16/06/2025: Pizzeria di fiducia da anni. Perfetta per cene di coppia, con amici o in famiglia. L’ambiente è informale ma molto curato e il personale molto gentile. La pizza ovviamente è super buona.

15/06/2025: eri sera sono stato da Pummarò e ho provato la “Fuoco di Satana” con cornicione ripieno di ’nduja, salsiccia e melanzane: una bomba di sapore, ma sorprendentemente leggera. Impasto ben lievitato (si può scegliere fra classico, integrale o “nuvola”) e cottura perfetta, nessuna sensazione di pesantezza dopo. Cosa mi è piaciuto: Velocità e cortesia: ordine preso e servito in pochi minuti, staff attento senza essere invadente. Varietà del menù: oltre alle pizze, antipasti, dolci e diversi tipi di bevande. Qualità degli ingredienti: si sente la freschezza oltre al fatto che sio trovano ingredienti e pizze difficili da trovare altrove.

All in an exclusive environment and with great attention to detail. Parking nearby is also very easy. Two important details: the mini vegetable garden from which the chefs pick aromatic herbs and early produce and the open kitchen with the staff working and having fun while preparing the dishes. Practically endless wine list...

03/07/2025: Restaurant in the San Salvario area, but moved from the "hottest" area of ​​the premises.. few tables, quiet, elegant style and formal service. The menu is quite varied with some very particular dishes, for example the "canary" dessert where you can eat the entire emptied peel of a lemon 🍋. But for me the favorite dish was the onion tarte tatin with gorgonzola ice cream, really delicious 👏🏼. As for prices, we are in the medium/high range but not excessive, in my opinion still fair for what they offer. In addition, they offer a glass of prosecco upon arrival and one of passito after dessert, as well as two small entrées as soon as you sit down. I would say overall a good level, it deserves to be chosen for a nice romantic dinner 💯💯

12/07/2025: Historic restaurant in the heart of Turin. Wide selection à la carte, and the option to save with the daily menu. Also available are pizzas, cooked traditionally or pan-fried (typical Turin style).

09/07/2025: I was with an organized group, they seated us right away, and the girls were very efficient and friendly. The food was good, with generous portions. The place was overly hot, lacked ventilation, and the overall feeling was of too many tables in a small space.
