La commessa ha messo tutto in un sacchetto (tipo pane) e senza pesare è andata alla cassa e battuto € 5,00. Tornata a casa ho pesato il tutto e pagando € 5,00 per 5 bignè da 15 gr l'uno , mi ha fatto pagare le paste a € 65,00 circa . Improponibile.

25/03/2025: In a side street of Piazza Bodoni there is this charming tavern that offers dishes of the Piedmontese tradition and seasonal dishes: I tasted some delicious green tagliatelle with artichokes and an excellent Piedmontese mixed starter (perhaps the salmon on crostini, to be seen again), the hazelnut cake was interesting and everything was "washed down" by an excellent Nebbiolo.

11/03/2025: We stopped on a Sunday for lunch, really excellent food, home cooking. Our young waitress, on the other hand, was really distracted, we spent more than twenty minutes with the plates between the first and second courses empty, she really didn't take into account our table, we asked 3 times to order coffee and in the end we left without drinking it! But I would definitely go back again

05/04/2025: Large and clean restaurant, as far as I'm concerned I can say that the pizzas and mixed fried food are excellent, certainly also the other dishes that we will taste on future occasions. We were served by the girl named Alessia, young, dynamic and nice, without taking anything away from the other girls who were also very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back to try other dishes.

07/03/2025: Se di Willy Wonka sei un fan e di questi sogni la sua fabbrica, se delle caramelle non puoi far a meno o se sei un curioso dai sei ai novanta anni fai un salto a "La Caramellaia", in Torino. Avrai modo di consumare un pasto variegato e dai freschi sapori, di rilassarti assorto in un arredamento minimal e rilassante e, soprattutto, addolcire tanto il palato quanto le ore che potrai allietare attorniato da bottiglie scelte, dolciumi, gentilezza e sorrisi.

12/03/2025: A characteristic little place in the center of San Salvario. Piedmontese and Ligurian cuisine with open kitchen. Staff and Chef very helpful and friendly. If you want to spend a nice evening, eat well and spend the right amount you absolutely must try it.

29/03/2025: I walked by after work, just planning to grab something quick, but it turned into a proper party. The beef tartare was superb, the pasta absolutely magical, and the rabbit really tasty. And the wines fantastic! Who knew a spontaneous stop could turn into a whole evening. The owner eventually had to kick me out but it was worth it. This place really knows how to turn an ordinary night into something special. I will definitely be back!

12/04/2025: Antica trattoria con Calma, discovered thanks to the excellent reviews and many sites that recommend it for the authenticity and goodness of the products. Apart from the service which varied based on who came to the table, the food and environment were truly exceptional and overall very highly recommended. Piedmontese mixed fried food and bagnacauda (original) are truly unsurpassed. Very well-kept location which, thanks to its position, is not at all touristy. Careful and high-quality choice of wines as well as the menu. Truly recommended for work dinners, business dinners, anniversaries and why not even between friends.
