I only stopped there to get a takeaway pizza; it was late and I was just passing through Turin. The security guard gave us a very warm welcome. It had quite a lively atmosphere.

Nice place, compliments to the owner and the staff

I've always considered it a welcoming place, at least until now. Although recently I've noticed some inappropriate behavior from a waitress who always seems annoyed. We've been caught during her lunch break and made us wait over half an hour just to take our reservation for a toasted sandwich. Today was the best. When we arrived, we sat in the usual spot where people usually sit for a quick toasted sandwich or sandwich, and where they usually seat us. The waitress, in a very annoyed tone, tells us that next time we'll have to wait before sitting down, and hastily clears the cutlery from the table since we only ordered two toasted sandwiches. Dearest, I don't know your name... since it's not the first time I've noticed this behavior from you (the last time after lunch we ordered two coffees that arrived after a good half hour), always rude and annoyed by anything asked of her. I would point out to the management to be more careful with the staff because people like us just take it and leave... We ate at another place anyway and it wasn't a problem. I personally used to come often in the evening too. But I lost interest after seeing rudeness... it's a shame because I haven't noticed any rudeness from the other trained and kind staff at the place. What happened to that nice and cute curly-haired girl who worked there a while ago? I hope and wish she's no longer there just because she's found another place and nothing happened to her. It was a pleasure being served by her.

I frequent this place often, especially for lunch. I've always found the staff to be very kind and attentive, but since one waitress left, I'm hoping for a better job. Her replacement, who previously worked alongside her, was rude and unpleasant, but above all, unprofessional. I understand that, having lunch with a piadina or calzone toastie, I'm perhaps not worthy of attention. Seats are for one person, even for two people. Long wait times. Despite the simplicity of the requests, they sometimes arrive incorrectly, with inappropriate responses when you point out the error. Waiting times of over an hour for a piadina and a coffee, so much so that we were forced to order it at the counter. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. We arrived and the place was full, so we waited a moment. No one arrives, so we sit in our usual place. When the usual waitress passes by, we ask for toast and water. She answers... wait a minute... after a while, she comes back and, with an annoyed expression, takes away the placemats and scolds us for having to wait for the staff, that is, her, to give us a seat... at this point, we got up and left. I wanted to point out to the young lady that customers, especially if they're polite, should be treated well, just like her former colleague did... because if this is the job she's chosen, she's going nowhere. Her salary is paid by the customer.

A place suitable for young people, we went for an aperitif with work colleagues. Personally, being surrounded by empty bottles doesn't excite me.

It's crazy to think of a place like this. They prepare everything, from food to drinks, and it's always open. Excellent for pre-dinner, post-dinner, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Excellent staff, very friendly, clean and well-organized place. Worth a visit.
