recommend it to everybody.

13/12/2024: We went to this restaurant with friends from Turin, expressly recommended by them. Upon entering you breathe an air of other times made up of flavors and textures that bring out memories and stories of those who experienced those flavors back then. Typical menu of Piedmontese cuisine where every dish is exactly as one expects it. The tagliatelle, ravioli and meat are a spectacle. The cheeses and mushroom flan we tried were also of a good standard. For me it is a restaurant that is absolutely worth trying if you find yourself wandering around the center of Turin.

10/12/2024: Rare naam maar hele fijne ervaring. Personeel was vriendelijk en de service was snel, maar niet gehaast. Keuzemenu was goedkoop en had meer dan genoeg opties. Standaard italiaanse keuken, maar deed het uitstekend. Locatie is ook lekker dichtbij (de goede kant) van het station. Zeker kijkend naar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding zou ik het iedereen aanraden hier te dineren.

08/12/2024: Bertola's Ristonomy has a really nice, welcoming and spacious restaurant. The staff are very friendly, we were constantly asked if everything was ok and we were really pleased. The food we got was good. Personally, I recommend the ravioli del plin which was very good, while the tajarin didn't completely convince me. The bunet is also excellent! The platter as an appetizer was good but the doses should be revised a bit. We ordered it saying we wanted to share it but, as you can see in the photo, the doses were not well thought out in my opinion. All in all, however, we had a good time and I would recommend it, especially for the serene atmosphere and the staff!
