23/11/2025: I greatly enjoyed the experience at Il Tiglio. The tasting menu takes you for a journey across the Marche region; back and forth from the sea to the mountains. This tasting journey is carefully considered, as is the use of uncommon cuts of meat. Yes, the flavors are strong, but if you are traveling to such a remote and special place, don’t you want to taste something new and different?

09/12/2025: Yesterday, December 8, 2025 We booked a table for two at this traditional and meticulously maintained restaurant that reflects the unique characteristics of the historic village of Biella. Excellent welcome from the two sisters and their nephew, always present (but never intrusive) to ensure everything was to our liking. Excellent dishes Attentive service and absolutely prompt service. 11/11/2025: A jewel in the Alps: the old and new basilicas, the Museum of Treasures, and the frescoes tell a story of history and devotion. The mountain views are breathtaking, and the surrounding trails offer rejuvenating walks. Perfect for those seeking spirituality, nature, and art all in one place. Absolutely not to be missed!

26/11/2025: I'd heard great things about it, so I wanted to dig deeper. The savory food is truly excellent! I had maltagliati with mushrooms and sausage, and they were truly inviting, with a wonderful aroma and flavor. My husband had a special burger, which was enormous! It was incredibly stuffed. However, I wasn't thrilled with the tiramisu I had. I thought it lacked the creaminess of the ladyfingers, which were overwhelming, and the cream wasn't as fluffy and fluffy as a tiramisu should be. The place is quaint, and I really liked it. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait times were perfect.

01/12/2025: I've been twice in the evening and had a pretty good time. Our most recent lunch experience was: Shrimp, ricotta, and lime risotto (with a couple of lime sprinkles on top as a garnish) didn't wow us, but it was just about adequate... As for the Fassona steaks, however, they were a total disappointment. They arrived barely warm (a hot dish... as it should be... would have saved the situation a bit). There were some nerves/cartilage, a sign that the meat... not much... had been prepared with a somewhat rough cut. The service was friendly and quick. (I should note that the room was almost empty, so there was no difficulty in serving well-cooked dishes.) The atmosphere is a bit classic but well-kept (the plastic chairs without cushions are a bit out of place). In short, I wouldn't go back!!!

04/08/2025: Excellent dishes. Don't expect a menu with a wide selection, but the items on offer are more than enough to satisfy your appetite. I highly recommend the apple pie, which is served warm.

18/12/2025: A superb seafood dinner. We chose the tasting menu, which was a surprise and discovery with every bite... an absolute pleasure for the palate! Not to mention the wine paired with each course, perfectly paired and of superior quality. A total of 10+, definitely the best place to eat seafood in the Biella area and the surrounding area. Congratulations!

17/11/2025: We visited this restaurant for a special occasion. After a warm and friendly welcome, we ordered from the menu. The wait staff was very knowledgeable and attentive, the wine list extensive, and the dishes were meticulously prepared. The cuisine certainly exudes good taste, and the high quality of the expertly prepared ingredients is evident. Congratulations. We will definitely be back.

01/11/2025: We stopped by after a hike in Burcina Park (and we had a car in Vandorno). We were completely satisfied with the courtesy, selection, and quality of the pastries and coffee. And thank you for being open on a holiday, in the afternoon (which isn't a given).

05/12/2025: We were in Biella and decided to stop for dinner...we were looking for a restaurant and we liked the name...Doppio Zero. It was a discovery. Tagliere e battuta = excellent Primaries: ravioli and gnocchi = fantastic Desserts = out of this world We'll be back to try the pan pizza.
