18/12/2024: You go to Carrù to eat boiled beef, and in this restaurant it is excellent, served with delicious sauces and spicy mustard. Even though it was Tuesday, we made a reservation and the place was fully booked. Impeccable service, high quality wine and typical Piedmontese desserts. Possible to pay with Satispay and with POS.

01/12/2024: Siamo stati a cena con l’obiettivo di mangiare il bollito: bene, obiettivo brillantemente raggiunto.
Tutto molto buono in una location particolare.
Una menzione particolare al personale di sala: attento, cortese, mai invadente e con la dose giusta di simpatia.
Bravi tutti.
17/11/2024: Locale molto carino e gentilezza di tutto il personale molto giovane e disponibile.
Visto la bella giornata abbiamo fatto un aperitivo nel prato antistante al locale con crudo ed Arneis, a seguire un bel pranzo con il bollito servito nel suo brodo e non al carrello. Locale consigliato, da tornarci.

The service should be a little more attentive to explaining to diners what and how to eat the various meats accompanied by different sauces.
Overall a good Sunday lunch!

22/12/2024: Siamo stati a Carrù proprio con l'intenzione di mangiare il bollito. Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione. Qualche riserva sul tagliere di salumi (a mio gusto, il prosciutto tagliato spesso non è nelle mie corde). Il bollito veramente speciale (tutti i tagli), accompagnato da salsine ottime e purè eccellente. Squisito il bunet. Consiglio
17/12/2024: Servizio eccellente e veloce . Locale molto grande con tanti posti . Vari menu a disposizione tra i 36 e 40 euro a testa . Oltre al menù alla carta . Porzioni ridotte , ancge i pezzi del bollito molto risicati e una cucchiaiata di purè non fatto in casa . Vino della casa buono .

28/07/2024: had lunch today at Penta di Murazzano. A sea of appetizers all based on local cheeses (these are theirs) and cured meats (ditto). All very good products. Followed by first course, second course and fruit salad with cream. We stopped at the first one because the rest didn't fit anymore, excellent ravioli with butter and sage. All more than generous doses. Fast service even though there were quite a few people, the girls and Mrs Nadia (the grandmother) were polite and nice, who is at the stove and instructs and supervises. An experience to be recommended to everyone (better to book) and to be repeated as soon as possible. All for 25 euros. Fabulous quality/price ratio (25 euros per person) This is the real genuine food from the Langhe which is now increasingly difficult to find

We arrived at 2.30pm (there were 3 of us plus a small child), my friend asked if we could use the deckchairs and umbrellas when the owner replied that there were no longer any but that he could prepare an arrangement on the lawn, in the meantime we sat at the bar and ordered water, juice and sandwiches... at the time of payment he told us that we couldn't enter because we were wearing a burkini!! Which bothered us a lot because if we had known it we wouldn't have even stopped to eat and we would have immediately changed the pool!! A private pool is fine, the freedom to accept whoever you want is fine but this was a very incorrect gesture in the towards us... wait for the drink and then refuse our entry... especially in the presence of a little girl who was tripping to get into the water!!

15/11/2024: We visited 'Il Vesuvio' driven by curiosity and good reviews, and we were not disappointed! The pizza was really excellent: perfectly cooked, with quality ingredients that could be perceived at the first taste. The staff were very kind and made us feel at ease throughout the evening. The quality-price ratio is also absolutely adequate for the goodness of the pizza. Highly recommended!

06/01/2025: Friendly and welcoming staff who are always available. However, the pizza chef must be careful when he cooks the pizzas because at my table 1 was cooked while the other 3 had raw dough. It's a shame because I had already come to eat there and it's the first time this has happened. Obviously I will come again to see if the pizza returns to the excellent standards it had before.
I didn't check out the pizza but I dug into the sandwiches. 10 euros for an unaccompanied hamburger is an out of this world price also considering the fact that it wasn't at all abundant in terms of quantity. Furthermore, it was very dry, especially the ends of the bread. Still pleasant flavour. This place looks like a bad copy of when I often went there in the years 2019-2021. Last gem: those who arrived after us were served first.
05/01/2025: Place in the center of the street with comfortable parking in front of the place itself. The pizza we ate was good and the menu also offers first and second courses. The service offered was very courteous and helpful. Recommended place

29/08/2024: Siamo andati apposta, dietro consiglio di amici e viste le buone recensioni, in questa trattoria, per noi, non proprio dietro l'angolo.
Che dire... piccola ma significativa carta menu, prezzi apparentemente adeguati.
Ordiniamo.
Qui, cominciano i problemi... le giovani ragazze di sala, NON conoscono cosa servono, e occorre attendere la titolare per qualche esplicazione.
Comincia l'attesa. UN'ORA E UN QUARTO per ricevere due fettine di salame e, dopo un ulteriore quarto d'ora, l'antipasto.
UN'ORA E TRE QUARTI dall'ingresso, per ricevere il primo: un risotto purtroppo non all'altezza delle previsioni.
E qui, chiudiamo la nostra esperienza.
Ora uscirà la "risposta-pippone" relativa alla "giornata piena" etc.
Per cortesia, se non si sa affrontare la gestione di un locale, e di una giornata magari affollata, si faccia altro.
Ovviamente, non torneremo.
