24/01/2024: Pizze spettacolari e gestori gentilissimi. Pizza Vulcano buona da impazzire!!! Locale retró caldo ed accogliente: un'oasi di pace dove tornare spessissimo. Prezzi onesti. Spero non cambi mai!!!

20/07/2024: Excellent pizzas: a huge choice. Excellent dough. Other dishes: pasta, squid etc., still a big choice. Great selection of drinks. Very good desserts for those with a sweet tooth: chocolate profiteroles! Efficient and smiling service. Relaxed atmosphere, simple decor. Pizza to take away also.

16/06/2024: Got some takeaway pizzas Overall good even if the dough is quite soft (some people like it that way) but rather high price (€9/11 per pizza on average)

30/08/2024: We often go there to stock up on biscuits so to speak. They cost €8 per kilo and are really well made. We always take the meliga bread but also the loose ones (a mix with perhaps some pieces that have not passed quality control) which have a bit of everything. For relatives and friends always lady's kisses and various others. Last time we also had sesame and pizza-flavored flatbreads which we finished in no time.

12/05/2024: We were visiting Biella and were looking for restaurant open longer than 2pm and Google listed this one we arrived nearly at 2 and all was ok we had wonderful tasty lunch from Sunday daily menu with feeling of true Italy chatting with locals and enjoying good food and wine, we were with two babies and small dogs and everybody was just having fun talking to them, no issues. Food was very tasty, and felt like homemade

08/10/2023: Just yesterday we organized an aperitif...When we went out they told us you didn't pay for a beer, don't come anymore...We explained that no one took beers...Only spritzes were ordered at our table, but for 3.50 euros we didn't want to make a bad impression whereupon we paid for this damn beer...Terrible experience.Never again.Like losing customers.

26/03/2024: Large restaurant for large numbers, cold cuts appetizer and a horrible voulavan, first discreet mushroom risotto, second horrible mixed fried food. It must however be said that it was a retirement dinner and there were many of us but I don't think it justifies the poor quality, price €30 is also fine because at least the wine was acceptable. The location is beautiful.

10/01/2024: Posto incantevole ,grande educazione sia da parte dei clienti presenti nel locale che di coloro che entravano per consumare,persone rispettose e cordiali ,posto dove ancora il saluto rivolto a noi persone sconosciute ci ha fatto sentire come parte della comunità stessa,un saluto due parole ci hanno fatto vivere un pranzo sereno .Il ristoratore persona gentilissima ,il cliente da lui anche se sconosciuto ha le stesse attenzioni di coloro che lo frequentano .Ottimo aperitivo ,pranzo buonissimo, una frittura di pesce sublime e antipasti golosissimi.Grazie di avermi fatto sentire ancora che esistono luoghi dove non si e' un numero ,dove non si è un fantasma ma dove ancora esiste il calore di una comunità. 16/12/2023: BAD BAD BADLY It's a great pity that the new owner is also the lady who manages the room, (the one with a French accent) it's not her job at all and she makes people feel uncomfortable with her ways that aren't suited to relationships, and She's always annoyed and not very polite. If she continues like this she'll close. Good for the employees instead

19/08/2024: We booked a table for dinner by telephone a few days in advance and showed up at the restaurant on the agreed day and time. Once we reached the place, a boy outside the restaurant informed us, to our great surprise, that the restaurant was closed. We explained to him that we had a reservation, whereupon he made a call, silently entered the place, closed the latch and left us outside without giving any apology or explanation. Incredible, I've never seen such rudeness 🤡

15/08/2024: Room without windows, unbreathable air. I tried to ventilate by keeping the bathroom fan on but at 10pm I could no longer resist and left the room.

10/08/2024: Lunch with my wife, Thursday 8/8/2024. We both chose the grilled trout with salad from the menu. Terrible cooking of the trout, even still cold and raw inside. Large-scale retail salad. We didn't take anything else.
