12/03/2024: The food was very good and the service excellent, I loved the gnocchi. Very high prices, cover and water are charged. You can park right in front.

06/04/2024: This is a large shopping centre. Inside there are sellers of any kind of product that someone needs: from electronics to clothing stores, from restaurants to sports equipment shops. Arranged around the large complex there are plenty of parking spaces, sufficient in any situation. It also has covered parking. To get down to the sales floor there are traditional stairs, escalators and elevators. The place is entirely accessible even in a wheelchair. As a good Biella native, I believe that it remains an important point of reference for the area.

06/04/2024: Always a beautiful place: the organ of the Ancient Basilica and everything else are fascinating. I was lucky enough to also be able to see the 'well-known' city of Biella from the roof of the Dome of the Upper Basilica during a guided tour: MAGNIFICENT. Unfortunately, due to the closure of the cable car that takes you a few steps from Lake Mucrone, the Marian Sanctuary has lost an enormous amount of tourism, and it is a shame. A walk of reflection in the gallery of votes, accessible to the public, is highly recommended. It is also located near the well-known botanical garden and adventure park, which are also absolutely worth visiting if you go to Oropa (the adventure park may not be within everyone's reach). 5 stars well deserved

01/04/2024: MARVELOUS ! ! ! We fell in love with this fantastic place, in addition to the beauty of the place, there is a sacred air that pervades everything. Ample free parking, and the possibility of staying overnight in the Sanctuary towers, summer temperatures in the rooms. Great experience, thank you!

16/03/2024: Cibo discreto e anche il servizio, peccato che se siete in una tavolata e non fate menù come il resto del tavolo vi ritrovate a pagarlo comunque come se lo aveste preso. Inoltre mi sono ritrovata in una serata dove era presente un tavolo che faceva cori da stadio, ma il personale non si è minimamente premurato di farlo smettere, zero rispetto nei confronti di tutti gli altri clienti che riempivano la sala.

Beautiful SPA, very kind and professional staff, rooms and furnishings of the highest quality, cleanliness, comfort, everything SUPER!! Prestigious hotel, panoramic restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, gym with the best personal trainer I have ever known... Hotel absolutely recommended and worth trying!!

02/04/2024: The structure is beautiful, the common spaces are super fashionable, while the rooms are more classic but spacious and comfortable. The spa is amazing and the massages are super. The restaurant was excellent. But the best thing about the structure is the staff from the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the spa, well-trained and extremely kind people. Highly recommended we will definitely return.

03/04/2024: A place where you eat a lot of things, we took advantage of the meat...excellent quality... Easter evening...very crowded, unfortunately noisy...but certainly not attributable to the managers...a visible fridge with pieces of meat amazing....very recommended... Fair prices

03/04/2024: We had dinner here on Easter evening There wasn't much choice and we let ourselves be welcomed by the Locanda We couldn't have fallen into better hands. Excellent service, very kind and prepared. We chose the pizza, (very good), even though we would have liked to try everything. A nice tough but certainly well-curated menu.

15/02/2024: Nice place, very good food from first courses to traditional Emilian platters. We often went on a work lunch break but unfortunately the prices have definitely increased and for a lunch break it turns out to be too expensive (considering that nearby there are several restaurants that offer specific lunch menus at much lower costs). We also noticed a reduction in the quantities in the first courses. Apart from that the quality remains high and it is a nice place.
