Note of merit goes to the attention and professionalism with which they also managed gluten-free options. Optimal!

Excellent food and service. Polite and professional staff. I confirm my appreciation from years ago. I recommend it to Biella residents and tourists.

17/11/2024: It was all very good. I took meat-based dishes and they were of excellent quality. I am gluten and lactose intolerant. If this is the case for some of you, please make this clear at the time of booking. Maybe take a look at the menu first and the choices you would have. If you like meat it's ok. But the former unfortunately leave no options. So check carefully first, if you don't want to be disappointed.

14/11/2024: Ristorante nel cuore di Biella. Viene proposto un apposito menù a pranzo, con molte proposte, anche di piatti tipici. Ho preso una semplice cotoletta alla griglia con patate, che comunque mi ha soddisfatto nonostante la semplicità. Spero di tornare per provare altri piatti.

03/01/2025: We wanted to "switch off" and by staying at Tiglio we couldn't have made a better choice!! The rooms are mini apartments, well heated, clean and equipped with every comfort that I have rarely found in other farmhouses. We had dinner at the restaurant where the children were pampered from every point of view both with the superlative food and with Gianluigi's friendliness. For us adults, dinner was a real journey from the aperitif to the dessert, a discovery of superlative flavors and combinations, excellent wines, impeccable service. The simplicity of the chef is unique, every now and then he approaches the table to ask how things are going and on this occasion he let us choose breakfast for the morning. Here too, a note of merit for a simple breakfast, made up of very fresh, high quality local products. In short, we are really satisfied, we will definitely return in the summer....the only thing we haven't tried yet was the swimming pool 😊!!

We tried two charcuterie and cheese platters and were pleasantly surprised by how good they were. Delicate, tasty cheeses, carefully chosen in combinations. The cured meats melted in your mouth. I've been wanting to finally find a place like this for years, and even though I live far away I'll be back, if only for the courtesy and kindness of the guys who work there! I absolutely recommend it if you come to visit Biella!

29/12/2024: Tried it for Sunday lunch in December. Very clean, characteristic, perhaps ancient place. Really big Fassona burger, cooked well, good bread and good sauces. Friendly staff and quick service, I've never seen a working person rush so much. Reasonable prices, we'll be back. Better to book in the evening.
