18/05/2025: Ho cenato all’Osteria del Borgo con altri dieci amici.
Una cena top, il bollito piatto forte ma anche i primi eccezionali.
I prezzi più che nella media, 44 € a testa per due piatti, dolce caffè vino e acqua oltre a digestivo offerto.
Tornerò e lo consiglio!

Nowadays, in a province that is full of restaurants, it is not easy to stand out for your culinary skills, but Silvia was able to amaze us with her deals and her recipes. 10/04/2025: Dinner with friends, place organized in two shifts.
Modern and well located, shame about the placemats.
Abundant food and good table service to be reviewed due to the fact that having to vacate the table at 9.15pm it is not possible to bring the last course to 9.10pm... After requests on our part.
The other place is sweet...

Locale storico in centro paese.
Disponibili alcune salette interne in arredamento classico da trattoria di altri tempi. disponibile anche una veranda all’esterno in stile moderno.
Accoglienza molto buona.
Menù della tradizione locale dove ovviamente le carni ed i bolliti fanno la parte del leone. molto buona la materia prima, buona la qualità dei cibi.
Molto buono il servizio anche molto professionale e simpatico.
Prezzi nella media.
Una buona esperienza.
Forse il migliore provato in zona.
Consiglio se vi piace il genere cucina tipica con buon rispetto della tradizione locale.
27/04/2025: I am a lover of boiled meat, I came specifically to celebrate my birthday from Lucca together with my wife. We had a wonderful time both in terms of welcome, professionalism and excellent food, the owner at the time of dessert offered us an excellent high quality sparkling wine and after paying the bill which was not at all expensive I had a bottle of Nebbiolo as a gift.
I highly recommend it, it's worth the trip.

08/06/2025: Very disappointed by our experience in this restaurant, we often come from Paris to Carrù for the bollito misto, here nothing great in the gran bollito at 20€, 4 pieces of boiled tongue fight a duel with a mini sausage and a small piece of chicken, very few vegetables (4 pieces of zucchini), not the traditional puree, the tajarin is served without sauce, you have to ask for parmesan, the battuta ditto, you have to ask for salt, pepper and olive oil, and to finish the vitello tonnato is very discreet. The service is correct but very cold. To avoid!

03/06/2025: Really disappointed with the pizzas with undercooked tomato sauce, even sour. Especially avoid ordering the Pistacchiosa for dessert, as big as a pizza, hot, cold pistachio cream and cold strawberry coulis; I couldn't eat it just by the look of it (quite disgusting).
Honestly, this is a place to avoid.
21/05/2025: We asked for two takeaway pizzas, one came with a regular shape, the other, well, you judge, was quite strange and small, €17.50 for two pizzas, one of which seems like it was for a child, it seems a bit expensive to be honest...
I don't know what the pizza chef smoked, but it's not the first time...

02/05/2025: Se cercate ottimi formaggi e salumi (tutto autoprodotto) e li volete abbinare ai piatti tipici della tradizione piemontese di langa allora dovete andare da Penta a Murazzano. Qualità, cortesia, onestà e clima super familiare con un rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Ampio parcheggio esterno, tavoli interni o esterni alla struttura cosi da godersi la bella stagione, ideale per bikers, famiglie numerose e non solo.

24/05/2025: Posto magnifico e quasi magico. Cena di famiglia e non solo, cibo ottimo e una carne favolosa. È diventato un posto a me oramai legato non solo dal gusto ma anche dalle emozioni. Devo sempre fare i complimenti perché è un bellissimo posto e mantenuto in modo eccezionale.
26/04/2025: Pranzo di pasqua eccellente, mai pranzato così bene,piatti buoni e molto ben presentati. Servizio gentile e con tempi giusti, un plauso cuochi e personale di sala,bravi bravi bravi ......torneremo sicuramente presto. Grazie per la bella giornata.

Our room was very pleasant, nicely decorated. We loved our stay. He suggested a cooperative where we could buy good Italian wine. And what's more, he has a great sense of humor. Ad ogni piano sono disponibili librerie ricolme di libri, simpatica trovata culturale.Camere ampie, bagni grandi con illuminazione modesta. Disponibile ristorante che non abbiamo provato: colazione varia ma centrata soprattutto sul
dolce .con modesta offerta di salume e formaggi .Posizione nel paese centrale, tranquilla, parcheggio pubblico a fianco della struttura . in definitiva posticino modesto ma valido per brevi soggiorni nelle Langhe
