31/08/2025: When a simple dish like polenta is made with exceptional ingredients like ancient 8-row corn flour, the result is exceptional. Excellent staff and a refined mountain setting. To top it off, an incredible zabaglione.
22/08/2025: We've been to this restaurant many times, and it was always delicious!
They've probably changed chefs, because the food today wasn't up to par with what it used to be... I'm really sorry, because it used to be a regular for us!
My girlfriend had the polenta concia, which was very grainy and really not very good. I had a rib-eye steak, which unfortunately was very fatty and poorly cooked, not very tender... It wasn't good quality!
Again, I'm really sorry, because we really liked this place!

25/09/2025: A true neighborhood gathering place. My husband and I luckily discovered not far from our hotel. Excellent Aperol Spritz and accompanied by a small assortment of complimentary appetizers.
Very reasonable and we plan to return in the a.m. for cappuccino and pastry. A hidden gem in Turino.

However as a tourist we felt less welcome.
Also the main course was served while we were still eating our first course. This is just not done. We would like the enjoy the evening and each course!
01/11/2025: I had lunch there three days in a row, and I have to say the pizza, meat, and desserts were all delicious. The service was kind and friendly, and the place was relaxing and convivial. Highly recommended.

The server announced that the appetizers included nachos, peanuts, and complimentary bruschetta. Unlike the larger tables, there were no bruschetta for us. The cocktails were good, but we were disappointed because there's much more generosity elsewhere.
Avoid.

04/08/2025: Restaurant with a charming little room. Good food with excellent antipasti. Michettin salati with fried pizza dough served hot: a delight with typical ham and mozzarella. A very good piece of grilled beef on a cast iron plate and a very healthy and hearty Greek salad. Dessert with nougat parfait and iced coffee. A very good Sunday experience!

The Strambino Bistro is a pleasant discovery for those who love well-made burgers as well as grilled meat. In addition to the tasty sandwiches, I tried the mutton arrosticini: tender, flavorful, and well-cooked. You can tell they use local, quality ingredients. The place is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly. A lovely local restaurant where you can eat truly well.
I give it 4 stars, but I'll gladly return: the fifth is close!

12/10/2025: I stayed here for the first time a few weeks ago. I have fond memories of the rooms, but terrible memories of the reception! Every time I went to the reception desk, there was never anyone there, and I had to wait or call someone from the bar!
09/10/2025: Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I came here for just one night with my family, but the beauty of this place left a lasting impression. It was a spontaneous stop to rest after a long drive — and what a great choice it turned out to be. There’s also a lovely restaurant and bar inside for a cozy and delicious evening.

16/09/2025: A fantastic, atmospheric place with excellent cuisine and service. It's located in a hotel converted from an old estate and decorated in a classic style. I managed to get in after a day of shopping without an appointment, and it turned out to be a wonderful evening.
31/08/2025: I had attended a New Year's Eve dinner hosted by the president of a large company where I worked many years ago.
I was enchanted by the charm of the venue and promised myself I would return.
That evening, there were so many of us; I think they had booked practically the entire restaurant for the occasion.
This time, however, it was completely private, just my wife and I, and it was with great joy that I realized that time has passed, but the class remains.

15/09/2025: I was there this summer with my partner and my 2-year-old daughter. The place has potential, but it's a shame the owner isn't very friendly (to say the least).
07/09/2025: We went for lunch... it's located in Ceppo Morelli on the road to Macugnaga.
We booked before taking a stroll around town.
For lunch, we ordered an appetizer for two and a first course. Everything was good, and the staff was friendly.

15/05/2025: The environment is welcoming and well-kept. The wine selection is excellent. The meat is very good and is accompanied by some very tasty sauces made by them. I recommend the tartare tasting. The thing that struck me is the enthusiasm of the staff and the owners, I saw in their eyes the passion and enthusiasm of those who want to do well and improve in their work, it is not always like this. However, they are on the right path. I absolutely recommend.
