22/06/2025: For me it's always a homecoming, I used to go there often when I was little with my grandfather when the management wasn't the current one. I can say that it has only improved. Argentinean grill made by real natives 😁 or Piedmontese home cooking and more. All with kindness, simplicity and care. Excellent quality/price ratio. Ideal if you want a cheerful and carefree lunch. I also recommend it for breakfast and a stress-free aperitif. 😉

21/06/2025: We had dinner with friends...two tasting menus (4 ribs, 2 small pieces of chicken, 2 sausages, 2 pieces of asado and a taste of picanja) dessert included, 1 water, 1 bottle of beer, 73 euros. Too high quality/price ratio.

10/05/2025: Excellent tea list!! Pu her, olong.. Very difficult to find similar peculiarities, especially red or white teas which are not easy to find, well done!!

04/05/2025: Recommended by the same friends with whom we shared a delicious and excellent aperitif. Location not too big but excellent location, with outdoor area where they served us. Very kind staff. When I return to Biella, I will be happy to return!

15/06/2025: Highly recommended! If you are in the area, definitely stop by Osteria Il Cicciochio! Excellent food, with generous portions and authentic flavors. The staff is friendly, professional and always available. Fast service, without unnecessary waiting. The owner is a really friendly person, who welcomes everyone with a big smile. Very honest prices for the quality offered. A place where you eat well, you feel good... and you will gladly return!For the moment it is only open at noon I recommend booking.

22/05/2025: I highly recommend it. Great place for dinner. Good prices. Abundant. Excellent service, everyone very friendly. The polenta with cheese is exquisite and abundant. And the desserts are delicious! We ordered polenta, lasagna, and agnolotis. And for dessert, tiramisu, flan, and a delicious zabaglione cream!

22/05/2025: Excellent restaurant located at the exit of the funicular, where you can eat typical Piedmontese dishes. Everything very good, honest prices and fast service. It is recommended to book a few days in advance to secure a place.

21/06/2025: April 2025 We are back, Franco and his sisters confirm our previous opinion, today we also discovered the cherry liqueur they produce, excellent! We will return again and again. October 2024 A beautiful trattoria in this historic square of "Biella alta", the owners are very welcoming and the products used in the kitchen are of excellent quality and at the right price, the quality is found on the palate during the meal. Well-executed dishes accompanied by excellent wine to choose from a well-stocked list. Our dachshund friend was also welcomed like never before, not even in starred restaurants, with a cushion, mat and fresh water dedicated only to him. Also not to be missed is the tasting of torcetti (ancient recipe) We will definitely return, the restaurant is located in a ZTL, but there is a large car park served by a lift or you can go up with the funicular.

31/05/2025: We received a wonderful welcome. It's a family-run restaurant. One of the owner's sisters translated everything for us and explained the dishes, which was a real treat for us. The wine was very good and well recommended. The food was very, very good, seasonal, with excellent flavors and seasonings. The dishes are just like my grandmother's, the service changed with each course, and served on a small silver tray with small placemats. The terrace was very pleasant, peaceful under the arcades. You have to wander inside because it's very unique and beautifully decorated, and the restrooms were very clean. Thank you for this lovely experience, a wonderful discovery, go there with your eyes closed.

19/06/2025: The best risottos in the whole province, exquisite food and many classic Piedmontese dishes. The place is very nice and pleasant and the service is fast and genuine. The prices are among the most honest in Biella

12/06/2025: The food here is truly excellent, shame only for the owner who is incredibly unpleasant. It almost seems like she is doing you a favor by having you in the restaurant. Risotto very good, abundant boiled meats and braised meat Very good. I have been there three times for dinner and I will not go again because everything is fine but being treated like this when you go out to eat is not worth it.
