02/05/2024: I was scared because it was the week and there weren't many people so I thought the pizza round wasn't plentiful, I was wrong! Ate a lot. The girls on the staff are super kind and really nice!

06/04/2024: I'm sorry because the place itself isn't bad and the waiters are very young, friendly and trained.
The reason for giving one star is the behavior of what seemed to be the owner of the place which was almost unacceptable, with racist insults towards an Asian friend of ours, great rudeness trying to take away the plates with the desserts inside.
I had to ask another waiter, very kind and super helpful, for clarification regarding the success.
I have also read other reviews about it and I find that we are not the only ones to notice great rudeness inside the place.
The food was of medium-low quality and, as far as I'm concerned, the burrata pizza contained simple mozzarella as well as very stringy and difficult to eat dough. Our table was ordered fish, which was also not of very good quality.
Unfortunately I don't recommend the place to anyone who wants to have dinner with their friends or relatives.

26/03/2024: Restaurant recommended by the mayor, and deservedly so: the risotto in Cagnone is a cream cheese delight, the cold cuts are excellent, the cuisine is very authentic and the owners are kind and friendly. The portions are almost exaggerated, in Milan three people can eat the same quantity (at triple the price). We didn't make it to dessert, but we will next time

I would say the service was poor, the waiter unprofessional.
And for a 33 beer, a gintonic and a cutting board, spending €45 in Biella seems madness to me.

Un gioiellino in una via secondaria di Biella! Locale elegante e intimo. Finalmente un aperitivo degno di essere chiamato tale, di qualità, che stuzzica l'appetito! Drink list accattivante e originale. Complimenti soprattutto ai ragazzi in sala per la cortesia e la preparazione mostrate! Prezzi in linea con il tipo di servizio e soprattutto con la qualità della materia prima. Più che promosso!

05/04/2024: I often choose this place, both for an aperitif or for holiday lunches. The dishes offered are really good and particular, the delicacies of the aperitifs too, the place being an authentic train carriage from the 60s and 70s is so particular that it seems to transport you to other times. The outdoor terrace is very large and well looked after, and the owners are always very kind.
I highly recommend

17/03/2024: Arriving at 2.30pm and aware of finding little or almost nothing to eat, we went inside.
Newly managed place with a modern and welcoming design, friendly and helpful staff in finding us a table even though the restaurant was full.
Varied menu populated by a wide range of local and very attractive products.
Polenta finished but we enjoyed a special appetizer and stellar tongue.
Below average prices and very high quality.
We will definitely be back!
