23/11/2025: I greatly enjoyed the experience at Il Tiglio. The tasting menu takes you for a journey across the Marche region; back and forth from the sea to the mountains. This tasting journey is carefully considered, as is the use of uncommon cuts of meat. Yes, the flavors are strong, but if you are traveling to such a remote and special place, don’t you want to taste something new and different?

13/11/2025: This restaurant is located in the village of Piazzo, above Biella. The two owners are very kind and welcoming, and the menu features unique and typical local dishes, all carefully crafted and delicious. I highly recommend it!

09/11/2025: A truly evocative journey through the village of Piazzo. The two hearts are the two sisters who expertly describe the dishes and wines offered with pride and expertise. Riccardo, on the other hand, manages the dining room with precision and passion, describing the family's history, the delicious Amaro del RE (ask for the name), and the fantastic torcetti, made by them from a historic recipe. The plin, the fantastic tagliata, the veal with tuna sauce, and the Fassona tartare, always on the menu, are a must. Alongside these iconic dishes, the other dishes change frequently, and all that's left to do is listen to the "two hearts" always present in the dining room explain their composition. We were pampered and transported into this experience, authentically traditional and wonderful on the palate. Well done everyone!!!

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

10/11/2025: It was our first time here, and we'll definitely be back if we ever pass through Biella again. Everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the first course, fantastic risotto, and a delicious second course. The menu was well-researched and the pairings were unusual. The wine list is also extensive, perfect for connoisseurs!

26/11/2025: I'd heard great things about it, so I wanted to dig deeper. The savory food is truly excellent! I had maltagliati with mushrooms and sausage, and they were truly inviting, with a wonderful aroma and flavor. My husband had a special burger, which was enormous! It was incredibly stuffed. However, I wasn't thrilled with the tiramisu I had. I thought it lacked the creaminess of the ladyfingers, which were overwhelming, and the cream wasn't as fluffy and fluffy as a tiramisu should be. The place is quaint, and I really liked it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait times were perfect.

01/12/2025: I've been twice in the evening and had a pretty good time. Our most recent lunch experience was: Shrimp, ricotta, and lime risotto (with a couple of lime sprinkles on top as a garnish) didn't wow us, but it was just about adequate... As for the Fassona steaks, however, they were a total disappointment. They arrived barely warm (a hot dish... as it should be... would have saved the situation a bit). There were some nerves/cartilage, a sign that the meat... not much... had been prepared with a somewhat rough cut. The service was friendly and quick. (I should note that the room was almost empty, so there was no difficulty in serving well-cooked dishes.) The atmosphere is a bit classic but well-kept (the plastic chairs without cushions are a bit out of place). In short, I wouldn't go back!!!

04/08/2025: Excellent dishes. Don't expect a menu with a wide selection, but the items on offer are more than enough to satisfy your appetite. I highly recommend the apple pie, which is served warm.

10/11/2025: Whenever I'm in Biella, I always dine here, and if I can, I bring friends and colleagues too. The restaurant is decorated in a distinctive style, the staff is friendly and dynamic (all young, which is a pleasure), and the menu is varied. Excellent wines and spirits, also great for gifts. Wide selection of desserts. My compliments to everyone, always on point. Keep up the good work, see you next time!

01/11/2025: We stopped by after a hike in Burcina Park (and we had a car in Vandorno). We were completely satisfied with the courtesy, selection, and quality of the pastries and coffee. And thank you for being open on a holiday, in the afternoon (which isn't a given).
