09/05/2024: We went to Ostu Bistrot for lunch with friends, a very clean and elegant place. The expertly restored exposed brick vault is wonderful. The furnishings and table settings are tasteful. The wine windows are beautiful and make you immediately understand that you will be drinking excellent wine. Francesco in the dining room was able to recommend an excellent bottle to accompany the chosen dishes. TOP service, nothing is left out: change of cutlery, cleaning of the table, service of both wine and water and perfect times with an eye for children who are served early. The varied menu, each dish has that touch you don't expect, if the sight is already satisfying once you've tasted it, all of Chef Sol's dishes will amaze you. With every bite you can feel all the passion and commitment to treating the excellent quality raw materials in the best way. Bread, breadsticks and fresh pasta, all homemade. It's nice to find these small businesses that focus entirely on the quality of both the dishes and the service! Beautiful discovery! We will be back soon!

Costs in line with quality and quantity of food and drinks.

29/03/2024: Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die Bedienung, es gab tolle Erklärungen zu den Speisen und der regionalen Herkunft der Produkte. Zwischen den Gängen wurden immer wieder "kleine Grüsse" aus der Küche serviert. Die kreativen und saisonal angepassten Gerichte haben fantastisch geschmeckt.

17/03/2024: Fantastic restaurant in the heart of Limone Piemonte all with a teddy bear theme 🐻 Top quality ingredients Kindness and availability at 🔝 Absolutely worth trying is the bear dish (wild boar bresaola, tomino cheese and mixed salad) and the freshly made zabaglione. Excellent value for money.

04/04/2024: Taste and Relax. We had a dream weekend. At dinner, an explosion of taste and then relaxation looking at the Langhe hills from the swimming pool. Of course we will return.

Experimentation, keeping constant the memory of traditional dishes and flavors on the one hand and an experimentation pushed towards foods far from these lands. Dishes, specifically, complex, rich in ingredients but balanced. Compliments also to the room, to the always constant kindness. Michelin star worthy!

19/03/2024: I wanted to try the best Piedmontese mixed fried food, and I was satisfied. The fried food is done very well, crunchy and never tastes like oil, and the variety of dishes is very rich. I even tried some offal that I don't usually eat. The staff is obviously at the star level they have and the service is too, especially the host who is very nice and makes you feel at home. Negative notes? I'm sorry I didn't find pavesino among the desserts, and perhaps if they could reduce the total time slightly it would be more appreciated... anyway, excellent experience

05/04/2024: Went on Easter Monday, how wonderful. Happy to have discovered it, I can't wait to go back also to try the rooms. Beautiful, welcoming restaurant, with a breathtaking view, there were 9 of us, not even a few, and they served us with such attention and quality. There is no point in talking about the dishes because they were delicious from start to finish, including dessert. Small mention of the meringue egg, wonderful, then fillet with egg on top, octopus with squid ink, delicious desserts to finish on a high note. Nothing to say, it was a magnificent day, they absolutely deserve the maximum score, they made a day of celebration pleasant for us, they know how to do their job very well. We thank you, we will see you again very soon. You were kind and welcomed us like home. Thanks thanks thanks.

02/04/2024: In the heart of the village of Castiglione Falletto, the Le Torri restaurant offers its guests an absolutely unforgettable experience, a perfect mix of excellent food, attentive service and attention to detail, presenting the charm and taste of Piedmont, offering the pleasure of immerse yourself in the flavors of a land rich in culinary tradition. The restaurant is very well looked after, large and bright, with various rooms, one of which has a view of the surrounding hills, the tables are well spaced from each other and this allows for the right privacy and tranquility necessary to enjoy your meal peacefully. The menu, both land and sea, is rich and inviting; the wine list offers numerous solutions for all tastes (and budgets), together with precious pearls from small local wineries, among which we have selected a tasty 2021 Nebbiolo from the Rocche Viberti farm. Having opted for the meat offerings, our dinner opens with the delicious Fassona and Roccaverano steak, accompanied by a series of breadsticks and bread products. The explosion of flavor then arrived with the fantastic Ravioli del Plin with brown stock, that is to say a succulent roast sauce, a real dive into the tradition of this typically Piedmontese dish, served with freshly grated parmesan enrich its aroma. Very noteworthy, but obviously more delicate and of a different "thickness", are the pumpkin and amaretti ravioli. The dessert offer is also excellent, with the dinner ending which could only be reserved for the hazelnut, the protagonist of these places, which in the dessert "The hazelnut on the plate" stands out as the protagonist in three varieties: pieces of hot cake, very fine and delicious mousse, intense ice cream. The quality - price ratio is very good, obviously the choice of wine that you decide to pair with the meal has a significant impact on the final bill. At the end of the evening we can undoubtedly say that, if you are in the Langhe, the Le Torri Restaurant is absolutely worth a visit.
