28/12/2024: We had dinner with a couple of friends before Christmas and strangely with a reservation at 8.30pm, for the whole evening it was ONLY US. Due to the quality of the food, the prices being too high, the portions even generous, but the cuisine just sufficient, too much oil in the pasta with the clams and the seafood salad with a non-existent flavor of both the sea and the fish, I had to add oil, salt and lemon to eat it. Discreet fish carbonara. peppered with mussels, the mussels probably not too fresh, too empty or dry, or in any case not cleaned properly. I wouldn't go back, sorry.

25/12/2024: I already had a great time when I ate here with a friend of mine in September. So today I returned with my husband and children. Everything was excellent... from the food to the service to the kindness. The chef who always comes to the table to ask our opinion on the dishes... as well as the waiters who ask if everything is okay. I'll be back as soon as possible. 26/01/2025: Top bar, top service and top prices. The waitress Alessandra is top, she always finds a place for us even when there are 16 of us and the bar is full. Very nice, she always gives us special treatment.

01/02/2025: Antipasti ottimi. Dapo abbiamo preso 2 pizze Friuli Venezia Giulia e 1 marinara Pizzium, veramente buone. Ottimo tiramisù. Servizio impeccabile e veloce. Il ragazzo alla cassa disponibile e simpatico. Torneremo sicuramente

01/01/2025: I ordered the cake for 12/31/24. Besides not being 1kg/1.2kg but 1'5kg it was truly inedible. I made sure it wasn't nauseating and yet it was impossible to eat it. The writing was wrong and corrected with another piece of chocolate placed on top of a different shape, making the error visible to the birthday boy. 40 euros wasted. I'll never go back there again.

19/11/2024: While passing by we wanted to try the fresh pastries. As a former pastry chef, I can say that it is difficult to find such high quality production in lower Piedmont and Liguria. I recommend the cannons and diplomats. Well done, keep it up!!!!!!!!!!

06/01/2025: Ero un po' spaventata dalle recensioni ma non trovavo posto e ho provato.mi sono trovata molto bene il cibo era ottimo abbondante ben condito tutte e tre i piatti presi prezzi nella norma e un posto che sicuramente tornerei

20/11/2024: Sempre al top, cordialità gentilezza e simpatia ,anche se il pizzaiolo con gli occhiali fa sempre l'anticipo, e non dice come si chiama, comunque le pizze sempre ottime.

20/08/2024: Ristorante di cucina tipica poco distante dalla cascata del Toce prima di salire a Riale. Le pietanze che abbiamo ordinato ci sono piaciute abbastanza, abbiamo però trovato tutto troppo caro. L’ambiente in cui si cena è inoltre incredibilmente rumoroso.

13/08/2024: Cibo discreto ma porzioni ridotte e servizio estremamente lento. La signora ai tavoli poco cortese. Conto troppo elevato. Non torneremo.

19/10/2024: Place, discreet and but... First of all, the owner, the boy, presents himself in an arrogant and unpleasant manner, he has no tact with customers in general. But then how expensive is it?!?!?! Prices are really very exaggerated, as if I were in a bar in the center of Milan. If it were a starred bar, with quality food, I could understand the prices, but it doesn't have the quality. Oh and don't ask him why you spent that amount, because he may answer you badly. I advise you against it. Very bad experience

06/01/2025: They only do takeaway food. The dishes are excellent but the wait is endless, the time is never respected. It's always been like this, in fact it's even gotten worse lately. In my opinion they are poorly organised, by only doing takeaway they should be faster. Lately they've also added sushi which has probably slowed them down further.

07/09/2024: Be very careful about the total bill, very often they make a mistake in excess... anyway they give you a drink as a gift... they don't issue a receipt.

14/12/2024: We go in to buy a bottle of water and, at the same time, I ask to use the bathroom. Since there is a queue, we dare to sit for a moment in the half-empty place. The two owners not only look at us badly, but talk to us behind our backs, annoyed, and without bothering to hide this unpleasant attitude too much. In short, great rudeness and dislike, the perfect way to never make anyone who has the misfortune of setting foot there come back again. Creepy experience!

05/01/2025: I went to this place with 3 friends after a bike ride in the hills of Superga. We ordered - 1 pesto and tomato gnocchi - 1 sub fillet with baked potatoes - 2 baked potatoes - ⁠ 1 farinata - 2 medium beers - ⁠2 natural water - ⁠4 coffees We spent a whopping €80 without a receipt. Once I got home I had the doubt that I had spent too much and when I looked at the price list I felt like I had been ridiculed. It's sad that a place in a beautiful location and so characteristic loses customers due to lack of honesty.

23/12/2024: Unique and evocative place, very very beautiful in a unique location. Excellent pizza and farinata, perfect service and the right bill. We will return and recommended!

06/12/2024: If we talk about pizza, the pizza chef and the dough are always what make the difference in these cases, I had served myself in this place years ago, I took advantage of it recently with a very simple take-away Margherita and I must say that the quality has dropped Unfortunately, the pizza was too chewy, not great, sorry! Since there is a lot of competition in the country, if I were me, I would try to raise the quality, it would all be to my advantage! 🤷‍♂️

02/03/2024: We took refuge in this place on a rainy day during a walk in the park. Despite the rather late hour, they welcomed us warmly and immediately reserved a table for us in front of the fireplace. We ordered a delicious platter as an appetizer, two first courses and the typical desserts of the Piedmontese tradition. All dishes arrived on time and the waiters were very kind and helpful. Prices not particularly cheap, but in line with other places and the location. It was supposed to be just a shelter from the rain, but instead we were pleasantly satisfied!

18/08/2024: Durante un viaggio organizzato nel Monferrato ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante per un pranzo ed una cena. Il locale si trova in buona posizione centrale. Il servizio è piuttosto lento nonostante i camerieri si impegnino molto dato che il locale era stracolmo. I piatti serviti erano appena discreti ed in linea con i prezzi (bassi) del ristorante

15/08/2024: Ferragosto in un Asti quasi deserta e con quasi tutto chiuso.Avevo letto le recensioni di questo locale e conforme un bon rapporto qualità prezzo.Intanto alle 13.30 era tutto pieno.Abbiamo preso il menù da 20 euro ciascuno composto da antipasto di mare o terra ,primo e dessert.Buoni e ampi i due antipasti,buoni gli gnocchi al formaggio di castelmagno,ottimo il bonnet.Consigliabile.
