17/03/2026: Quality food in a refined, elegant, and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive, fast, and friendly service. Our dogs were welcomed with no problem (and were good under the table throughout the meal, as usual). Excellent desserts. The wine list is exciting, but it's off-limits due to driving. What a shame!

25/03/2026: Excellent cuisine. A menu with a wide selection of beautifully cooked, high-quality dishes. The boiled meat is delicious, with generous portions, and the first courses have bold flavors and a focus on tradition. Definitely a cuisine worth trying.

24/01/2026: Good morning, today I was at the Moderno with 5 friends (I had already been there both during the Fat Ox Fair and on other occasions and I had a good time). Unfortunately, I am forced to write a negative review (obviously personal). I went to eat the main course at Carru'... The Bollito!! I wasn't satisfied... some cuts were dry... but worse still, everything was lukewarm... The oxtail then... Almost inedible... Everything was not piping hot!! Sorry... I hope my review helps the staff... Anyway, best of luck to them.
02/01/2026: Spectacular restaurant. We dined here on New Year's Eve and had a wonderful meal (à la carte). The highlight is the bollito misto, but the fried frogs, brains, and tripe are also spectacular.

30/09/2025: Great location in the middle of a park. Good food, but incredibly slow service. You can't sit in a restaurant for more than five hours! I understand there were two ceremonies, but for that very reason, they should have increased staff for that day.

29/03/2026: I can't review the rooms, breakfast, or anything else at the reception. We arrived and were greeted by a young woman who, poor thing, had to show her face by telling us they'd lost our reservation. After nearly an hour of waiting in the street, they put us up in a nearby B&B. Mistakes happen, but the owner shows up in person and personally manages the event. When we reached him by phone, he simply said he was sorry.
The accommodation at the B&B was excellent, and the breakfast prepared by the owner was fantastic. We refused to move 300 meters to have breakfast at the hotel as requested.

16/11/2025: I had 2 mixed fried foods...with chips...the price is super ok...but how good was the fried food...crunchy on the outside, the calamari melted in your mouth. Congratulations. We were very happy.

05/01/2026: Everything was delicious, from the classic pizza to the "cloud" pizza to the desserts. The restaurant dishes served at other tables were very inviting, both for their presentation and aromas.
The place is small, clean, and well-kept, although the furnishings and color scheme make it feel cold and unwelcoming at first glance.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always smiling. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area again.
23/11/2025: Burnt pizza for the umpteenth time, enough, I won't take it anymore in Carru, there are better ones.
