Professionalism, courtesy and quality distinguish this wonderful café, highly recommended if you want to enjoy an excellent Turin pastry. Note of merit for the professionalism and courtesy of an employee Martina who was able to give the best advice. I already miss this coffee.

Very particular, historic place... with traditional flavours.

Interesting place to go for a coffee. It is beautiful but the service should improve. When ordering we made a mistake, while the lady was taking the order we wanted to change a cappuccino for a espresso, the lady that was taking the order got kind of angry, her face said it all, which made the guests feel uncomfortable. A nice service is a must, otherwise people will not come back. On the other side, the blond lady that brought us the order was very nice.

Unfortunately, the café is so popular that you have to queue to get seats. And unfortunately it is also quite loud due to the many guests. The food and drinks are super delicious. The service is very friendly and takes care of the guests.

The gelato was just ok. I would come back for it. But the place is beautiful

Uno dei caffè storici. Ampio salone e addobbi ottocenteschi. Camerieri rapidi e disponibili ad assecondare le nostre confuse e pasticciate ordinazioni. Bicierin da 10 e lode!

Dopo un pranzo al Caffè dell'Università, ci voleva proprio un buon gelato: e chi meglio di Fiorio? Così, facciamo 4 passi in più (veramente 4 o 5 passi...) ed eccoci in questo bellissimo e storico locale della Torino reale, dove passamaneria antica, mobilia e quadri storici fanno da cornice ad uno dei più apprezzati gelatieri della città. L'accoglienza è un pò troppo formale (si addice ad un posto come questo?) e ordiniamo i ns gelati: una coppa La Bela Gigogin per mia moglie ed una coppa media per me. Scelgo i tre gusti che più ritengo piemontesi e torinesi: zabaione, semplicemente eccellente (meriterebbe 6 pallini invece di 5!), nocciola, buonissima, e, dulcis in fundo, il mio preferito, vale a dire il gianduiotto. E qui, purtoppo, una delusione: il gusto è discreto, ma assolutamente non eccellente come dovrebbe essere e, soprattutto, come me lo ricordavo da precedenti frequentazioni in gelaterie Fiorio a Torino. Peccato: ero sicuro di premiare con 5 pallini questa degustazione ma mi devo fermare a 4. Speriamo che sia solo un incidente di percorso: può capitare, ma proprio con il gusto da me preferito....mannaggia! Spendiamo 17 eur per queste due coppe, che ci stanno anche, ma a condizione di gustare l'eccellenza del gelato. Beh: proviamo la prossima volta.
